The staff was very friendly, the whole place was clean. Our suite was the best one we have been to. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the suite was big enough for our family of 7 plus our friend that came along so total of 8 people. The pool was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and the lady running the breakfast area was so friendly. I have no complaints cause we loved the place. It was perfect for our family. We were there for 5 nights and it suited us perfectly.

I like that it is close to Parkway and Dollywood. We had a suite which had the beds in a separate room. I liked that you weren't sitting on beds to watch TV because it had a love seat and chair. I liked how the staff was all friendly. We didn't arrive until after 8:30 pm, and the gentleman at the counter offered for my grandson to swim until 9:30 even though the pool closed at 9 pm.

I didn't like that in the bathroom you could see where they must have had moisture before, so it looked like they painted over mold.

Everything, very comfortable and relaxing. Rooms are clean and spacious. Love having a kitchen area with a full size fridge and counter space. The 2 bedroom suites have 2 bathrooms, which is great when traveling with a family and also have 3 TV'S, no arguing over channels.

None of these were "show stoppers", but observations. We wish the bathroom exhaust fans were controlled in the rooms. We take showers in the morning but the exhaust fans run in the evening. There was a lot of construction debris around one of the dumpster areas that needed to be hauled away. Made the parking area and general area look unkept.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, and spacious. I never ran low on any towels, soap, etc. Breakfast was good. The hotel room is quiet,

The drain stopper in the tub was malfunctioning due to being broken. I got it to stay open. It will need to be repaired if someone wants to take a bath. The globe fell off the light on the fan in the bedroom, but I put it back. An exit door at ground level in the back has to be forced closed. That's a security issue.

Very roomy with good a/c, and the kitchen with full size refrigerator was just what we needed. Breakfast was ok but great for waffle lovers since there were various flavors. Easy to find on main road, 5 min drive to Dollywood and across the street from the Gatlinburg public Golf Course.

The front desk phone handset is broken so we couldn’t call the property directly from inside or outside the hotel. The TV in the living room didn’t work (power on but no channels). This was minor because the bedroom TV worked fine.

I liked that it was clean and not on the main parkway. The beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Free fireworks from dollywood could be seen every night from the front of hotel

The couch was not too comfortable. The towels were kind of rough on my skin. Breakfast was good but lacked variety, no fruit or yogurt. Biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage patty everyday. Would have loved some lighter options.

Wonderful place..continental breakfast was exceptional, rooms and all facilities immaculate, two story, parking areas totally daylight-lit at night, staff very friendly and helpful, price was awesome, even had "living room" area in our rented space, kitchen area very nice (w/refrig, dishwasher,stove, microwave, garbage disposal). Other facilities could truly learn from "All Seasons". My friends and I had a wonderful time...shopping, eating, girl time. We hope to go back in the Spring and this wonderful motel will be absolutely where we will stay...will 100% approve it to anyone!

The staff is awesome, the breakfast is very good, the beds are comfortable and the location is perfect.

The large burner on the stove didn’t work. There was no real ability to cook in the unit as the kitchenette was not supplied other than basic plates and cups. These was one pot and a small sauce pan.

The suites were clean, spacious, having a small kitchen with a big fridge was amazing.

The breakfast was the same every day. This is the first place I stay that does this. Normally hotels that offer breakfast will change things every day. Like susage one day and the next bacon, scrambled eggs one day and the next boiled or fried egg. We stayed fours days and three nights and every day they offered the exact same thing; scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, same breads, they didn’t have bagels or yogurt.

The 1 bedroom we had, on the first floor, was updated. At first, I was scared to book here because it looked like it was stuck in the 1970's. I am happy to report that the beds were comfy, pillows nice, carpet was newer in the rooms. They still have some updates to do in the room but everything was functional. Loved the kitchen and all the pots/pans and utensils available. Love the dishwasher and big fridge. I would stay here again- grocery store is nearby. The breakfast was free.. again, FREE so you can make it work or not. Has biscuits, sausage patties, eggs (like you find on cruises), waffles station, basic bread and cereal.

The bathroom needs a magic eraser to work on the rust and water stains- the vanity and counters can be updated.. they just need a good handyman to use paint and a drill in other spots.
