The rooms were great, the property was very clean and the facilities were very good particularly the lazy river and pool.

Where we arrived the welcoming staff were excellent but the staff the following day, less so. The bar / bistro was rarely open and rarely staffed. We had a very busy few days with our family and most of the time could not get even a coffee or a snack of any description. Thankfully the Brick and Spoon across the way was open and very helpful but really think a hotel of this calibre should sell snacks and refreshments for visitors throughout their stay.

The property was very clean and very beautiful also decorated very nicely for Christmas. It was beautiful for the occasion and we loved it.

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property was that our mini fridge didn’t work in our room, but it wasn’t a bad thing. We were really close to the ice and everything was very successful

The staff was so kind and helpful!! Lost my room key, and they replaced it with no problem. The hotel was very clean. I love the Lazy River and also love the fact that the pool area never closes. This was the nicest hotel I've stayed in, in a long time! Perfect location as well. 10-15 minute walk to The Island. Would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing that I didn't like.

It’s a modern, beautiful hotel. Loved the clean fresh scent in the lobby. The lazy river was fun and the HEATED outdoor pool was very enjoyable. The room was very clean.

The view from the room. I thought I booked a room with a view of the river or mountains. We could see the river in the distance but the immediate view was a rooftop. We ran out of toilet paper and there was not an extra roll in the room. We called down to the front desk at night but it didn’t arrive so we called again the next morning and then received it.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and even had a broken and squeaky spring. The cabinet around the fridge and microwave was broken and the outlet was not secured into the wood.

Absolutely love not only the cleanliness feel, but the 24hr amenities. This hotel also did a fantastic job with their landscaping! The outdoor pool are is a great view, beautiful trees and awesome lazy pool (as well as indoor pool). Lots of great seating chairs and booths in the common areas. Overall very beautiful, clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

The only downside of our stay was that the griddle at the Bistro was not working during our entire stay. However, that did not stop the fact that the rest of the food we did order was worth the price.

Carpet in room was dirty and pillows smelled like bed head from previous visitors - had to ask for new pillow cases …. Hotel offered free delivery room service but the staff said they were to busy (at the bistro) so had to go downstairs to pick it up every time - food was ok-Limited menu

I liked the location. few minutes away from all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Also short drive to Gatlinburg and other attractions. the property was well maintained and clean. the room was spacious which we really loved.

there was a bad odor outside hotel. i wasn’t able to order food from Marriott app. our bathroom had some minor mold and our hook on our bathroom door was broken.

Everything! The 24 hour lazy river, pool and hot tub were amazing! My kids were on cloud nine. Everything was so well managed. There was an endless amount of towels at the pool, beautiful greenery and everything was clean.

It would have been awesome to have a continental breakfast for the price…the Bistro was right there though and you can walk to many restaurants.

This property is wonderful. Clean and comfy. The pool area with the lazy river and gas fire pits is unbeatable. Lots of hotels in this area but this is the best hands down. Staff is exceptional and personable. Great hotel. Great price and great time was had by all. Thank you !
