Great location. Close to "The Parkway" where all the activity happens, but easily accessible from the back street to avoid traffic if we wanted. We did have a little trouble getting into the condo; our code worked fine, but there was a totally unpredictable equipment problem,. However, everyone was great in trying to get things fixed. The local maintenance person arrived in about an hour, was very pleasant, and even posed for pictures with our group after getting the door open. So I can't say enough good things about the maintenance person that helped us out. Plenty of space, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths; plus it felt sufficiently private despite being in a multi-resident complex. Great views of the creek complete with ducks and geese. We were even able to see some of the Dollywood fireworks each night from the balcony.

It was super hot while we were there, so the elevator was a little stuffy. The washer and dryer seemed really small and it took several rounds to dry towels. But honestly, who goes on vacation and does laundry if you can avoid it.

The property is in an excellent location. The view of the River was nice. there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Plenty of extra bedding was available. Convienent to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoyed the coffee maker, but would suggest to the owners to replace with one that has automatic shut-off. We would stay at this property again.

The condo could have been cleaner. The shower curtains were mildewed at the bottom. The garden tub had mildew around the jets. The floors were not the cleanest. Some of the eating/cooking utensils had to be washed before using - they came out of the drawer with food residue on them - like they were not rinsed before being run in the dishwasher. The door code mechanism was a pain in the ass. We had to enter the code several times before the door would open. There was no where to place an open suitcase. The condo could definitley use luggage racks in each room. A channel list for the cable would have been helpful. The vertical blinds were falling off or wouldn't open easily. A curtain on each sliding door would be more practical.

I highly recommend Cedar Lodge. My family will definitely be staying here again. Its awesome that for the price of a decent hotel room, you can stay here and have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen area. The amount of space, cleanliness, amenities, and proximity to everything on the main strip makes this place an Excellent place to stay.

The only problem we had was that the parking passes were not in the unit when we got there. But as soon as we contacted Vacasa, they brought one to us the next morning.

The room was absolutely gorgeous and stocked with everything we needed.

The only complaint I have is that the code didn’t work for the door when we got to the property, but a quick call/text to the management company got it taken care of quickly. And we never could get the fireplace to work, but that may have been more operator error than it just not working. Haha.

I was amazed at how they provided dish soap, dishwashing tablets, salt &pepper, as well as bathroom necessities. I loved the location off the beaten path yet attractions were easily obtained.

Clearer directions on the door lock. If you would have explained in steps: step 1 press top bottom which will turn keypad blue step 2 enter code step 3 turn lock to the left

The Christmas tree and decorations were a pleasant surprise when we arrived. Really appreciated.

The bunk beds were very squeaky with the slightest movement. Had to take mattresses off and place on floor.

I love this place it was the 1st time we stayed here and it was amazing and will be back, it was 3 bed room which gave us enough room to not be on top of one another for a group of 7 people . The pool and hottube always clean

Was a great place at a great value. Covered garage. Excellent location!! If you want luxury at a good value this is it. View from balcony was awesome. View in front awesome a well with View of mountains. More than satisfied. Will probably use them again. I usually get 4 to 5 star rooms and pay luxury prices. This condo was awesome!!

The bathroom door that was used for guests had a problem with the door. I believe it was off its top hinge. You had to literally pick it up then hold it in place so you could properly shut and lock the door.

There was no breakfast. We have stayed at Cedar Lodge many times...but this time we stayed in a different unit. The unit itself was not as nice as previous ones we stayed at and needed a lot of repairs, but overall we love staying at Cedar Lodge and would stay again.

The unit we stayed in was more run down, the door was almost off the hinges and the carpet had gum in it that wouldn't come out and needed cleaned, so there were little things that we were concerned with but overall we love Cedar Lodge and would stay in it again, just not in this same unit.
