Night desk staff was friendly and helpful Check in was easy enough.

Breakfast was from 7 to 10 We arrived about 8:15 most of the trays were about empty and what was there was cold. The staff was in no hurry to replenish the empty tray. Very disappointed in the breakfast experience 😒

How friendly and accommodating all the staff were. We extended our stay by another night. The staff even made sure we could stay in the same room.

Breakfast was excellent, exactly what you needed to set you up for the rest of the day. Food was freshly prepared.

The staff was friendly during check in. The breakfast was good. The cleaning person came everyday to replenish towels. The bed was comfortable. It was close to the main strip but not too much noise.

No bathtub, only a shower. It was a big/huge shower but I love baths. No where in bathroom to put your toiletries, such as makeup, facial cleansers and other facial stuff women need! No where for men to put their shaving stuff or toiletries either! Big open spot by bathroom that could use a table or something to put such stuff or snacks, etc. very small dresser to unload your clothes into if your staying longer than just a weekend!

Got a room with a 'kitchen'. The room was big. It had a full size fridge. Small sink in kitchen area. 2 burner stove, induction. Stove was not operable without induction cookware, not provided. Had to use small microwave instead. King bed was good. Shower was great, no tub. Room was renovated nicely. Excellent location off main street but in middle of everything. Good breakfast. Good breakfast room. Good staff.

No table and chairs in kitchen. Induction stovetop was useless. Outside of building looked really bad, but room was nice. Bathroom was small. No hooks or shelves for toiletries, etc.

We booked a room through booking.com at Americana travel lodge by Wyndham. Upon arrival as scheduled and confirmed with night clerk the office was locked we couldn't check in we called 32 times booking .com called them and corporate so we slept for an hour sitting up in our car . Cesar and his staff at Best Western let us in their lobby booked us new rooms and let us use the bathroom to put on clean clothes as we had Ben in the car about 12 hours driving beforehand . They saved our trip and sanity. Thank you!

Pool size a bit small only 1 elevator for staff and guests to use makes wait time a bit long

Clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance from lots of stores and restaurants.

We could hear every step our upstairs neighbors took. We may have just gotten a busy body neighbor, but for hours at a time they would be walking back and forth, and anytime they dropped something it sounded like it was going to come through the roof. I had to put headphones in to sleep, so maybe request a top floor room if you're a light sleeper.

It was centrally located near where we needed to be. The inside of the room was neat, clean, and had plenty of space.

The outside of the building looked a little rough. The parking lot could have been better. Need to tear it out, level it, and then pave it.

I had to ask for floors to be cleaned. But the housekeepers were over the top accommodating It's set back from the street Parking Lot could be repaved
