It was clean, and the beds were comfy. There wasn’t a lot of outside noise. The lady at front desk was very nice. This place is not fancy but, if you are looking for something clean, cheap and no frills, this is it.

They’ve started renovating, I been staying there from 2 owners before this one . Location is good like being on river .

It not that I dislike anything. They’re trying to renovate last 2 times I’ve fixed things in the room for them . Once I put a screw in the AC unit because it was leaking water inside in the floor . Probably some kid broke it sitting on it the time before .. no biggie. This past time rooms look good . . I wiped a spot on wall from steam from shower near the back door and wiped the outside and inside of the back door . . They was few small places on the ceiling that needed fixing better no leaks lol . But I fix apartments for HUD so I see things lol

First of all, I wanna say the gentleman who checked us in was very polite, very nice person. He gave us a room that had a great view out the back door and a great view from the front door. I loved all the wild geese and ducks and other wild animals in the back. What I wasn’t real impressed with was the smell of the room when we first walked in. It had would I called (old man smell) And the mattresses were box spring, and I could feel them. They were extremely uncomfortable. However, overall, for the four days we stayed we got an exceptional price. So we can’t complain too much.

Location is like the best. The beds are clean & comfy to sleep on close to my own, so you do get a good night's rest. Rooms are clean & updated. My room was 114 it had a patio that looked right at the creek. It was very nice.

There's only a small few things , the exhaust fan switch in the bathroom is a little dated, the tv signal was in and out often but I'm going to chop that up to it being cloudy during our 2 night stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and if you're on a budget and want to be close to the hotel after a long out atraction all day and want something simple, affordable things to do with your kids close to the hotel there's plenty to fuel within walking distance of this hotel.

Location was perfect, price was great, overall exactly what we needed.

Biggest issue was the shower knob was messed up so we only had one temperature for our shower water - scalding hot. I informed the staff as we left so hopefully it’ll be taken care of. Another issue is there seriously needs to be a latch up high so that kids can’t open the doors. The deadbolt is the kind that auto unlocks when the knob is turned. Our two year old attempted to make an escape several times.

Me and my boyfriend loved the view of the rivers and the area was awesome and good for us.

The hotel did not have any hot water and it took over 20 to 30 mins to get the hot water to our room. So we had to wait and had it running for that long every night for 6 nights. But everything else was fine for us. We did let the staff know about by calling the office. They said it can take about 5mins but it took more then that.

Convenient location and a great price. The lady at the desk upgraded my son and I to a room overlooking the creek and had a balcony. We enjoyed going out onto the balcony to look at the lights across the creek and when it stormed we were able to watch the storm from the balcony. Was also right by Red Rooster for breakfast so didn't have to drive to it or sit outside waiting we got put on the list and was able to relax and wait in our room.

Parking was a bit off, meaning you have numbered spots which is good unless someone else parks in your spot so you have to look for another one. But that's the only complaint.

I really liked everything! Close to everything. Room was clean and comfy.. jelly ( I think that's her name) the front desk girl. Was super nice and friendly. She got us queen beds & balcony because she seen we had 2 kids with us. Very nice of her. The balcony view of the water and Christmas lights were very pretty! Room is spacy. Also I like how we knew we would have a parking spot when we got back. They have assigned parking for each room. Each room had a parking spot. We loved the smart TV they have. We plan to stay here from now on when we stay in peigon forge

Room was clean. Location- it's SUPER easy to get to back roads to avoid main strip traffic from the hotel. Pool was decent size and clean.

The only real complaint we had (and it wasn't a huge deal) was just that the hotel wifi was in and out.

We enjoyed the area, the river with the ducks & geese were a hit with our child & close to breakfast, other amenities. The room was cold, which was relaxing during the hot summer. Showers were great, including water pressure. Everything was clean & it was quiet. We only stayed in this Inn until our family arrived to town, wouldn’t have minded to added another night or two.

The only dislike was the uncomfortable beds(we may just like softer beds), Wi-Fi was horrible so if you are working on your travels, might want a stronger connection & the shower head could’ve used a good cleaning. Maybe one more bigger trash can in our room but again, little minor things to nitpick. Only thing our child complained about was no pool but we knew that, just neighboring hotels do have them! Didn’t enjoy the duck/goose poop but what can you expect by the river?
