The hot tub n so close to the island

They took the pull out bed out and put a chair n it's place and also they changed the tubs out

The hotel was beautiful, clean, in the perfect location at the beginning of the parkway, easy in and out right at a red light. The staff was super nice, and housekeeping was great. The pool was clean and warm. We stayed in a presidential suite, and it was perfect for 2 large growing boys! They each had their own space, own TV, and for 4 days, neither touched any electronic game! Parking next to the hotel was ok, but there was also a huge lot in the back across the street, and you could park next door at the bank on weekends only, so it worked. We come down several times a year, and next time, I'll look to Mountain Vista first for our stay!

Close to a lot of different stuff specially, the island

Not much parking wasn’t very clean Ants on nightstand cockroach 🪳 beside the bed floor in front of spa bath very dirty just standing on towel to dry off got the white towel very dirty just standing on it socks was dirty just walking around in room. Stayed June of last year in the same exact room, but had to leave a little after midnight for a family emergency so didn’t get to write an overall experience on last stay I understand last year they were in the middle of some renovations, but spent most of our time outside and didn’t even stay for the whole entire time last booking. Don’t think I will be booking there no more with ants and cockroach and dirty floors they need to step up the game and clean the floors and get rid of the bugs 🤢

I have stayed at this location before, but this time was phenomenal! Check-in was quick, efficient, and friendly. The room I booked has obviously been remodeled recently because it was clean and pristine! The hot tub was an actual JACUZZI brand, with instant hot water and quiet jets! The room lighting was bright and happy, the view of the giant ferris wheel on The Island was great, and the tile and wood floors were elegant. The comfortable bed topped the room off. Also, the location is in the middle of Pigeon Forge, so you can walk to all the best shopping and fun. Overall, it was a spectacular experience with a hotel I already liked!

Location is amazing. It was on the side of the road that is walking distance 1 block from the Island, and right next to comedy barn, Alcatraz museum, the track and pirates dinner show. It was so great to park and walk down the sidewalk to everything. Mel's diner is right across the street and Publix is also right across the street. I also really liked the room. It was so clean, and it had lots of room (we got the king room with the separate living room- room 508), and this was the only hotel that had an option to have a separate sitting area with it's own TV and living space. I really liked that design. It had great water pressure, the water got nice and hot, the room was newly renovated. There were absolutely no bugs at all. Everyday housekeeping came by and we got fresh towels, more toilet paper, and they offered cups, soap, and refills on the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided. My husband commented that he really liked the smell of the shampoo. The refrigerator worked great and kept everything cold, and the air conditioning was also really cold and refreshing on a hot summer day. And the bed was really comfortable with 4 comfy pillows. If you plan to use the pull out sofa, bring your own sheets and quilt, because they do not give extra bedding in the room. Aesthetically, the elevator was missing a panel and needed to have the ceiling tiles replaced, but I can deal with a janky elevator for the price and quality of the room. I read a ton of reviews about different motels/hotels and compared prices, and I was very happy to have picked this one. I was pleasantly surprised. They also have fruit juice and coffee in the foyer fresh every day, with vanilla creamer or half and half, and they provide sugar free and regular sugar options, and fruit juice all day long. Pool also was very clean. Also was a nice quiet room, we had no disturbances at all! Also, the staff was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff there is absolutely amazing! We have stayed there both times and couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The rooms are extremely clean not to mention the view that you have looking out your door! We stayed in the three-room king and my children love it there because they have their own room with TVs in each.

we don't like there is only one elevator. you have to wait on the elevator for long period of time when there are numerous floors trying to get off. They also don't mop the floors, your kids will get extremely black while they are walking and playing on the ground.

Location was great! 1 block from the island. Lots of things in walking distance. Grocery store straight across the street. Staff was very friendly. Loved the mirror/bathroom room in the presidential suite.

Trash bags didn't exactly fit the cans. As you would fill them up they would fall down in the trash can.

The indoor pool was available and in working condition. The elevator was convenient to my room. Walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants. Very clean room. Very comfortable beds. Room service came every day. I never had to ask for anything. Over all amazing place and i would definitely return again.

The lack of parking spaces is my only complaint. But i got lucky a few times and actually got one at the hotel instead of parking across the street.

the total experience was amazing for our trip. the rooms were very clean the views were very gorgeous and the staff was very helpful. we will definitely be back.

could not find anything that we did not like about our trip or room. very friendly environment

The room was perfect for us three adults two grandkids and had three separate bedrooms two kings and a queen, 2 refrigerators, and each room had its own TV. We had a few glitches the night we checked in. However, they were attended to quickly. Reggie and the lady who worked the night shift was very understanding and courteous. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will certainly be staying there again.

Really have no complaints the only thing that would make it complete would be breakfast bar. They are in the middle of renovations. But it did not affect our stay
