Loved that they reasonable rates. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. The room were reasonably clean. Nothing was nasty.

The indoor slide needs some attention. The outdoor slide was great. The only thing is and it's not just this hotel but the times the pools open and close. I understand not leaving them open all night but to maybe midnight or so. We have a special needs daughter and she doesn't get to enjoy the pools as much as others because of the closing times of them. She can't be outside in the sun alot and doesn't do well in big crowds. So we usually try to frequent the pools either really early or late .

I liked the location and the convenience of everything. It was really nice.

What I did not like is that I don’t feel like the room was clean before we got in it and I didn’t really notice things until after we were there a couple hours like there was still somebody’s beer bottles out on the balcony. There was what look like a wet roll of toilet paper in the master bathroom of the king suite under the cabinets why I don’t know and the shower pressure which I know is not their fault was not strong at all other than that everything else was beautiful

The grandchildren loved the 2 pools and the slides. The indoor pool needs a really good cleaning or perhaps even an update. The temperature of the pool could be warmer for smaller children and older adults. It was nice having a drink machine on each floor. Shower/tub floor is very flimsy and slick. Being disabled I was afraid I was going to slip and fall.

I didn't like that there was no privacy balcony with chairs. Also there was no laundry facility to wash or dry swimsuits. There was only one elevator on the backside of the building. No ice machines or snack vending machines on each floor. The type flooring at the indoor pool is very slick when it's wet. Need more chairs/tables/lounge chairs at outdoor pool. Need more chairs inside for the indoor pool. There should be a dresser or somewhere to put your luggage on so you don't have to keep bending over (especially for people with back problems and disabilities).

This is my 3rd time staying at this Hotel and it will always be my place to stay when I am staying in Pigeon Forge for more than a day. I really have no complaints. This time, I took a solo vacation and the room size was perfect for me, the bed is comfortable, and lighting is perfect for me too as one who doesn't like bright lighting. Location is good too since it is near the main road, but even with lots of things going on on the main road, it was still quiet and I slept better that I do at home.

The beds were very comfortable and over all it was a clean room. location was good and easy to get in to and out.

Pulling up to the hotel its kind of run down and needs repairs. gutters on out side were falling off or not there in some spots and out side needs some cleaning. the elevator has windows to look out while using it but the glass was so dirty hard to see out of. Rooms again were pretty good but was out dated and could use updating and new paint. The water temps well it sucks. maybe at best warm water and not much of it(must be shared with other rooms).

rooms were relaxing and quiet; staff was nice the whole building was beautifully decorated and made you relax and feel like you were in the woods watching bears and other animals. Beds are comfortable and hot showers are relaxing to.

Inside pool needs upgrading, the stains look awful like someone has pooped going down, also its hard to slide down and you're getting stuck as you go down, stairs and platform as well needs fixing, was disappointed that the hot tub was taken out, staff was great when they were at their stations.

Queen suite was perfect! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, city view balcony overlooking the pool. A couch bed in the living room. Big Kitchen table, 2 hd tvs with cable, Clean room, beds, walls and floors. Clean bathroom. Nice water pressure in the shower. Indoor and outdoor pool, both up to 4ft, with slides, small kiddie pool 1ft deep was great for my toddler. Great location! Across from several restaurants and shops. My family would absolutely come back and rent the same suite. I give it 5 stars we loved it!

The indoor pool and slide was perfect for my 2 kids when we had down time and it was raining! The size of our room it was HUGE! It had a Jacuzzi tub and a private balcony!

The pool common area could have been cleaner. However, with it being an indoor pool the air stays moist so I understand it being hard to keep mold from growing on things that constantly stay wet. The jacuzzi tub had an issue with the jet control button. It would not turn off. I was sitting in the tub and when the water got to the level that the jets could squirt out water.... it caught me off guard and shot me in the face.... a lot. I couldn't get away from it! 😂 But it didn't keep me from using that amazing Jacuzzi tub!!! 🤩

Location, cleanliness, water slide at the pool & accommodations for smokers. They're non-smoking rooms but there was cigarette butt extinguishers on the wall or on the sidewalk outside the rooms

The pool was not at all heated like the ad said, it was ice cold. I couldn't get in at all and the kids couldn't stay in over 5 to 10 minutes cause their lips were purple and they were shivering

Kids loved the pools we went out to play putt put and rode go carts Had breakfast at Sawyers and we really enjoyed that

Wish we had a room on ground floor but couldn’t get one they we booked elevator worked ok but did get stuck several times so we just had to do the stairs we had dinner at Huck Finn and the kids and I couldn’t eat our food we didn’t like it at all will not go there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
