I usually stay away from motels but all of the positive posts made me wanna try this place and man it didn’t disappoint!! I don’t have the words of how happy this place made me and my daughter. The Christmas decorations were enough to make me smile once I arrived and to be met with the sweetest ladies at the desk made me know I made the right choice! The rooms smelled amazing and clean when we entered and the room was cozy and nice. The donuts, cookies, popcorn and more made the teens extremely happy and the location was perfect!! This was my first time in this area but as far as I’m concerned there is no other place I will stay when I return!! Thank you for your kind hospitality and lovely place.

We traveled 3 hours to visit Dollywood and rather than travel 3 hours back home in the same day we decided to get a cheap room to stay in. The reviews for this motel were great so we gave it a try. The rooms were super clean and the donuts, cookies, and popcorn were a sweet touch! The donuts were brought in fresh each morning from Krispy Kreme. The staff was also very friendly. We would stay here again.

We just slept here so we didn't really use any of the extras like the pool. I can only give my review on the room and the staff.

Great Staff ,free Krispy Kreme doughnuts every morning! Great location ,loved the outdoor pool and hot tub ,my only complaint Is there should be a sign that says kids not be allowed in Hot tub without a adult ! Kids playing in it had to wait to get in several times ! The kids should be playing in the pool and Not the hot tub !

The shower was wonderful. Just like standing in a waterfall. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great coffee, home made cookies, location was convenient to restaurants and attractions. Other customers were very friendly. Rocking chairs in front of the rooms. Just a very nice vacation. Rooms have been updated nicely. Pool was clean, we didn't swim but looked nice.

The pillows, we are spoiled by our pillows at home and maybe should have brought them along.

We took our kids on their first family vacation out of state and decided to stay at a local mom and pop. Boy were we NOT disappointed, this is the best little place, the rooms were so clean, the beds were comfortable, everyone was so friendly, and the cookies and popcorn were a favorite of our kiddos. We had been worried our kids waking at night might wake someone or someone else wake our kiddos but this inn has solid walls and it was a very peaceful and quiet stay despite it being packed. The location was great we were able to get to everything we wanted in minutes. The price for all you get is fabulous, and super friendly to families on a budget, we will definitely be coming to stay again.

The only issue we had was parking but it was a very busy week when we stayed.

Although the outside is dated, the rooms were the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in a long time. The staff were super friendly as well. Location was close to where i needed to be (Women of Joy conference at LeConte Center). Great girl’s weekend for my daughter and I.

If you have a hard time navigating stairs….be sure to ask for first level room. The are two levels but must take stairs to access second floor. Not big deal but may be problem for some.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location of the room was very convenient. Everything looked like the picture showed on the internet. The lamps, TV, and outlets were working.

The commode flushed but it did not fill up fast enough even after maintance looked at it. Never could get the parking space in front of our room. Always had to park a couple of spaces up or down from the room.

From the check in and the wonderful young lady to check out it was an awesome stay. The rooms are comfy, the beds are wonderful, plenty of pillows, small fridge and microwave, small coffee maker, iron, hairdryer. The pool is open 24/7 and heated it was wonderful. Hot tub and small kids pool also. Free Crispy Creams, cookies, oatmeal, and pop tarts available 24/7. Always great service from the staff. Lots of stuff to walk to and plenty of activities. The BBQ place beside the hotel is excellent. If you want. High end newly remodeled place this is not the place. If you want a Tennessee down home feeling, comfortable and relaxed this is your spot. Family owned for 60 years. Parking was ok but wasn't fully booked with people.

The bathroom is small and the sink is outside the room. That being said my husband is in a wheelchair and he was able to get in and out on his crutches we also had a small shower chair that fit but didn't have a hand shower. The shower was awesome good pressure hot water.

air con was very noisy, despite being turned off it charged back into life every 20 minutes - very odd! However the lady in reception very kindly came up and switched it off at the wall for us. breakfast was pretty much coffee and doughnuts, but enough to get you going for the day.

Rooms were very clean, very comfy and the staff very helpful. The beds were very comfy.Very good location in the heart of all the fun things to do. perfect or our small family. Hot tub and pool were perfect.

We had a bad neighbor the last night of our stay, he was pounding on the concrete wall at midnight, scared our son badly and us too. He was in room 137 that Saturday night 4/08. We didn't report him, but he had to be hitting on the cinder block with something hard to make that much noise. other than that, this is and was one the best places to stay...in our family opinion.
