Exceptionally clean and fresh as always!! The bed and pillows are so comfortable. They gave us plenty of coffee for the 5 cup machine in the room. Housekeeping left fresh towels and trash bags during our stay. The balcony has great outdoor chairs with a table. Breakfast vouchers for a local pancake house for each day we stayed. We walked 2 blocks to the trolley station and traveled to Gatlinburg and all around Pigeon Forge without having to drive . We always stay here when in the area and will definitely be back! ❤️❤️❤️

Nothing bad to say about our time here other than I wish we could've stayed longer.

Loved the room. (Would suggest using a magnet to hold drapery away from balcony door(s), avoiding excessive wear. Also, acrylic shielding near toilet in 204---a great idea---is loosening somewhat). The balcony with "river music" was a BONUS treat that we rarely experience on vacations.

Never had face-to-face contact with a manager-type person; office always locked. Some provision for morning coffee would be appreciated.

Check in was via email with a door code, which was nice and super easy. Was peaceful. Even though there was a go cart track next door, there wasn't much noise in the room from it. It was sort of off in its own little spot by the river a little away from the main road, which was nice. Very clean with private balcony and river view.

Not many outlets, other than that everything was great!

The room was very nice. We stayed at Rivergate in November of 2020 and the bed was very comfortable. This is the reason that we came back. I requested the same room that I had before and was placed in that room. I've only stayed in two places where the bed was comfortable for me and my husband and Rivergate is one of them. I will be back.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. We kept the do not disturb sign out because we did not need housekeeping while we were there. The housekeepers left extra garbage bags hanging on the doorknob for us, which was great.

This hotel was truly a hidden treasure! With affordable rates, a great location for those who love the Ole Mill and Dollywood, and very clean rooms with balconies overlooking the river. We really liked the no hassle check-in and checkout process. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel gives you a voucher for a free breakfast at another previously unknown local treasure, Reagan’s House of Pancakes. Although the hotel is located behind two go-cart tracks, the rooms are completely sound proof, when we sat out on our balcony, all we heard was the peaceful sound of the river. Truly a treasure for those who want a comfortable place to rest after spending a full day visiting the attractions.

The only thing that could have been better was the water temperature, it just didn’t get a hot enough.

Litterly everything the balcony overlooking the river was amazing! Everything was very clean our bed was comfortable plenty of linens and was very thankful for the breakfast vouchers to Ragens House of Pancakes we upgraded to the breakfast buffet for 5 dollars and me and my husband both ate the buffet and drank sweet tea. our total came to $11.08 that's a great deal! There is also a pool it's just not onsite they do leave directions for you to find it! There is an elevator and an ice machine! We will definitely be back!

I don't have any complaints really the only thing I can think of is that there wasn't a pen to fill out the breakfast vouchers but I had one in my car so no big deal!

Easy access to our room. Room was very clean and beds we’re comfortable.

There needs to be a light over the shower. Didn’t like that hotel was directly across from go cart track. Sound of them constantly was a big drawback.

Loved the location, and it goes without saying that the price was very reasonable. The self check-in was great.

When we arrived, we did not have any internet and I called the telephone number and was told that a storm had knocked it out and it needed to be reset. The problem with not having anyone on the premises was that no one ever came and reset the modem, which made it difficult to make reservations for shows and dinner or get information about activities and attractions.

very comfortable. relatively quite. Was behind go carts but wasn’t to bad. our cleaning lady was very nice. we only saw the cleaning lady and no other staff. No problem getting in room or with really anything

would have like a little better lighting in the bathroom. we had a hot tub in our room so there was no table on that side of bed, so that was not convenient

The room was very nice. I booked it for my parents because it had the jacuzzi tub ni the room. My dad enjoyed that and the balcony with the view of the river. My parents were very pleased with the comfort of the bed and the sound proof room. The only thing that was a little small was the bathroom/shower but it worked. I would definitely book here in the future.

The bathroom was a little tight but not to the point of being a dislike.
