I like how the reception is greeted us and welcomed us into the hotel the rooms were nice and clean they even had a pool for us the location was great the kids slept very well and so did I it was very safe environment I liked it

I really like the style of the room it was very spacious they even had a city area for us to sit the bathrooms are very clean there were no bugs the beds were nice the location allowed us to be able to get food do shopping and go to attractions

The staff are always so polite and friendly always make us feel welcome and it's always quiet around the hotel and the room very clean and had everything we needed I was staying at the Howard Johnson hotel but we wanted to try something new so we tried briarstone inn and we haven't stayed anywhere else since

All of the people living there! We had no towels in our room upon arrival, looked like they didn’t wash the bed sheet too well! Our tub didn’t have a stopper for baths.

The office staff have been good to us, as well as the housekeeping staff. I feel like I am at home at the Briarstone Inn!!

I didn't have ANY problems to NOT like it!! That's why we KEEP going back there to stay!!!

The room was clean. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. There was no cigarette smell in the room which was great. The Inn was quiet and in a great location. Pricing was very affordable.

I am always unsure of how clean the shower is. It's nothing personal.

The price, location and ppl

Needs a recliner or a small table and chairs, it has room for 1 of them, there's no place to comfortably sit except the bed

This hotel may be an older, but it served its purpose. The hotel staff was great from the gentlemen at the desk to house keeping. I would stay here again if I were in the area again.

The convenience of everything it’s all within walking distance! The people are very friendly

The room smelled of stale cigarettes someone had definitely been smoking in the room recently and the water pressure wasn’t very good this time!

That there was no bs and was able to book and walk in and get keys

that there was 2 roaches in our room on the wall but other then that the staff was super sweet and helpful... we'd stay again

So the Inn was nice good enought for what I need to do . I travelled with my two daughter 11 and 8 years old. WE took a car every day parked at welcome center 4 miles away and took a free shuttle to Gatlinburg and stay there all day and returned late every day so we pretty much just slept there. It does not include breakfast so we ate every day at the Ihop next door kids love it. They have a nice pool where my girls made friends from other parts of the country. We had a good time .
