The breakfast was definitely worth it. The location is fantastic. We have stayed at the hotel before, and this was a good compromise between price and location. We had a King deluxe without a balcony but had a good view of the island. Bed was very comfortable. Nice big TV and sofa. Room has a k cup coffee maker which was great for us coffee drikers. The staff was great! We will be back.

Small complaint was the thermostat was weird. It didn't kick on and off quite like it should. The unit worked great. It just made me worry there was something wrong because it wouldn't turn on and off at the right time.

It was amazing. Fernando at the front desk was amazing and helped me fix my credit card issue. It's in a great place for walking to and from the island! We were on the 5th floor, and the view was beautiful. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was delicious. Check out was sad, lol! My kids and I will definitely stay again. The hotel itself was super clean, super accessible and super cute. Minus the bedding, this place is super amazing and now one of my favorite places to stay. The fridge in the room is a great size if you want to bring your own small foods, and it does have a little shelf freezer. The shower is wonderful, and the water gets hot hot! We enjoyed the outside and inside pool and the hot tub. There is also a gym, which we didn't use, lol! Pictures below are some of the breakfast items they offer. And views from our 5th floor balcony.

Upon checking the mattress and bedding, I found lots of hair between the mattress pad and fitted sheet. And you can't control the AC, so we did get cold a couple of times at night. Next time, I'll just bring extra blankets! . The bathroom door is a little tricky, but once you figure it out, it's fun!

The property was in the middle of Pigeon Forge, in front of a huge ferris wheel, walking distance from Paula Deen’s restaurant, shopping and the Comedy Barn. They have an indoor pool and hot tub. We forgot our towels, but they had some for guests to use. Everything was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower and plenty of towels. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They served a complimentary breakfast that could’ve easily rivaled Shoney’s in the 80’s! They had scrambled eggs, custom waffles, fresh fruit, french toast sticks, 3 types of juice, grits, fried potatoes and the crispiest bacon I ever ate! I kept wondering how they could offer all that at such a low nightly rate. I HIGHLY recommend this place and I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Nothing!!!

The Staff was excellent and provided wonderful service in all ways! The front desk staff was phenomenally helpful, Francisco, Gean, George...to name a few that helped me. My room was clean and towels were available upon request. I had a tiny issue with my sink stopper and safe being locked, so maintenance came promptly to fix those - and I mean PROMPT!! Thank you! The breakfast was a great bonus to our stay. LOVED the Ferris Wheel view outside our window (see MY pic FROM the ferris wheel of the ropes course). Noticed several people sitting on their balconies, we didn't have time for ours, we were too busy out and about AND very happy to come back to comfortable beds after a long day riding rides, doing the ropes course or enjoying Dollywood. We got soaked one day at Dollywood and were able to wash and dry our clothes in nice clean inexpensive washer/dryers! This property was in a GREAT location to everything we had planned to do in Pigeon Forge.

No chair in the laundry area.

I loved the look and feel of the hotel. I loved that they had Jimmy Buffet & others music playing in the lobby. It made it feel like a real experience. The AC worked great in our room! The beds were comfortable, for the most part. The balcony overlooking the island was nice in the evening! We didn't have time to use the indoor or outdoor pool, the gym, or jacuzzi, but they are always a welcome sight! The location is great. We love that we didn't have to drive to get to a few great places.

There is little to no parking on site. You have to park across the street, behind the hotel, in a separate lot. I just had major back surgery, so if I had known this, it probably wouldn't have been my first choice. The comforters on the beds were barely thicker than the sheets. I recommend bringing your own extra blankets. The smell of the hotel was a little off-putting, but I think it's supposed to remind you of a beach? It was just a little weird, every time I walked through the door. The elevator smelled way worse than the other parts of the hotel. The prices in the lobby gift shop were outrageous. It was much cheaper to visit one of the hundreds of local shops for souvenirs.

My husband and I have been taking a trip to Pigeon Forge in December for 4+yrs now and we always stay at Margaritaville Inn. You can walk into the island and avoid all the traffic. The hotel always smells great, just like an island. Staff members are always nice and friendly. Rooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. The shampoo/shower gel/lotion they provide in bathroom smells amazing. This is my favorite hotel to stay at.

The internet is not always strong. I usually only have 2 bars.

Everything! The location is awesome especially not having to deal with traffic to go to the island! Private gated parking lot. The place smells like the ocean. The rooms were very clean and nice. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Bottles of soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hanging on the walls and they make your skin so soft. Shower water pressure was awesome. I’ve stayed at many many hotels in pigeon forge and this is by far the best so far!

Loved everything

We really loved the fact that the floors were not carpeted in the room, the shower head and pressure were amazing, and the room was spotless. It was up to date and with no sign of aging. Also, the fact that there was a refrigerator AND a microwave is worth 5 stars alone!!

I forgot we were next to an amusement park, so it was a little loud while trying to sleep. Not horrible, and it settled before 10 pm, I believe. We would still stay here again regardless!

The room and bathroom were very clean.

The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyable stay until the construction noises start. We were not aware they were under under construction when making the reservation. Lobby was just another lobby, No Jimmy Buffett vibe at all!!! No videos no music, nothing! It was very disappointing!! I recommend that you check with the hotel for construction before finalizing your arrangement s.

Very clean facility and the local location is excellent. Very convenient to everything.

Not happy about the parking situation. I have a handicap tag Because of some health issues which means I can’t walk very far or climb steps. but almost every day every handicap parking spot next to the facility was full and all of the other parking spots that are around the facility where full also. So we had to park across the street in a private parking lot that the hotel owns but which means you have to walk along way and across the street to get to the hotel, which is not ideal for me.
