Loved the pool and hot tub and the fact that it was 24 hours. The breakfast was of decent quality. Room was clean. TV was big. The price was less than the surrouding hotels, so I was surprised that it was a nice place to stay.

The pool room needed more ventilation - muggy with strong chlorine odor. We had to walk across the street to the other builiding to eat breakfast. When we returned from our volleyball tournament, we had to go up the elevator and walk across to our hallway on the other side of the hotel b/c the elevator only runs on one side. And then just to find that our keys did not work anymore. So another long walk back down and to the office and then back again. We were exhausted from a volleyball tournament. The location is in the middle of everything, which could be a good thing to most. However, it takes about 15-20 mins just to go maybe 2 miles. We had to be really careful to leave with enough time. Beds were a little on the hard side.

Room was clean, staff was wonderful. TV was huge. Indoor 24 hour pool was nice. Two pools are awesome. Vending machines and ice machine were relatively close.

Parking was a pain. We were two rooms from the lobby and had to park in the back lot by the other hotel building that is part of the facility. Inside pool has trouble with water drainage so tiles around the pool are very slippery. No fault of the staff, but 24 hour indoor pool seems like a good idea, but parents letting their young kids abuse that situation was annoying.

The location is great. It was close to the attractions and shops. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool is open 24/7 but is a little small. The hot tub was over chlorinated and the jets point upward and push you up and splash in your face. The walkway to the pool is made out of tiny pebbles that are coming lose and stab your feet so I recommend shoes or flip flops. Breakfast is good. The bathroom in our room was very small but the room itself was comfortable and clean. Over all for the price it was well worth it. The outdoor pool and hot tub are nice. The parking was mostly convenient so long as you get back to the hotel before 9pm any later and you may have to park in the next lot but it's still not a far walk. There is a Publix grocery store a half a block down the road.

The location was great definitely when it came to walking distance from restaurants. The room was clean and actually surprisingly big. Breakfast was included and had a great spread of just about everything you could want.

I arrived way earlier than expected due to great traffic, and even after checking in, the wait to get into the room was almost 4 pm. I know you can't cater to everyone one but a little bit more urgency or priority to ppl who arrive early would be great. Having to walk around trying to find something to do while waiting for the 4 pm. check-in was a bit tiring. Other than the late check-in time, everything was great.

The location was perfect. The rooms were beautiful. We were really pleased with the outdoor pool and the hot tub.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. I wish that they would do something in the indoor pool area. It is so unsafe. You cannot walk on it without slipping. At check-in, the ladies at the front desk were phenomenal. The next day, when I went to add my husband to my room, the lady working that day was everything but nice. She was more worried about how many kids I had! I booked three rooms and did not go over the amount allowed in rooms. You could tell that she was being super judgmental that I had six kids. Super annoying.

The room is very clean, designed tastefully and pretty practically, comfortable access to electric plugins, air-conditioner is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable, plenty perfect pillows, super nice silky-soft bedsheets. we don't get chance to experience, but outdoor pool looks very well designed, the outdoor hot tab is very appealing with powerful bubbles , almost like the fountains, and some waterfalls from rocks, make us jealous, because we don't have a time to enjoy it. Located across the street of Pirates Voyage show place. 2 minutes working distance to Publix, pretty much same parking lot. in case you would like to safe on food and drinks. The room has coffee machine, small yet powerful fridge, and microwave.

I loved the location and convenience of walking to places around the hotel. The rooms were fairly new, renovated and felt very clean! The bed and pillows were decent and soft. We didn’t get to utilize the pool/hot tub but loved knowing for next time it is open 24 hours!

The bathtub didn’t drain well, so while showering you would have a huge puddle forming around your feet. And the bathroom door was way too close to the toilet and was hard to open because of this. I’m only 5’4” and a size 8/Medium and it was still difficult for me to maneuver.

I would definitely stay again! Breakfast was located in the building behind the hotel but it’s a close walk and service was GREAT. The beds were nice to me. If your more use to the softer bed maybe not so much. The pool area was very clean with bathrooms in the area.

One of the main reasons for our trip was to let the kids swim a lot! However, you have to go outside to get to the pool and the pool area did not seem to be heated at all. Therefore, the grandkids only got to swim once and not for very long. That was the worst and most disappointing part. The upper levels had huge windows which were opened letting in more cold air. I thought perhaps this was done to keep bacteria down possibly? Upon checking out although friendly, the clerk didn’t ask how our stay was. If she had I would have talked to her/them about my dissatisfaction with not being able to swim.

The hotel was not at all full and not busy. We got to the hotel about 2 hours early and asked to checkin and were refused. It does not seem fair we pay full price but lose 5 hours the first day. Then day of checkout, at 10:15 AM, our key card had turned red and we could not get into our room and had to seek help from he maid. Checkout time was 11:00 not 10:15. The lighting in the room was very poor. Loose receptable at the sink. Bathroom very small and commode was loose. We perfer the sunny side of the building which was on the left but the clerk said that side was for smokers. The right side had big pine trees bocking all views and was completely shaded and very cold. If people choose to smoke they should be on the cold shaded side not the bright sunny side.

The breakfast was delicious with so many hot options, not just bagels and coffee. Staff was very helpful and efficient . Rooms were a little dated but that don't matter because they were very clean and housekeeping maintained very well. 4 pillows on each bed which was a major plus for me 😊 The indoor pool and jacuzzi were open 24/7 and very clean. Waking distance from several main attractions and restaurants, trolley pickup station right out front. Would definitely recommend.

When we first got to our room the nightstand had a awful smell. Maybe someone earlier had spilled milk? Maintenance came up immediately, it was coming from Bible in stand. They replaced stand and We were immediately offered a different room but we were happy with ours. There was a issue with boiler pipe while we were there but that was not facilities fault, it was under control and fixed within 30 minutes. Overall no real complaints because everything was immediately fixed.
