Clean, comfortable and in a great location! Loved the pools and the breakfast was pleasant with really nice area to eat and sit outside if you want. Waffle maker is always a much loved benefit for the buffet. Other food was basic, coffee was good and area was clean and nice ability to watch the news and local info. Check in was standard and room was basic but very clean. Property overall was wonderfully kept up and the pools were outstanding. There are 2 pools and an indoor pool so no matter the weather you are able to swim if you want. Pretty spread out but the central location was just minutes from all the fun. We were in the Smokies within 10 minutes and you are situated right on the main drag for food and activities. Mini frig, microwave and ample room in the 2 bedroom accommodation. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back if we visit the area!

Parking can be a bit crowded and rooms are your typical "motelish" basic so sheets are basic etc. Lighting in the bathroom could use some upgrading and a make up mirror would be a real plus for me. Otherwise this is a great place with really nice staff!

Everything went great as it always does. We stay here quite often and this hotel is always top notch in our book. The staff, Kitchen, Custodians, Maids, Maintenance, etc. was all very professional and treaded us like family the entire time during our stay.

This was good value in a very expensive town. There are 3 levels to the building and several buildings in the complex. There are stair options and elevators at either end of the building. It was a long walk to our room in the center so if you have mobility issues, ask to be near the elevator or ask for a ground floor room. The pool and hot tub was open but we didn’t use it. The room was spacious with a micro and fridge. A wooden table with two wooden chairs were there if you wanted to eat in your room. No other sitting options except for the bed. The breakfast was a nice surprise. It had the normal hotel items like waffles, sausage, eggs etc but the dining room was very nice and the food was fresh and restocked regularly. There is a Shoney’s you can walk to but most restaurants are across the 4 lane highway that you need to drive to. A good location for the many Pigeon Forge attractions in the vicinity.

The road the hotel is on is constantly busy and we often had to uturn to get into the parking lot which is right across from the uturn. You had to get over two lanes right away to enter. We would drive to a further turn licationnto give us more time.

Cleaning staff was so friendly and hospitable.Front desk was helpfull Both indoor and outdoor pool areas were great. Breakfast was good, wish they had switched up the choices occasionally. Location is close to everything but not in the middle of it all. This location will be our go to when we come for future stays.

The front desk staff wasn't friendly, not terrible by any means, just very dry. Rooms were spacious, there wasn't a sitting area, just a table and chairs. There is plenty of room for a chair or small sofa.

The beds were VERY comfortable and the appliances in the room worked great.The breakfast was fantastic and the location was very super convenient. The staff was very friendly and always gave towels and other essentials upon request.

I didn’t like that the jacuzzi was always packed with people to the point that I was never able to get in it the entire stay. I didn’t like that the parking spaces weren’t assigned so I could never find a spot close to the room. Having a toddler and several things to pack back and forth from the car to the room was miserable especially having to park so far away.

Room was standard room, with 2 queen beds, microwave, refrigerator. Plenty of storage space for clothing, etc. Room was very clean; daily housekeeping which was a nice touch, so trash emptied every day and fresh towels provided. We actually left an item behind and when we realized it we called the front desk and they were very helpful in making sure our item was returned. Daily hot breakfast, at least two swimming pools and hot tubs, one indoor and one outside. Indoor pool was a bit too cold for my liking but that is my personal preference. We think there may have been a third pool, but if so, we did not see it.

Although breakfast was provided, it was the same offerings every day. Additionally, during peak times, the room became very crowded. We tried to use the indoor pool on our last night but there were no towels. I had to walk across the parking lot in the rain to the outdoor pool to obtain towels for my family. That was a shorter walk then going all the way to the check in desk. It was very crowded when we checked in, and parking was an issue; this was just an issue on the first night, and as people checked out we didn't have any problems the other two nights. Limited outlets in the room for our electronics. That being said we may have more than most people. LOL. (3 phones, watch, 2 tablets, headphones)

We usually get the 2 double queen rooms with private balcony at back side of property which are awesome,but we decided to try the townhouse suite and loved it. It was a very spacious room(620 square ft total for the suite) with the king bed,fireplace,walk-in shower in bathroom downstairs, plus several chairs and tables and couch downstairs. Then after going up spiral staircase, you have a queen bed with it's own bathroom upstairs plus it's own A/C unit also. So,everyone had plenty of room. We will continue staying at this place when we travel down to Pigeon forge again for a few nights.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Loved that it had a table to play cards. The last few places we have stayed didn't have a table. The room was clean.

The breakfast was good, but very crowded not matter what time we went. Wish they had bigger tables outside for a family of 4 to eat together. One of the outlets was attached to the light switch, so it made the outlet useless and we needed to plug in a fan at night. The switch was also connected to the overhead light, so you couldn't just leave it on for the switch to work.

I don't even know where to start, everything was amazing from breakfast (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, cearl, mini muffin, sausage, juice) to the pools and hot tubs and peaceful nights when we first got there we were greeted with a smile, was able to check in early (2 p.m.) was asked if we had a preference on the floor which was very nice of them. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. there was a wonderful heart shaped towel presented on the bed, plenty of towels and bags for trashcans even a bag for dirty clothes. we have stayed in a bunch of hotels/inns but this was definitely the cleanest and quietest. Breakfast was delicious, we didn't get down to the breakfast hall until 915-930 and they were still serving hot food. we thought everything would be gone. So it was a wonderful surprise. the pools were awesome/amazing, the one out front outside has a beautiful waterfall and a clean hot tub even a splash pool for the kiddos. we mainly used the indoor pool, we liked that it was a heated pool and the indoor hot tub was quiter. we just absolutely loved the waterfall designs. the outside pool in the back has a beautiful sitting area with a fireplace and 2 splash pads for the kids. One includes a little fountain in the middle. last thing but not least, right beside the breakfast hall in the back is a rock waterfall with chairs sitting around it, it's a nice little spot for relaxing outside alone or to make a phone call or to even just sit enjoy with your significant other.

my only complaint is the hot tub out front is very loud, after having a long day of sight seeing and activities I looked forward to coming back to relax in the hot tub but since it didn't have quite have enough water in it, it made a loud gurgling noise the whole time we were outside but the indoor pool closes at 1030 so if you don't get back to the hotel and over to the indoor pool by then to use the indoor pool instead you'd have to deal with the loud gurgling or just not use it. the pop machine inside the brochure/ice/vending machine area would not take my cash or card. told me that my card didn't exist and kept spitting out my cash so we had to go to a gas station to get a cold pop.

The location was perfect. We were on the main road near everything, yet had a back road behind the hotel to avoid any traffic. The room was clean, and the water pressure was amazing. Pools were bright and clean, and landscaping was well kept. Breakfast was hot and fresh, but it didn't change day to day.

We paid extra for a room with a balcony, and the hotel was maybe 25 percent occupied. They kept using the room directly beside us, which made our balcony useless. Every time we walked out on it, there were people on theirs like 5ft away. No privacy divider or anything like that.
