All was very clean and LOVED the holiday decorations in room and lobby! Always had coffee, wassel, cocoa and hot tea packets. Only thing that was bad was maintenance needed to enter our room to fix hot water heater in another room. They brought 2 guys AND the wife and kid into our room! Totally unacceptable! We paid a lot of money to stay here. They requested to cone back multiple times on our last stay as we were ready to go out for the evening! We felt very violated and privacy for us as well as our stuff just seemed taken from us on what was a perfect stay! We were told the "family" was contracted help! We told the front about this. They didn't know but als9 didn't offer compensation as a discount or anything for mistake. We saw them in elevator when going out for the night, who knows if they went back in?!! They knew we were leaving for the night. This does NOT need to happen to anyone else. Yes, we opened the door and let in what we thought would be 1 maintained person but there was an entire family..with mother and young kid! They asked if could come back when we would be out for evening..ind you, it wasn't to fix OUR hit water but a neighboring unit! We were nice for 1 but really?! I hope this doesn't happen in the future.

This place is fantastic. Not only does it have it's own lazy river, swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, trampoline and workout center, it also has a full service spa. The landscaping around the property is phenomenal, don't know who was in charge but it's meticulously kept. The 3 bedroom condo was big enough for the 8 of us. An extra large balcony over looking the gulf course was a huge plus. It was laid out perfect. Will definitely stay again, and if you check-in at the desk after your initial stay they give. 10 percent discount.

Could have used a little more cooking pans in the kitchen.

Beautiful room & grounds. The lazy river & 24/7 pool were terrific.

1. Tiny detail. The bathroom sinks drain slowly. Ask the cleaning staff to alert maintainence when they see this. 2. The written expectation to return the keys is odd. Again, the cleaners can collect them from the kitchen counter. I've stayed in fine hotels around the world & this is the only time I was asked to return the keys. 3. The two-page contract at check-in, and the parking pass requests can be done online before arrival. 4. The lazy river is a popular attraction. It would be really great if it could be closed to children at 10pm & kept open until midnight. The lazy river area could also use a hot tub or two.

This property is very beautiful and in the perfect location. It is close to town for any needs but secluded enough and is still very peaceful. The place was very clean and all of the staff was extremely nice. By far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed and will probably be our go to spot from here on out. We typically make 3-4 trips a year and look forward to coming back here. We felt right at home. The kitchen appliances were nice and up to date with all the supplies you need to make anything. It is definitely worth the money, the pools are very nice and with a small 1ft section for babies which was perfect for our 1yr old. 10/10 recommend. The play area was a lot of fun for kids. There’s a small trail to walk next to the river. And beautiful balcony spots to sit next to the river.

We loved everything! Pillows were very stiff so I may bring my own next time but that’s a minor issue and just personal preference!

Beautiful condo and grounds next to the river. We walked all over the property and it's absolutely immaculate. Our room was on the sixth floor with a balcony overlooking the hills and town...we could also see the river. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub...we had it to ourselves. Parking was convenient next to the elevators. Awesome kitchen...we enjoyed cooking in.

Was hit with a cigarette smell when I walked into the lobby. When I inquired about it, was told employees take their breaks out front and smoke, and it probably follows them in. (?) It was a little awkward checking in. The young lady didn't seem to know what she was doing. Not the professionalism I was expecting for such a nice place.

It was the best place I have stayed in years. I didn’t feel like I was staying anywhere but was home. And more importantly, it was clean! Spotless! With young children, that was the most important. To be honest, I kept telling my wife “,this place would be perfect for a family reunion or Family Christmas.” The fact I’m even leaving a review, which I never do, tells you how good it was. The heated pool and lazy river was a huge plus because it was a little chilly when we were there. The staff was great and polite. They didn’t seem like it was a burden to help. Just can’t say enough good things.

Nothing. Literally nothing. This isn’t a hype you all up thing. It was just perfect.

What didn’t I like about this property? Everything was immaculate as soon as we arrived we got upgraded to a larger room. The room itself was so beautiful. We rented the four bedroom. It was so spacious. The parking garage stays lit 24 hours so traveling as a woman that was comforting when coming in at night, the balcony was spacious and amazing. The pool was great. The kids loved the playground. We will definitely be back for our family Christmas vacation staying at this location. You can’t go wrong with this booking.

Everything was amazing

We loved everything! The comfortable decor, the space, the amenities, the front desk, the great location ... everything was spectacular! I forgot to tell the agent that my father was wheelchair bound when I made the reservation but that didn't hinder anything. Being able to see the Dollywood fireworks from our balcony top it off!

The elevators were jumpy - one of them broke during our stay. Had to use since my father was in a wheelchair. But I took the stairs when I could - needed the exercise anyway.

I liked the friendly Staff, My family and I arrived three hours early. The friendly welcoming staff gave us a map and suggested we explore the property and all its amenities until our Accommodations were ready. We brought along our two dogs so we decided to take them for a walk. We found ourselves taken in by the beautiful landscaping, alluring river and the excitement on our grandchildren faces as we approached the lazy river and the pool. Even though we had two more hours to wait, the friendly front desk staff did say to check back so it’s been an hour so I figure I’ll just call just to see if it was ready. I was told by the nice gentleman on the phone that the room was ready so I went to the front desk to receive the keys and to my surprise, the wonderful friendly front desk staff informed me that I was given an upgrade instead of a one king bed, two Queen bedroom we were Upgraded to an one king bed, three Queen bedroom at no additional cost. My family and I were overwhelmed with joy. When we arrived to our accommodations, we loved how it was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The access to the patio from the living area and master bedroom. The Fireplace gave us a nice home feeling. The washer and dryer, pots/pans, dishes/towels, cleaning supplies, broom/dustpan, and mop. We felt as if we were in our own home. We immediately shared a video with our family and friends, and we recommended the Riverstone Resort and Spa. My 60th birthday was the next day and might I say it was the best birthday ever!

Are you kidding? What’s to not like? I have no complaints whatsoever.!

The Spa. Plates, utensils, washing machines/ dryer, appliances, total room to room AC, two TVs, plenty of storage, private, quiet, quality products to use throughout the condo, parking, and it was close to everything. I got a massage and it was a great experience.

They verbally suggested a 20% gratuity at the spa. I felt pressured. There were tiny little outside bugs that were on the bathroom window on the inside. There was a bottle cap in the room and the corners were missed while cleaning. Not a huge deal and it didn’t take away from our experience.
