Free coffee in the room, but $3.00 for water? Really. a $400.00 plus room, and as a thank you, we get 3x times plus the cost for water. Better to not put the water in the room, use tap, or free bottled water. Don't be petty. You look cheap while trying to look expensive.

The location was great, right in the middle of the Parkway. Plenty of parking, check-in was very quick, desk clerk asked what floor we wanted the room, free coffee in lobby, super clean.

Really dont have any negatives, everything worked out well.

Hotel was close to all the stuff to do in the area, but you could go the back roads to avoid alot of traffic on the parkway

Didn't like that there was a young travel baseball team that ran wild thru the hotel and pool area all week.

I always stay here when I come to pigeon forge, because this hotel is absolutely the best quality and cleanliness i have ever experienced with a hotel. The beds are comfortable, the floors are impeccable, and I never feel dirty after being here. The pool facility is great, perfect for kids. The staff is always friendly. I will always choose the Black Fox.

Absolutely nothing

The location was great due to the event we attended was across the street at the Leconte Center. Staff was wonderful from the time we arrived we felt welcomed. I loved that we didn’t have to leave the hotel for meals. The food was good but our server was excellent. Also loves the live music each night we were there.

The breakfast was okay

A la carte breakfast was very good, and service was excellent.

I would have preferred buffet style of breakfast but what was offered was very good.

Was very disappointed that there was not some kind of complimentary breakfast. Have not stayed in a nice hotel recently that did NOT offer a complimentary breakfast.

Great location, close to The Island. Very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas in the lobby. Room was very spacious and clean. We stayed in a room the had 4 queen beds and 2 bathrooms, it was like having an apartment. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
