The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable nice pool area.

Breakfast was horrible, the host let people in without any seats available. The waffle station was in a horrible place and didn't work right same with the toaster to get toast you had to use it 3 times on full setting and the area was always messy Very cluttered not enough options no fruit besides apples...horrible coffee no options on creamer.. The reception staff felt like they didn't want to be there. I asked twice if i could get my shower gel filled since it was empty upon arrival and that never happened in the 5 nights.

I liked how clean it was! I loved the the 24 hour indoor pool and spa! I loved the breakfast buffet and I thought the staff was really nice!

I did not like the 4 pm check in. I didn't like that you can't leave your stuff there especially when you are already in town. I didn't like the we may or may not give you the $250 deposit back for bringing your dog. This deterred me from bringing my dog when I really wanted too and you charge $40 a night for something that isn't occupying a bed or eating your food! Also my TV didn't work right the first two days I was there!!!

Love the indoor pool, excellent breakfast, popcorn and coffee twenty four seven and the location is great😍

Nothing really. Some rooms could use a little updating but it seems they are working on that.

Comfortable rooms. Staff at breakfast was very friendly. Pool was nice. Enjoyed the movie nights with free popcorn. My daughter got a free coloring book at check in.

One staff member at the desk was a little rude and did not follow through with one of our requests like we asked. Disappointed the hot tub was not working. Breakfast was the same every morning. Would be nice to change it up a little.

The breakfast was great. The bed was great. Had USB chargers and a refrigerator.

The indoor swimming pool was cold my wife could not swim in it because it was too cold.

The lobby was spectacular. Well decorated and spacious. Clean. Having the pool open 24 hours a day is a great option. Enjoyed moving night at the pool. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. The ice cooler in the lobby made it easier to fill up travel cups and you didn’t have to worry about melted ice in the room in a small ice bucket.

The high stool seating with tables. Not a great option if you a short stocky person. Would suggest putting a couple of lower tables with regular seats for parents who still have to work some on vacation and their children want to play in the pool.

Our favorite was the pool, and movie by the pool.

The bathrooms were very humid and muggy!

I liked the location . The staff was really helpful and friendly. They were always pleasant and cheerful The room was clean and the staff was very good about cleaning the room. I liked that there was coffee, tea and hot chocolate any time that you wanted it. It was fresh. I thought that it was nice that the pool was opened 24 hours, even though I didn't use it. It was also nice that they had a breakfast buffet.

Well, it was an inconvenience because only one elevator was working. It was fixed the day before we left. The elevator that was fixed needs to have the ceiling fixed before it falls.

The location is perfect and made it easy to get to lots of places we hoped to visit. The parking lot is huge, we never had any issues finding a place to park close to the doors. Check-in was a breeze, the gal that helped us was very courteous, in fact we did not have any problems what so ever with staff, they were all delightful to work with to include the sweet lady that checked us in for breakfast. The room was clean and the beds were SO comfortable... the AC worked perfectly to keep the room at the temperature we wanted and the water pressure in the shower was heavenly. We also very much enjoyed the 24 hour pool and hot tub, I am pretty sure that is what sold us on coming here, the ability to come and swim at our leisure. Lots of things are actually within walking distance of this center too.

Hmm... we pretty much enjoyed the entirety of the stay. The elevators ran slow, I feel like the one on the right wasn't working because we never saw it come up or down. Also the pool ran out of towels, a guy came and took all of the dirty ones but never replaced them so we went back to our room dripping.

The lobby was very nice and the location was great! The room we were in had recently been remodeled to include new flooring. Room was spacious snd the walk-in shower with glass doors was nice.

It’s in the middle of the upgrade and some parts are 1/2 completed
