Very clean room. Great staff. Location and value are excellent

No breakfast, but Cracker Barrel, Shoneys, & Waffle House were a quick walk away

The property was in a central location, facilities were clean. We arrived a bit early and front desk let us check in early, check in was so easy, housekeeping was fantastic. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and spoke to us. We were only looking for an affordable place with basic things as we knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel much of our stay, Conner hill met this and beyond with their great customer service, and clean rooms

There is no elevator for second floor rooms. So if you have a physical issues that make stairs difficult request a first floor room. I definitely don’t blame the inn for this though I had a knee replacement a few months ago so the stairs were a bit difficult but not impossible

The area was convenient and the staff was super friendly. We had everything we needed. There were absolutely no issues at all! This hotel is great and we will be back!

The only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel but rather the SlammedEnuff show that weekend. There were too many loud cars all night long. I would suggest the hotel and other petition to have this event moved out of the city. It almost ruined our vacation.

I never leave reviews, but this place deserves one. I arrived after midnight and the office was closed but the front desk attendant had called to let me know my room number and that my keys would be hidden away safely for me to collect. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Wonderful shower with great towels, soft pillows, warm bedding, and an air conditioner that ran so well I needed to get up and put a little heat on before bed. I would absolutely stay here again no doubt about that!

Location was as expected but surprisingly quiet. Skipped the “continental” breakfast for something with protein, but lots of choices nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. WiFi worked, plenty of outlets, etc. Liked the “purpose” statement on the door!

Very good shape for a very old motel, but a couple of maintenance issues, e.g., difficulty closing bathroom door, carpet needs some maintenance.

Room was ok except for the pillows.I really appreciated them letting us in our room early so 2 of the 4 who is disabled could rest after the 4 hrs ride. We came to pigeon forge to Christmas shop & I think the room price was fair for it being a weekend.. I had stayed here before but years ago & I will stay again.

The pillows is my main complaint ,they were cheap and went flat when you layer down. I took my pillow with me but the other 3 didn't. My brother said the TV set up was bad but idk what was wrong

We would take our showers and we would and we will slip every time so this is a recommendation,You need to put slip resistant pads in the tubs for people so they don't slip and fall . This would be very helpful for the customers staying with you

Convenient location, clean room, decent pool, great AC . Was there for Jeep Invasion. Parking great for us to watch the jeeps cruise

Vending machines didn't work, no breakfast (though I knew there wasn't, just voicing my opinion), room was a little musty

Its so cozy on the outside and when you get inside its like an average hotel! i was so happy to see this. The bathroom shower wall was so shiny my family could see my reflection on its surface through my facetime call. The shower got to a very nice temperature, and the air con in my room worked wonders.

I honestly couldn't figure out the ice machine, to be fair- i stopped trying after two seconds.

It was very clean! And every day there was housekeeping. It was also in a great location and not a bad drive from the national park. The room was spacious and the shower had amazing water pressure. The fridge was also big and got very cold.

The blankets were a little thin, so I was glad I brought my own. The stairs were a little uneven, which was mostly fine since I have no walking difficulty, but maybe someone else wouldn't like it. And the microwave was a little bit small.
