Everything! The room was large, comfortable and clean. Very well maintained. The staff kept our room clean and well stocked with plenty of linens, towels, everything we needed. Even noticed when we used more of a certain product and made sure to leave extra when they cleaned the room. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a nice choice of hot food, eggs, meats, potatoes on the buffet every morning, plus plenty of breads, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, yogurts and more. The staff, especially Renee and Jerome, were just so kind, friendly and really made our stay perfect. I have never stayed in a place where every single staff member I had contact with was so friendly and helpful. It felt like staying with family. This staff deserves recognition, and I hope they get it, they are great people.

I honesty cannot think of one single thing we didn't like. This property was clean, well maintained and beautiful. There was nothing we did not love about this property

Everything was great!

When we went to load our car with our belongings we had left a few things in our room we were coming back for. I did not check out at the front or turn in my keys yet. I wanted to make sure all of our belongings were out before doing so. We went back up to our room and when we were about to go in house keeping was coming out of our room with the rest of our belongings and had thrown somethings away we had to dig out of the trash. Was very upset about this and I let the front desk know about this when we went to hand in our room keys and check out.

The breakfast was good and had variety. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My bed was made every morning, along with tidying up the room and giving us fresh towels/toilet paper in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool was decently sized. My favorite part is the location. It's in the middle of everything along the strip and walking distance to food after a long day of visiting attractions. We concluded that this will be the hotel to stay at while visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area from now on!

The lobby was inviting as well as the rooms very clean. We did not use the pool facilities due to a very late arrival, but I would have to guess they were just as well kept as the other parts of the property. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and the evening attendant when we arrived went above and beyond with helping me order delivery service. The breakfast was potentially the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had at this level of establishment. The fresh yogurt was a family favorite!

I have nothing negative to say other than maybe offering ice machines on every floor.

The breakfast was outstanding and the employee for the food was friendly and helpful. All of the staff was great. The only thing I needed was a shower cap. Usually these are provided. Talking about breakfast, I consider the baked chicken and biscuit the best and I enjoyed coffee throughout the day and I loved the strawberry kiwi water. Also, the night we arrived there was a evacuation for Sevier county and the desk employee was considerate in helping us where the wildfires were happening and kept us updated

I’m the wife… I smoke and he doesn’t. With that said, he always goes with me to the smoking area… at this location for smoking it’s well lit and close enough for me to not feel uncomfortable. I don’t smoke in my home, so I totally understand why we have smoking areas. The room was super clean, updated, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location was just further out of the area we usually do things in… we always stayed at the other hotel and I mistakenly booked this location. Nothing against the hotel, or the staff.

The hotel was off the main strip and easy to access. They were very clean and had a good smell throughout the hotel. The halls were comfortable and clean as well. The bathroom had complimentary pump bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The breakfast was amazing! The coffee was good. The pool area was kept clean. We even had room service clean our room while we were out for the day, and that did not happen at our last hotel.

The bathroom door did have trouble shutting unless you raised up on it to shut and latch. It was nice to have the sofa bed and table, but once the bed came out, we had to rearrange furniture to find a place to out the tables.

Breakfast was delicious. The rooms and lobby real clean and smelt good. The staff was great and friendly. Also at a great location. Beds was comfortable too. Will be staying here from now on in pigion forge

Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Good quality towels and sheets. Plenty of outlets for charging. Shower was SUPER strong. Nice toiletries. Nice drawers and storage spaces in the bathroom. You could store your items without having them all over the bathroom vanity top. Breakfast was good and hot. Parking was ample and well lit, especially in the back of the hotel.

Lighting in room was very poor. There were only two small lamps. One was on the desk and one between the two beds. The bathroom lighting was not sufficient either. The television remote was very awkward. Not easy to navigate. The way that the toilet paper had to be attached to the side of the cabinet was strange. The paper roll fell off every time it was used. Finally, just took it off and used it like that. Should be replaced with a closed paper holder instead of a hook style.

It’s easy to access. There were no sketchy people hanging around the property. The check-in employee was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless. The AC, fridge, and TV all worked as they should. The water pressure for the shower was exceptionally good for a hotel. I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for 20+ years. There are nicer hotels, technically, with more luxurious options, but this is about as good as I’ve ever seen from a chain like La Quinta. We enjoyed it enough that we’ve already booked another stay for our next trip.

Struggling to find something we didn’t like.
