The location was convenient and the breakfast was good. The price was extremely reasonable and allowed us to save money that we used for local Attractions. More bang for our buck.

The staff over all were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who worked breakfast and our housekeeper. The day shift front desk was friendly. The evening/night shift front desk clerk came across as apathetic and unhelpful. She clearly did not want to be there and seemed annoyed when answering the phone and questions. The hotel location was at the end of the parkway. It was very easy to get in and out and parking was readily available. We felt safe and had access to several places by walking. Most venues and shopping were within a 20 minute drive. I thought being on the river side would be a plus, however the geese and ducks made noise all night. Next time I'll bring my sound machine.

The room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable and housekeeping picked up used towels and emptied the trashcan every day without being asked. Also liked that there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

We stayed in a handicapped-accessible room with a roll-in shower. The shower only had a handheld sprayer and it was not fixed high enough for my 6'2" husband. I realize someone in a wheelchair needs the hand-held sprayer but the other guest might like a wall-fixed spray nozzle.

My wife and I loved everything about the hotel. It’s location. Breakfast only had one issue with the front desk staff

We had one problem with the front desk staff we were locked out of our room told we had to pay a $250 fee to get back in because the hotel was not pet friendly though I had informed them at check-in that we had a service dog and we have papers to prove it after a conversation with this person, we were let back into our room, but all this is against the ADA and hotel policies

From the time we walked into the hotel and the receptionist realized my husband was in a cast from a broken ankle and having trouble getting around she made a choice to get us as close to the elevator as she could without us asking her to. The rooms were bigger than alot of rooms we've stayed in and had enough room to get around using his walker without bumping into everything. The bed was comfortable so no complaints there either..The room was clean and we loved that we had a balcony overlooking the little pigeon river. The breakfast was great and had a great selection.

We loved our stay here and have no complaints about anything.

We've stayed here 3 times before and we've never been disappointed. It's the only hotel we stay at when we visit pigeon forge now. We love the location, the breakfast options which this stay we didn't eat the breakfast because we just weren't that hungry when we left the hotel for the day.has many options hot and cold. The room is always clean and I love the water pressure. The staff has always been exceptional every time we've stayed here. Love this hotel.

Have no complaints

The room was bigger than expected and we enjoyed the balcony. The sound of the creek was very relaxing. However, the geese were loud in the mornings but we found out that was because people were feeding them. The mattress was very comfortable and we slept very well. The sink was outside of the bathroom and that was very nice. It was a great location and we would stay there again.

We didn't like that the fan stayed anytime you turned on the bathroom light.

A great hotel for our stay to visit Dollywood. Room was exceptionally clean - especially the bathroom. Staff were super friendly and polite. We had a river view, which I would highly recommend as it was lovely and quiet. A great room, decent breakfast and parking was included. A great value for money stay!

Some of the top sheets were maybe a little tired and could do with replacing - but other than that, a very comfortable stay.

One of the more beautiful, newer Hotels on the Parkway. Close proximity to the National Park. Easy check in process. Staff was accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast had variety. We love the balcony and river view!

Pillows! Too soft for us! Check on the pool/condition more often! Otherwise, we will see next year for our annual stay!

The room is very clean. I also like the location we have as literally 5-15 mins from everything. It was great! I also love the balcony room at the river. I was sit on balcony and watch the geese and their babies in the river. I would suggest this hotel to anyone going to Tennessee for the 1st time

Need towel bars in the bathroom rooms. No where to hang your towel

I liked that this hotel is the last one on the Pigeon forge strip. So if you want to be away for all the action and you want a quiet place, this was it.

The only thing was that the refrigerator didn't have a freezer. I need to keep ice packs at all times because I get migraines really bad. So we had to go buy disposable one to have on hand just in case.
