All was very clean and LOVED the holiday decorations in room and lobby! Always had coffee, wassel, cocoa and hot tea packets. Only thing that was bad was maintenance needed to enter our room to fix hot water heater in another room. They brought 2 guys AND the wife and kid into our room! Totally unacceptable! We paid a lot of money to stay here. They requested to cone back multiple times on our last stay as we were ready to go out for the evening! We felt very violated and privacy for us as well as our stuff just seemed taken from us on what was a perfect stay! We were told the "family" was contracted help! We told the front about this. They didn't know but als9 didn't offer compensation as a discount or anything for mistake. We saw them in elevator when going out for the night, who knows if they went back in?!! They knew we were leaving for the night. This does NOT need to happen to anyone else. Yes, we opened the door and let in what we thought would be 1 maintained person but there was an entire family..with mother and young kid! They asked if could come back when we would be out for evening..ind you, it wasn't to fix OUR hit water but a neighboring unit! We were nice for 1 but really?! I hope this doesn't happen in the future.

This property is very beautiful and in the perfect location. It is close to town for any needs but secluded enough and is still very peaceful. The place was very clean and all of the staff was extremely nice. By far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed and will probably be our go to spot from here on out. We typically make 3-4 trips a year and look forward to coming back here. We felt right at home. The kitchen appliances were nice and up to date with all the supplies you need to make anything. It is definitely worth the money, the pools are very nice and with a small 1ft section for babies which was perfect for our 1yr old. 10/10 recommend. The play area was a lot of fun for kids. There’s a small trail to walk next to the river. And beautiful balcony spots to sit next to the river.

We loved everything! Pillows were very stiff so I may bring my own next time but that’s a minor issue and just personal preference!

I liked the friendly Staff, My family and I arrived three hours early. The friendly welcoming staff gave us a map and suggested we explore the property and all its amenities until our Accommodations were ready. We brought along our two dogs so we decided to take them for a walk. We found ourselves taken in by the beautiful landscaping, alluring river and the excitement on our grandchildren faces as we approached the lazy river and the pool. Even though we had two more hours to wait, the friendly front desk staff did say to check back so it’s been an hour so I figure I’ll just call just to see if it was ready. I was told by the nice gentleman on the phone that the room was ready so I went to the front desk to receive the keys and to my surprise, the wonderful friendly front desk staff informed me that I was given an upgrade instead of a one king bed, two Queen bedroom we were Upgraded to an one king bed, three Queen bedroom at no additional cost. My family and I were overwhelmed with joy. When we arrived to our accommodations, we loved how it was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The access to the patio from the living area and master bedroom. The Fireplace gave us a nice home feeling. The washer and dryer, pots/pans, dishes/towels, cleaning supplies, broom/dustpan, and mop. We felt as if we were in our own home. We immediately shared a video with our family and friends, and we recommended the Riverstone Resort and Spa. My 60th birthday was the next day and might I say it was the best birthday ever!

We had a 6th floor condo. Beautiful, great size for us four. Had tvs in bedrooms n den. Nice kitchen. Well stocked. Nice porch that extended out of den and a bedroom. Everybody at front desk was exceptional , we didn’t get in until late (1:00am) n the front desk was awesome and we appreciate that. Only thing , parking was a little crazy that weekend, but we will be coming back to stay there for sure ! Loved it!

Parking but front desk told us it was because of a car show and we completely understood.

The Spa. Plates, utensils, washing machines/ dryer, appliances, total room to room AC, two TVs, plenty of storage, private, quiet, quality products to use throughout the condo, parking, and it was close to everything. I got a massage and it was a great experience.

They verbally suggested a 20% gratuity at the spa. I felt pressured. There were tiny little outside bugs that were on the bathroom window on the inside. There was a bottle cap in the room and the corners were missed while cleaning. Not a huge deal and it didn’t take away from our experience.

The condominium was very spacious, quiet, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were granted an upgrade upon registering at arrival, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The paperwork at check-in was a bit much, but I can understand the place wanting to make sure the guests treated the place properly, so future guests may also enjoy everything. I hope to return to this resort the next time we find ourselves in Pigeon Forge.

I liked having covered parking, but the spaces were a little tight. I am glad we were there in off-season to avoid dealing with quite so many vehicles. This is certainly not a complaint that would prevent me from returning.

Everything! We usually stay in a cabin for space and we like fixing our own meals but this condo completely surprised me. It was big-we could have brought more family. It had a completely stocked kitchen so cooking was easy and enjoyable. And the bed were very comfortable!! Huge plus for me. Absolutely loved the grounds, landscaping, lazy river that is heated and a 24 hour pool!!!

That well I didn’t have time to enjoy getting a spa treatment/massage. Other than that I can’t think of a thing. We will definitely be back!!

The room exceeded expectations. However, we were unable to check in at the selected time of 1PM-2PM and were told check in was unavailable until 4PM - this is not in line with the on-line provided options. This caused a major disruption as we were visiting for a basketball tournament and needed access to the room at the designated check-in time.

We were unable to check in at our appointed time and were not offered or afforded a later check out or any compensation for the inconvenience.

We enjoyed the heated lazy river as the weather was a little chilly in March. LOVED 24 hour gym and pool as you could fit those in at any time after busy schedules while touring. Loved the river view from our balcony. This resort had a little bit for everyone.

Would have loved a little trail walk along the river but it didn’t bother me. I was a bit surprised to learn my bill was higher and had additional costs than what booking.com promoted as it about a $50 difference.

Indoor spa/pool. Easy walk. Parking was easy. Rooms very nice and spacious. Rooms clean. Extra towels, soap, pillows, blankets. Resort area clean. Cookies are a nice touch

Lazy river closed. Non attentive reception desk. Try to say hello or goodbye when people present. Front checking is a mess(cars parked whereever they want). Ran out of coffee at front. I was overcharged when I checked in(was resolved due to us)
