Clean, comfortable and in a great location! Loved the pools and the breakfast was pleasant with really nice area to eat and sit outside if you want. Waffle maker is always a much loved benefit for the buffet. Other food was basic, coffee was good and area was clean and nice ability to watch the news and local info. Check in was standard and room was basic but very clean. Property overall was wonderfully kept up and the pools were outstanding. There are 2 pools and an indoor pool so no matter the weather you are able to swim if you want. Pretty spread out but the central location was just minutes from all the fun. We were in the Smokies within 10 minutes and you are situated right on the main drag for food and activities. Mini frig, microwave and ample room in the 2 bedroom accommodation. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back if we visit the area!

Parking can be a bit crowded and rooms are your typical "motelish" basic so sheets are basic etc. Lighting in the bathroom could use some upgrading and a make up mirror would be a real plus for me. Otherwise this is a great place with really nice staff!

Everything went great as it always does. We stay here quite often and this hotel is always top notch in our book. The staff, Kitchen, Custodians, Maids, Maintenance, etc. was all very professional and treaded us like family the entire time during our stay.

Everything was wonderful!! All of the staff, front desk, housekeeping and dietary was so very friendly and helpful!! The full breakfast was absolutely delicious and the dietary staff made sure that everything stayed filled and cleaned. During our 4 day stay we went to breakfast different times each day and everytime it was the same ....plenty of food, very clean and all the staff was helpful and friendly!! The pool was very well kept and clean. You could swim up till midnight. The location was great. Parking was easy!! I am trying to remember everything as I write this review. If I have forgotten to mention anything, I can guarantee that it was also great. There is absolutely nothing, but great things to be said about this place. Will definitely look for Best Western whenever we travel again!!

Loved the 3 pools and the breakfast every morning was fantastic 😊 the room was very clean and staff was nice.

The only thing I didn't really like was there was a weird smell outside of the elevator when we first walked into the back hotel building. I thought it smelled like an electrical fire. Other than that, the rooms and everything else were completely fine. Also, the rate significantly went up about double from every other night we were there when we tried to add one more night on (a Saturday though) when we weren't ready to leave yet lol, but we had an AMAZING price WELL WORTH it for every other night beforehand. Definitely WORTH THE STAY.

This was good value in a very expensive town. There are 3 levels to the building and several buildings in the complex. There are stair options and elevators at either end of the building. It was a long walk to our room in the center so if you have mobility issues, ask to be near the elevator or ask for a ground floor room. The pool and hot tub was open but we didn’t use it. The room was spacious with a micro and fridge. A wooden table with two wooden chairs were there if you wanted to eat in your room. No other sitting options except for the bed. The breakfast was a nice surprise. It had the normal hotel items like waffles, sausage, eggs etc but the dining room was very nice and the food was fresh and restocked regularly. There is a Shoney’s you can walk to but most restaurants are across the 4 lane highway that you need to drive to. A good location for the many Pigeon Forge attractions in the vicinity.

The road the hotel is on is constantly busy and we often had to uturn to get into the parking lot which is right across from the uturn. You had to get over two lanes right away to enter. We would drive to a further turn licationnto give us more time.

The room was very well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. My son and I didn’t get to use the pool (due to running around the whole time), but others really enjoyed it. Felt safe being it was just my son and I. Thank you for very much! The last night I had to call desk services at 11:30pm over a guest above me whose kids were dragging the chair across the floor. The gentleman that answered said he would check right away. Within 10 minutes it stopped. The appreciated that! Friendly service from start to finish. Book for your next trip cause I sure will. You won’t regret it :)

Cleaning staff was so friendly and hospitable.Front desk was helpfull Both indoor and outdoor pool areas were great. Breakfast was good, wish they had switched up the choices occasionally. Location is close to everything but not in the middle of it all. This location will be our go to when we come for future stays.

The front desk staff wasn't friendly, not terrible by any means, just very dry. Rooms were spacious, there wasn't a sitting area, just a table and chairs. There is plenty of room for a chair or small sofa.

We spent one night and the room was adequate for our stay as we mostly just slept there. The room was clean except the floor in front of the door was sticky. No frill room, but had all the basic necessities. The pillows were nice, however the mattress seemed cheap and harder than I prefer. We were on the bottom floor and it was quiet all night until the housekeepers woke us up talking outside our room. Liked having two luggage racks. Breakfast is served in a separate building. Again, no frills, but all the basics. We didn’t use any of the pools, but kids seemed to be enjoying them.

It was fine, but I would rate it very good instead of excellent. Nothing to say “oh wow!” about. Probably will look elsewhere for our next stay.

The beds were VERY comfortable and the appliances in the room worked great.The breakfast was fantastic and the location was very super convenient. The staff was very friendly and always gave towels and other essentials upon request.

I didn’t like that the jacuzzi was always packed with people to the point that I was never able to get in it the entire stay. I didn’t like that the parking spaces weren’t assigned so I could never find a spot close to the room. Having a toddler and several things to pack back and forth from the car to the room was miserable especially having to park so far away.

Loved the location, within walking distance to several activites for kids and dining options so withtraffic the way it is on weekends this is a huge plus. Pools were all nice, seemed clean. Food was okay for continental. Clean room and comfortable bed. Great water pressure.

No parking late at night, had to park in the drive thru area per staff. No elevator for a 3rd floor room, this would have been a deal breaker totally for me had I known. Hard to find indoor pool area. Breakfast area very small for the amount of people the hotel can accommodate room wise.
