Clean and excellent location.

The first room the attendant gave us we unlocked the door with the card and someone was laying on the bed, it was already occupied with someone else. So we went back to the attendant and they apologized and gave us another room. I told them if it was the other way around and somebody walked in on us it would have been a worse situation.

Breakfast was disappointing, small area for food, not enough room to move around getting food. Water for drinking or oatmeal was across the dinning area with the juice, coffee. Had to find someone to put out eggs, gravy, the gravy was terrible, it tasted like salt and flour. We were there 45 minutes before breakfast closed and they were out of yogurt. We went to I HOP in Pigeon Forge for breakfast the next morning and it was great. There is no outside sitting area, balconies or deck for relaxing, the hotel sits on a hill and the photogtaph of hotel on booking.com is misleading.

The staff was extremely friendly, coming in from out of town, booked through a third-party and unable to get checked in on the date, desired contact the hotel and they walked us through the entire process without any headaches. Normally dealing when you book with third parties, it’s a headache trying to adjust or fix The property was clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was gorgeous. I highly recommend especially for the price, gorgeous hotel, one of the best things about the property is it is in walking distance from many many attractions

Very nice place to stay and easy to get in and out of traffic wise. The room was very nice and had everything you might need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast there so we could get back on the road home. The hotel was quiet and no rowdy neighbors. Just a short walk up the hill was a southern cooking restaurant which we enjoyed. There were no foul odors in the room and it was extremely clean.

The heating unit in our room was set to 72 but would not hold the temperature. We woke up with the temp at 80 so we just turned it completely off. The desk personnel helped us get it to heat. The desk also helped us get sound on our TV.

The staff were all amazing and so nice to all of us during our entire stay. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of options to choose from and the food was actually hot when served. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The beds were decent size and comfortable. The room had plenty of room to walk around and there was plenty of room for your belongings. Plenty of lighting and plug ins for charging your electronic devices. Check in/check out from the hotel were both quick and easy. The hotel was smaller, so it made it a lot easier to walk from the elevator to our room when we're very tired. The heat worked great and kept us very warm on those cold nights. The air worked great as well. The water in the shower stayed plenty warm enough. The television had connections for our Firestick so our son could watch his movies on Disney plus. The wifi was pretty good as well. Located near the Shops at Mountain Mile and the Island in Pigeon Forge.

The noise from the hallway can become a problem if you or your kids are light sleepers. The bathroom could've been a little bigger and could've used some deeper cleaning, as well as the floors in the entire room. The parking was very limited, and there are giant pillars that block half the parking spaces, so you can't park in those spots unless you're driving a motorcycle or tiny car. The fridge was a little scary to deal with because it wasn't level and would almost completely tip over onto our toddler.

This property is absolutely beautiful. There was a clean and inviting smell as you walk in the door. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is clean from parking to foyer to rooms. The rooms are warm and inviting. The accommodations were exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable. My family and I felt very safe at this location. I would recommend this location to families and friends. This property is located in the perfect location for all Pigeon Forge activities and travel into Gatlinburg.

The property is located away from the noise of vehicles. The staff members at check in were great, Miss Georgia the Manager was really sweet. They put the slices of bread in individual bags, which is very good. Very clean kitchen staff. The environment is clean, linen clean, room clean. The food was good. The hotel no pet policy is a plus for me. The internet works well. They have some covered parking. For the time I spent, the female house keeper on the 3rd floor has an excellent attitude, very hard worker.

The elevator was really slow so we use the stairs most of the time.

We got a great price and it was just behind the main street so nice and quiet but very handy for everything and easily got to Dollywood on the bus

Everything was perfect until the last day it rained in the room window seal and it ran into the floor I notified front desk they sent some up room 331 last there was a lot of door slamming and people running up and down the halls making excessive noise I think if they would have had there cameras working they would have put a stop to it because the noise went way in early morning but I see y'all making improvements to the facility and it looks great enjoyed my stay and I'll be back other then those few issues I'll give y'all 9 thanks for service and comfort
