not much really. we only stayed there because my family was staying there

the bathroom was dirty around the baseboards. I had to ask for shampoo. advertised biscuits and gravy but it was only available on Friday , and my husband said it wasn’t any good.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was well laid out. Everything was as described. I loved the breakfast also. I love that there are 2 pools so the inside one can stay open year around. Lots of available channels to choose from where most others only have 15 or 20, they have about 40.

On vacation I like to sleep in sometimes so I wish breakfast was available a little later. I think the shower head needed changed cuz there was plenty of pressure in the faucet but when you changed it to shower 🚿 it sprayed more like a mist in most directions than where it was supposed to..

I tried very hard to find some thing bad to say about my reservation, but I was very pleased. My room was on the second floor and I was not happy about that but, I felt safer once I was inside my room, and saw how busy the area was. I have blood sugar issues and the breakfast food was more geared towards a normal diet. I do have problems with eating pancakes and waffles for breakfast. I know they tried very hard but I just need a more basic meal. It’s still was a very pleasant experience.

It was very cold the day I was there, so better signage for direction to where the breakfast was might have helped.

Location is perfect. Within walking distance of almost everything. Room was comfortable and decently clean. The staff is excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast no comment. Need to hang sign up indicating where hot water is located in order to fix instant oatmeal. Location is not obvious and no one was available to ask.

No water pressure in shower. Takes twice as long to do anything due to more water pressure in the sink than the shower. No coffee pot in room. No instructions on how to utilize television. Ice bucket had a crack in it and had to be kept in sink in order to keep water from being everywhere.

The location is great and the staff was really helpful. I loved the balcony.

The breakfast room is too small.

For what we paid I was extremely happy with the pool and room with balcony. The staff was kind and helpful and we didn't have any major problems.

The breakfast was a little low maintenance and could have been spruced up more but was edible. The bathroom in the room was very small and the sink was outside the bathroom for some reason. I definitely wished the bathroom had been bigger, however it was clean and served it's purpose. The noise was a bit loud at night, with the area it was in I was expecting noise, however the hotel could have done a better job of sealing the hotel door and balcony door to reduce the noise.

Great Central location

The room was absolutely excellent. Exceptionally clean, the sheets were properly laundered (even with that slight starched feel which we like). The beds were firm but comfortable.

This is a Jekyl and Hyde review. Everything was absolutely excellent except for one thing. No internet. AND THAT'S A DEAL BREAKER. No one can survive without it. They even have a sign in the room that says "Internet service is not guaranteed". That's a permanent sign. And it did not work. That sign basically says "we don't have internet". IN THIS DAY AND AGE? SERIOUSLY? You can not tell me this is an unresolvable issue. And when I called the front desk, the lady was kind of gruff about it. So until you guys fix this, WE WON'T BE COMING BACK.

We had a last minute trip and read online reviews so booked. We loved that it was so close to the Old Mill area (within walking distance). The staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great!

Our only issue was the wifi. We had read online that wifi was available. But, when we got to our room there was a note stating that wifi was not guaranteed. So, we did not have wifi, which made working a bit difficult. If we were guaranteed wifi, we would not hesitate to book in the future.

The breakfast gravey was cold. Biscuits where hard and there was nothing for children to eat. No meat, no cereal or milk.

Need to have coffee pots in the rooms. A kuerig or something.
