We have stayed at this property more times than I can count and have always had a great experience. The first time we stayed we were a bit hesitant as the hotel is older and the outside appears to be a bit run down but the majority of the rooms are updated and clean. You have a flatscreen tv, refrigerator, hairdryer, etc. This stay we saw that several of the rooms are completely gutted because they are remodeling and the office has actually moved to a different location on the property. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the nice rooms and amenities here.

Location & comfort ! The beds were very comfortable the room was clean and we were close to The Island and other activities, restaurants and things to see! we had a great time!

The man who checked us in was very very rude to us ! We are nice friendly people and never give bad reviews unless something is really bad ! We were treated with disrespect and as if we were annoying him! People like him should not be working with the public he is ruining some of your business I’m sure because he certainly made us want to go somewhere else! if we had of not already paid we would have…just because of him! There was also an extra $60 security deposit charge booking.com failed to disclose!

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet. It was all we needed. The location was convenient to Dollywood. I checked in with a sweet lady and the beds were made while we were out everyday. Everything was provided just as it should be.

There was renovation being done but it was no problem to us. There was a lot of renovation going on with other places too. It will look great when completed.

The property was nice and not too busy of a location. Located directly beside dixie stampede you are close enough to enjoy everything that pigeon forge has to offer, but far enough you aren’t in the middle of everything.

The property was 8/10. Bed was clean and comfortable, sheets were nicely made and put together. TV was a nice size that wasn’t too large and it had a simple bathroom. However, they provided little soap/body wash, so if you are staying long enough you need to take a shower/bath I would highly recommend bringing your own soaps from home. The little ones they barley provided were horrible, and so small it would barley wash a newborn.

Honestly was a good price it was a great location it's right next to Dolly's stampede so if you're heading up to Gatlinburg it's not too far and if you're wanting to do the island and stuff it's not too far overall I will say I would go there again it is a old hotel but it's still a decent hotel

Honestly I wish it would have been a little bit cleaner the I realized on the second day the sheets that were on my bed had a blood stain and the pillows were very old and flat to wear I needed like five of them just to get a firm pillow overall I would say if you go to this place bring your own bed sheets and blankets

Except the carpet, everything else was clean, functioning and acceptable for the price paid.. Great shower pressure and hot water. Reception staff was great. Room and bathroom was cleaned in the morning. Thank you previous reviewers for their complaints and thanks to management for fixing the complaints.

Carpet was a bit sticky in places, but I'm not complaining too hard about it. I did not bring this to anyone's attention.

This was a great hotel. I stayed for six days. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean when we got there. The house keepers did a great job keeping it that way. They supplied the room with everything you needed. They even had a blow-dryer and iron. I was Impressed especially since it was so cheap. I will be a repeat customer!

The only thing that I could find wrong was the parking arrangement. Unfortunately there's no assigned numbers for spaces for hotel guess. It's first come first serve.

i loved it.great location.right next to dixie stampede.restaurants and stores all around.walking distance to everything.i would definitly go again.i have nothing to complain about.i was actually shocked at the low rating on this hotel.

i dont know of anything i didnt like.well except the pool was out of service.and there is no breakfast.but with so many restaraunts around,it didn't matter.so i cant complain about anything.i cant wait until i go again

The staff is awesome and they keep everything clean I stay there as much as I can. It's quiet and located at the perfect spat the perfect spot in pigeon forge... I recommend a large Mill Creek to everyone I meet Anytime I need anything they're there to help and the local restaurants know right where it is when you want to order in delivery.

I love everything about it except except the pool area would be nicer if it was a little bit bigger in a little bit more private. Other than that everything's perfect.

Location was good. Close to lots of things and in good walking area to get trolley. The room was nice too. We had the jacuzzi tub only problem its in 3rd floor and no elevator.

Most staff always seemed like you where bothering them when asking for anything. PLUS NO ICE MACHINE!! Asked front desk about ice he could even both to answer just shakes his head no.
