Room size, more upscaled than others, location

The room wasn't exactly what was ordered. I didn't order a sleeper couch, I ordered a balcony. There were some when I booked. It was only two of us, so the balcony would have been enjoyable. The desk told me my Marriott membership would not give me points and took the number for something else I didn't understand. I booked the room through Booking.com. I couldn't get straight through to this hotel, for reservations. I dislike not using local people to help seniors. Roads were blocked coming and going, so this trip to Pegion Forge was a bust!

Loved the pool options, the lazy river was our favorite, the cleanliness of everything, the accommodating staff and the overall atmosphere. The mountain vibes made it 10x better with the landscaping and interior design. The garden is also super cute and relaxing!

The food at the bar wasn’t the best, except the honey chicken sandwich, that was great! There also could be more places for outlets to work in the lobby. It was under renovation so maybe that is in progress.

The rooms were great, the property was very clean and the facilities were very good particularly the lazy river and pool.

Where we arrived the welcoming staff were excellent but the staff the following day, less so. The bar / bistro was rarely open and rarely staffed. We had a very busy few days with our family and most of the time could not get even a coffee or a snack of any description. Thankfully the Brick and Spoon across the way was open and very helpful but really think a hotel of this calibre should sell snacks and refreshments for visitors throughout their stay.

The property was very clean and very beautiful also decorated very nicely for Christmas. It was beautiful for the occasion and we loved it.

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property was that our mini fridge didn’t work in our room, but it wasn’t a bad thing. We were really close to the ice and everything was very successful

We loved the lazy river. It is wonderful that the pool and lazy river is open 24 hours. I am amazed at how clean it was. Every time you looked up you saw staff cleaning. I mentioned to my family that I have never been to a hotel that cleaned as often as they do it this way.

That there is no free breakfast

The staff was so kind and helpful!! Lost my room key, and they replaced it with no problem. The hotel was very clean. I love the Lazy River and also love the fact that the pool area never closes. This was the nicest hotel I've stayed in, in a long time! Perfect location as well. 10-15 minute walk to The Island. Would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Nicely kept and maintained. Great location.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and even had a broken and squeaky spring. The cabinet around the fridge and microwave was broken and the outlet was not secured into the wood.

It’s a modern, beautiful hotel. Loved the clean fresh scent in the lobby. The lazy river was fun and the HEATED outdoor pool was very enjoyable. The room was very clean.

The view from the room. I thought I booked a room with a view of the river or mountains. We could see the river in the distance but the immediate view was a rooftop. We ran out of toilet paper and there was not an extra roll in the room. We called down to the front desk at night but it didn’t arrive so we called again the next morning and then received it.

The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and things to do. I loved the hotel. I'll be back soon. The receptionist, Mr. and Mrs., are very friendly.
