Location was great. Staff was friendly. Super hot water. Place was clean.

Not enough parking. Walls are a little thin. We were on the bottom floor and could hear people walking and kids running.

The location is wonderful and is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The comfort of the king size bed was absolutely amazing and I received plenty of rest. This property is also very close to Patriot Park, which is where the Pigeon Forge Mass Transit Center (city trolleys) begin and end their respective routes. Overall it was a fantastic experience and great value for the money!

There was some remodeling going on in some of the guest rooms and there were some construction materials in the parking area at times.

Cozy room with a beautiful view of the river. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast and easy. Despite being right off of Parkway, none of the street noise reached or bothered me. The bed was comfortable, and I fell asleep easily. I didn't use the pool, but I saw many other guests enjoying it. The water looked crystal clear. When I asked the front desk for a dinner recommendation, they were happy to answer, even drawing me a map, and it was delicious!

The outlets were a little far from the bed. I couldn't easily use my phone and charge it simultaneously. Staff also knocked on my door a few times before checkout time. I still had 45 minutes to over an hour before 11AM.

I like staying here because the price is affordable and it’s clean, this is where we have stayed the last 5 or 6 yrs. My first choice would be to get a motel facing the parkway with rocking chairs outside the room with some shade but wow the prices have really Increased. But late evening I take my fold up chair and sit outside the room and it is nice. Also watching the geese is really nice and the creek right there in view is really nice.

There was no breakfast. The pool was nice, but it was still a little cold to stay long. The room was nice and big with a lot of plugs and light. It was in a very good location.

The elevator does need to cleaner. The ice and vending mic. are in a locked room you have to unlock with your key if you need them.

The shower: the shower was by far, the best water pressure we have ever experienced in a hotel. I literally did not want to get out of the shower. It was awesome! The great shower head with the water pressure was like an aquatic massage. It was wonderful!

The bed. The bed had been wallowed out from excessive use over time and needs to be replaced. I had pain in my back after staying there for one night. The shower was amazing tho and a huge plus!

Simple, no-frills spot on the main Pigeon Forge Parkway. Central to everything. My room (317) was on the top floor round the back, looking over the Little Pigeon River. Nice and quiet. Everything worked, good shower pressure, everything was clean. Room had a mini fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. Aircon was noisy. There is an elevator. There is an ice machine and vending machine.

The room looked newly built, you could still smell the fresh cedar wood! The shower was by far the best thing in the whole room! It was beautiful beyond words. Me and my husband will DEFINITELY be returning!

The bed frame creaked every time you’d move.

Location was good. Rooms was clean and the pool was nice.

The people in the room next to use was VERY LOUD and stayed up till around 3 or 4 am which kept us up all night

Convenience… it was an awesome room on the first floor right across from the pool.. I really enjoyed the stay!!
