Everything was amazing the only thing I would say is they need to get their elevator fixed I'm disabled but they did put me in my fiance on the first floor so I only had to go down a couple flights of steps to get to the pool but other than that it's a perfect family safe clean environment I'll give it a 10 out of a 10 all day everyday

We didn't use any of the amenities. Just stayed the night. I did enquire About the lazy river closing time, but never used it. Staff was pleasant at check in and check out. The shower was exceptional. We loved the huge water pressure even on the 6th floor. It is close to the island. We will stay here again. The price was awesome and the hotel was mostly empty. It is clean. No regrets staying here

Needs a bigger tv. The room was huge and a 32" dates the room. I also didn't like the fact that there's no secure wifi password. Using airtv, it wouldn't link to the wifi and I had to use a hot spot from my phone. Not an issue just inconvenient.

It’s located close to restaurants, entertainment for the family and also has plenty to do at the hotel. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast, the game room, hot tub and the lazy river.

I can honestly say at this point there’s nothing. My family and I have stayed here several times and with each stay we have been taking care of. From the front office to the kitchen everyone done an awesome job in my book. We will be back and I will be highly recommended others to stay here.

Over all the stay was nice. The shower water pressure was good. In most places the pressure is not good. The breakfast was very nice! There was a lot of options which was very nice. The beds were ok to sleep on as well. The game room was cool. We played pool!

The rooms were outdated. The rooms need a face lift. The hot tub jets did not work. I was disappointed in that because I wanted to relax while there. But all it was was a hot bath. Some of the games in the game room didn't work and one took out money.

My family and I had a really good stay here ! The lazy river was warm and staff is really friendly. Rooms are pretty big with lots of space. Could have been cleaner as our blankets had stains on them and the lock on our door was broken which was sketchy but they use electronic key cards anyways. The balcony is really nice and parking is easily accessible and convenient. Perfect location by everything across from the island.

It was very quiet and the staff were wonderful. It's right at everything walking distance to a lot of wonderful things to do to eat and shop for kids and adults even with as little as 8 minutes you can be anywhere to do tons of fun things and shopping site seeing if all amazing and wonderful . We are already planning for the next getaway!!!!!!

Inside and outside pools were needing TLC but they were working on them to make things better so that was nice but they needed painted and chlorine in them or at least more and ice machine on each floor but they also did let us know that they were trying to get that fixed also only small things but for an all in one I loved it we had a amazing time!!!!!!!

Everything! The staff is amazing! The lazy river is extremely warm and my daughter loved it. We literally had to drag her out of the pool area kicking and screaming (she's 2)! It's the perfect location right across from the island which is our favorite place to go when in Pigeon Forge! The rooms were clean and the beds were soft! My daughter loved it! The guy checking us in even upgraded us to a balcony room at no charge because ours didn't have one! That was the second time we'd stayed there and we were not disappointed either time! We will be back!

Absolutely stellar experience at Rate Park Tower Inn in Pigeon Forge! Let's start with the room – immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail in decor and amenities truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Speaking of exploring, the location couldn't have been better. Situated conveniently near all the attractions in Pigeon Forge, we found it easy to access everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, the surrounding scenery added an extra charm to our stay. Overall, Rate Park Tower Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. From the inviting room to ideal location, it's a definite standout among Pigeon Forge accommodations. We can't wait to return!

Friendly office staff and great location

Young housekeeping girl was not at all friendly. She was frustrated because she couldn’t get on a empty elevator with her cart because of guests. Very unprofessional but she’s young and has a lot to learn I suppose

We loved the pool, lazy river and hot tub. The staff were so so nice and friendly. When we decided to add another night to our stay the woman at front desk was so ready to help us figure out how to book the correct room so we wouldn’t need to change rooms. The hotel was very clean. They are remodeling but it’s not noisy or anything just the hall way isn’t “picture perfect”.

The beds were hard.
