The staff was amazing. We booked this hotel last minute after an awful experience at another hotel. The room was ready immediately after booking. The front desk attendant allowed us to view the room prior to completing our booking. Can’t say enough great things about the staff! I can’t remember the name of the front desk attendant that checked us in but she is FANTASTIC. She offered to change our room for whatever reason and made the initial experience fantastic and kept it up through the stay.

I loved that the pool was 24hours, so even when arriving late or being out late we didn't have to feel rushed to try and get back for the kids to swim. So many vacations have had disappointed kids because they want to swim but we wouldn't get back in time, so this was a huge plus for our kids who are older. We alsoloved the location, we were only a few minutes from many of the things we wanted to do and the traffic was easy to maneuver from our location. The rooms were clean, staff was super nice and helpful. We honestly couldn't have had a better stay.

Only thing that was a bummer was the pull out bed wasn't very comfy my son said he could feel a metal bar through the ultra thin mattress. But honestly it was a pull out couch so we didnt expect much. We hated having to leave! Can't wait to come back

Location is excellent, near almost everything in walkable distance or just 5-6min driving if you aren't a good walker, customer service, front desk ladies are really good at what they do, they are focused on helping and will give you information about anything related to the attractions in the area, decoration for the season, it feels homey overall. The indoor pool is a plus, as well as the fireplaces.

Room was way too small to be a king room, furniture and facilities in the room should be upgraded, elevator needs to be upgraded as well and should be bigger. They still have the doors between rooms, and they can be open so they are not completely sealed, this should be eliminated.

The location was perfect! Close to the river, restaurants, attractions, a grocery store, a church, and trolley stops. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The cold lemon water by the elevator was a nice touch. The breakfast was well stocked and tended to. The bathroom was recently redone, so it was very clean and attractive. The grounds are nicely landscaped.

The room had a musty, damp smell and the carpet in our room had a worn, torn place in it. The smell did get better by running the air conditioner more. The chairs in the dining room need to be reupholstered, because they are really worn.

This was our 2nd stay here and we absolutely loved it, again! The staff is exceptional from the front desk, to maintenance team to the ladies serving breakfast. Love the lobby with fresh coffee and water all day long. Fresh towels in the pool area. There was no detail left untouched by this team!

A little variety in the meat options for breakfast. On our previous stay the meat switched from sausage one day to chicken patties the next and maybe even bacon one day. This last stay is was sausage and links all 3 mornings. Food was still good but my boys were hoping for the chicken one day.

The property is in close proximity to Dollywood and lots of food/entertainment options. The hotel is fine. I liked the pet area set up and the breakfast and pool locations. It easily accommodated what we needed.

I didn’t like that there was only one elevator. We were on the fifth floor and the elevator was slow (due to it being in use all of the time). We used the stairs a lot but wished there were two elevators. Our room smelled a bit like wet dog. I think the room needed more ventilation. The smell went away once the fans started running. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. The staff were very helpful and nice.

The kids loved the pool and wanted to swim each evening. We really enjoyed the fact that there was a hot tub and that the facilities were open ALL night! That made it so we could venture out and have fun during the day, then come back to relax by the pool and hot tub in the evenings. A lot of places have a closing time, so often while on vacation, there's no time to use it once you're back from touring around. Definitely a HUGE plus!. The room and the setup were great. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had a good variety. There were quick items like cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins, etc. There was a nice variety of hot items like waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy too. Would stay here again.

The only real downside was there only being one elevator and the location of it. It was right in the lobby, which normally would be good, but there wasn't much room in the lobby area itself and everything, including the pool and eating area, was also right off the lobby. It was also a small elevator, so it very easily became a long wait and crowded due to that. Otherwise, the stay was great

Room had a patio out side the door. Breakfast was great..I suggest adding some wedge potatoes to the breakfast. The Wyndham in Benton Harbor Michigan has the same breakfast with potatoe wedges and they are great. Fireplace was cozy and the lobby was beautiful. Loved that it was pet friendly. People that travel with their pet has hard time finding hotels. Pool was beautiful and clean..was open 24 hrs.

We stayed here for 6 nights and we really enjoyed the whole stay. The free breakfast was fantastic although I think switching it up on a day to day basis would be a little better for variety. Our room was cleaned every day so we always came back to a clean hotel after a long day out. We already have our stay planned for next year at this hotel.

The only thing I would “complain” about would be there is only 1 elector so it does take a while to get on and off.

I liked the room, I liked the option of a 24 hour indoor pool - never had that before. Was in a good location- very close to most everything. Even though I lnever got down to breakfast it would have been convenient if I had. The staff was friendly - I was allowed to check out at noon as I had a late night and my alarm was set for ‘pm’. Nice water pressure. Couldn’t really hear noise from other rooms- I was on the very end though so may have played a role. I feel I always have a good stay at LaQuinta.

There was a little wear and tear in spots - there was a big patch of carpet missing in a hallway, my bathroom had some wood trim that was missing/peeling away, the bathroom vanity was pretty scuffed up, the carpet in the room could have been a little cleaner- looked a little dirty and dingy. Other than that, everything was very clean and seemed well taken care of.
