The staff was amazing. We booked this hotel last minute after an awful experience at another hotel. The room was ready immediately after booking. The front desk attendant allowed us to view the room prior to completing our booking. Can’t say enough great things about the staff! I can’t remember the name of the front desk attendant that checked us in but she is FANTASTIC. She offered to change our room for whatever reason and made the initial experience fantastic and kept it up through the stay.

In our room the fridge was leaking, one cabinet screws came out, and they really need to replace the couch. It was worn and dipped in the middle. I had to sit only on the end while my husband sat on the lounge part of couch. We told front desk and they were going to fix the cabinet and fridge asap, but we said it was ok till after we leave. As for the couch I didn't mention it until here. The room layout was like a little 1 brd apt. 3 closets, separate dressing area, private bathroom, jetted tub in room, separate living room. We had a small suite. Would absolutely stay here again.

I liked the hotel and the staff. They were very professional and kind.

There was a patio door to my room and it needed a lock on it. People kept coming on my patio and staring in my window. At night it kept you awake because the shade did not cover the sides so the room was lit up from it and the window. The construction crew was very noisy working on the building beside us. Also you could hear every little noise in the hallway. Including the back entrance door. The breakfast did not offer fruit only hard unripe apples. Honeydew, cantelope, watermelon, and bananas would have been nice. Bacon would have been a great option as well. The shower door handle kept coming out of the socket and needs to be fixed. I had a centipede in the bathroom.

I needed some space and time to myself. I got a great deal on the King Suite & it was like a small apartment. It has all the things I love such as a fireplace and jacuzzi. A nice balcony as well. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but I like that it stays open 24/7 & I did enjoy the outdoor fireplace area. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely consider staying here again with family or friends.

The only thing I didn't absolutely love was the smell of dogs & there was some wear and tear from where pets had chewed on some furniture but I knew this was a pet friendly place when I chose it. It would be nice if they had options for people with animal allergies, but again, that was a minimal complaint compared to the overall satisfaction of my stay.

I loved that the pool was 24hours, so even when arriving late or being out late we didn't have to feel rushed to try and get back for the kids to swim. So many vacations have had disappointed kids because they want to swim but we wouldn't get back in time, so this was a huge plus for our kids who are older. We alsoloved the location, we were only a few minutes from many of the things we wanted to do and the traffic was easy to maneuver from our location. The rooms were clean, staff was super nice and helpful. We honestly couldn't have had a better stay.

Only thing that was a bummer was the pull out bed wasn't very comfy my son said he could feel a metal bar through the ultra thin mattress. But honestly it was a pull out couch so we didnt expect much. We hated having to leave! Can't wait to come back

Location is excellent, near almost everything in walkable distance or just 5-6min driving if you aren't a good walker, customer service, front desk ladies are really good at what they do, they are focused on helping and will give you information about anything related to the attractions in the area, decoration for the season, it feels homey overall. The indoor pool is a plus, as well as the fireplaces.

Room was way too small to be a king room, furniture and facilities in the room should be upgraded, elevator needs to be upgraded as well and should be bigger. They still have the doors between rooms, and they can be open so they are not completely sealed, this should be eliminated.

The pool and the hot tub were awesome. Our dogs being able to go pretty much anywhere with us on the property. The room was in good condition and everything was clean. The breakfast is great. The room was clean and well stocked. It was cool that there was Shampoo conditioner and body wash there.

The king bed was not comfortable. The pull out bed was even worse but that's kind of to be expected for those. We had the king room with a pull-out bed on the first floor with a patio. The patio door was extremely heavy.

This was our 2nd stay here and we absolutely loved it, again! The staff is exceptional from the front desk, to maintenance team to the ladies serving breakfast. Love the lobby with fresh coffee and water all day long. Fresh towels in the pool area. There was no detail left untouched by this team!

A little variety in the meat options for breakfast. On our previous stay the meat switched from sausage one day to chicken patties the next and maybe even bacon one day. This last stay is was sausage and links all 3 mornings. Food was still good but my boys were hoping for the chicken one day.

The location was perfect! Close to the river, restaurants, attractions, a grocery store, a church, and trolley stops. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The cold lemon water by the elevator was a nice touch. The breakfast was well stocked and tended to. The bathroom was recently redone, so it was very clean and attractive. The grounds are nicely landscaped.

The room had a musty, damp smell and the carpet in our room had a worn, torn place in it. The smell did get better by running the air conditioner more. The chairs in the dining room need to be reupholstered, because they are really worn.

The property is in close proximity to Dollywood and lots of food/entertainment options. The hotel is fine. I liked the pet area set up and the breakfast and pool locations. It easily accommodated what we needed.

I didn’t like that there was only one elevator. We were on the fifth floor and the elevator was slow (due to it being in use all of the time). We used the stairs a lot but wished there were two elevators. Our room smelled a bit like wet dog. I think the room needed more ventilation. The smell went away once the fans started running. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. The staff were very helpful and nice.
