The breakfast was amazing people were friendly every morning they had a smile on their face the food was always hot they were just so nice

Didn’t have a problem with anything the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.The Staff I had a check-in and out was nice. Great to have coffee in the rooms and in the check-in area so if you didn’t wanna walk across to get breakfast, you could always go into the check-in area to get a cup of coffee. Snack machines and drink machines by the pool with the ice machine.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it because I understand the concept of it but that if you’re staying in the first hotel part on the parkway, you have to cross the little back road to go get your breakfast with the other rooms are located in the back not really an issue For me but some people might find it a little bit of inconvenience.

The AC unit was amazing!! Some places set the Air automatically, not here. We like it cold. It was nice not to come back to a hot room. The breakfast was great! The pool and jacuzzi were awesome! Love that it's 24/7. That way if you have a packed day. You can come back and relax in the jacuzzi or pool. We stayed 2 days before. This trip we stayed 5 days! We will stay here in the future.

Not anything we didn't like. The only thing I could even say that I didn't like was a family with probably 7 through 10 year old were yelling and being loud in the 3rd-floor hallway after midnight. But it thankfully didn't last more than 30 minutes. So we didn't complain. Plus you're only a kid once. Glad they had as much fun as we did. 😃

The property was very clean and well maintained. The property was also in a prime location that had us very close to all of our planned activities. The hotel room was fresh, clean, and updated with all the amenities you could need. Honestly, I would not stay at a Quality Inn in my hometown, but after reading reviews and viewing all of the pictures, I decided to give this hotel a chance and I’m very glad that I did. It was a fantastic stay.

The only thing that I can say that I didn’t like is no trash chutes. As a family of six, staying in two rooms, we had an abundance of trash daily. There were trash can on the property and housekeeping did empty the trash daily, but we were always overflowing by the end of the night.

The location was amazing. Within walking distance of so many things. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the facilities were really good. The breakfast was included and there were so many choices, including hot food. We had an issue with our a/c unit and someone was sent almost immediately to fix it. The outside pool area was lovely with a huge rock pool hot tub and towels were always available. The indoor pool is open 24 hours which was so convenient after a long day walking around. They cleaned our rooms and restocked supplies daily. The TVs are HUGE which was a nice surprise

Very minor but the vending machines were sold out of water for almost our whole stay, however there is a Publix just down the road so we were able to buy water there.

Great breakfast, wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub. The location is great - walking distance to Publix and Kroger, the Island and many other attractions and restaurants. Rooms very clean and spacious.

The only complaint (very minor) is that the bathroom tissue holder is level with toilet and in very small area you are sitting on it. (I am an average size adult). The bathroom would also benefit from an exhaust fan. That being said, the water pressure and shower is phenomenal. Also - I could not get any internet service on my phone even while connected to the hotel wifi. This was the case for both people in my party, but could have been a problem throughout the area.

The room with the King bed and fire place was so comfy and aesthetically pleasing! Kristi was sooo helpful! She was awesome. I loooooove that the indoor pool / hot tub was 24 hr!!!! My daughter and I are 3rd shifters so we are up at night and to get in the HT at 3 am amazing!!! Breakfast is amazing ! They had it all ! But the Biscuits and Gravy were my favorite ❤️ Location is amazing close to everything! Yes even Dollywood! We had an amazing time.

THE INTERNET!!!!!!! Not only the fact that T mobile service in Sevierville was horrible but we were out of guest internet for hours it was not good . And I had to listen to my teen complain for those 3 or 4 hrs it was out . But Kristi tried to call and check on it for us.

Location was great and right in middle of shopping and across the road from the Island. The room was nice, clean and no bugs at all. Trust me I take sheets off and exam beds, no stains. The room smelled good and the pools were good. The older lady that cooked breakfast on June 22, 2025 was very nice and sweet, she would do anything to make your stay better. My blood sugar fell and the Dexcom on my arm was alarming, so my husband was trying to get me some oatmeal and she done had a glass of orange juice brought to me before he was done. My family of 14 and I will be returning.

The pillows was so soft they hurt my neck but I do sleep on ortho pillows at home, forgot to bring mine. Besides the pillows everything was fine for our Anniversary weekend getaway.

The location was great! There was a Publix next door and we could walk to various other locations. We were in the back building and really liked it because there was less vehicles and parking was better. The service desk staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in 45 minutes early and even gave us an upgrade which we were very pleased with. The breakfast team was very sweet and friendly. They worked hard and deserve this recognition.

The lighting in the room needs to be better at the vanity area. It was too dark and had trouble seeing to put make up on. It rained the majority of the weekend and water was in the walking area of the halls and stairways which made it very unsafe. They should have maintenance or someone put signs around or mop up the areas. We were in room 269 in the back building.

Loved the pool and hot tub and the fact that it was 24 hours. The breakfast was of decent quality. Room was clean. TV was big. The price was less than the surrouding hotels, so I was surprised that it was a nice place to stay.

The pool room needed more ventilation - muggy with strong chlorine odor. We had to walk across the street to the other builiding to eat breakfast. When we returned from our volleyball tournament, we had to go up the elevator and walk across to our hallway on the other side of the hotel b/c the elevator only runs on one side. And then just to find that our keys did not work anymore. So another long walk back down and to the office and then back again. We were exhausted from a volleyball tournament. The location is in the middle of everything, which could be a good thing to most. However, it takes about 15-20 mins just to go maybe 2 miles. We had to be really careful to leave with enough time. Beds were a little on the hard side.
