Great staff!! Very helpful when a glitch to our reservation came up. Took care of it in a very professional way - appreciated them going above and beyond for my family. Great breakfast and social hour food! Rooms were very clean and comfy. Staff also took care of needs (soap and toilet paper) in a very timely fashion.

Because of the reservation glitch, we lost our mountain view (but that was also partly our choice) ... the rooftop made up for it!!!

The location had a wonderful view. If we had gotten the option to get a king suite we booked on a higher floor would have been great, but it wasn't avalanche available. But our room was homy but also more relaxing and adventurous than our own.

I would have liked the breakfast time to go slightly later. Didn't really give us much time to sleep in because I was looking forward to eating with the wonderful view the breakfast area had.

It was easy to find and also out of all the heavy traffic. Very peaceful and a great overlook of everything and also close to everything so that you could be anywhere you wanted quickly and easy.

The pool could’ve been warmer. Not a real big concern though.

It was good but they kept running out of food. I think they need to hire more people.

Housekeeping needs a checklist so they remember to leave coffee everyday. Also, they forgot to leave washcloths and bath mats. They didn’t make up beds in my daughters room. The hotel is beautiful but they need management to check behind the housekeeping dept.

The location was perfect, it was quiet even with our room being near the elevator, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We didn’t use the outdoor pool but it looked a little green which deterred us from trying to make time to use this amenity.

Free breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

The pool is nice but small. Limited number of chaise lounge chairs if you want to lay out in the sun. Definitely family friendly if that’s what you prefer. Kids everywhere

Cleanliness and convenient location. The room was so comfortable and smelled amazing. Beautiful views from the breakfast area on the 6th floor.

I wish I had a room on the front side facing the city lights and mountain vs the hotel construction.

The location ! Far away enough to be quite but close enough to all of the attractions and main strip

I have only one complaint and it’s pretty minimal, the cheese omelette was not good but everything else was great.

The double doors going into the bedroom are awkward and didn’t close properly. The bathroom area with toilet and shower is too small.

Loved the location, large room with a full size fridge. Front desk employees were always helpful and nice.

Found a couple dirty socks in the room upon arrival but otherwise was very clean. Super expensive drinks etc from the pantry store in the lobby.
