The breakfast use to be good until the last couple of years and they replaced a lot of things with cheaper product like the juice the jelly’s no fruits cheaper sausage and graveyard mixes and you can’t eat it now it’s horrible but the hotel and pool is excellent we absolutely love the location and cleanliness of the rooms. Great staff and we have stayed here for 4 years now but the change in breakfast was for the worst.

The breakfast. It is horrible. A couple years ago they changed the food and drinks to cheap products and you can not eat it. The juice and coffee is awful also. Breakfast use to be great but went from a 7 to a big 0 now

We enjoyed the clean rooms the connecting balconies. We had two rooms for four nights room 326 and 327. We enjoyed the fire pits we grilled out had our family and we swim. The hot tub was a little milky looking, but we enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great the lady that works the breakfast. She was awesome. She kept everything stocked up very well and cleaned up very well. She was pretty awesome. The lady that worked the dining room well done

Location and it was clean.

The wi-fi would never stay in. Beds weren’t the best. Air conditioner would never stay on.

the walls in the room was very dirty i tried to get towls the day after i stayed and give the house keeper my old ones but he never gave me my new ones and he was very mean not nice at all i told him my room number and all and he never gave them to me and they should have early check in i tryed to get in early after a long drive and couldnt so dont no if i will stay anymore ive stayed here for the last 3 years every 3 months but its getting bad now

There are so many excellent things about our stay here at the vacation lodge first upon arriving the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly faces and were ready to answer any questions we had. We had changed hotels last minute and upon arriving at our room it was absolutely spotless and very clean with super comfy beds. There were so many lighting options in our room with several USB plug in outlets that came in clutch since we forgot our charging blocks at home. I wish I would've taken photos of our room because the photos online do not do the room justice. The Continental breakfast every morning was exceptional especially for a hotel breakfast there were many options to choose from we mainly ate biscuits, gravy, sausage when it was available, mini muffins choices of different juices, coffee and water. There were two different pools heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi spa and the outdoor pool. We mainly hung out in the outdoor pool and never had any issues with any of the guests. The indoor pool was sort of heated and much bigger than the outdoor area. The jacuzzi was relaxing for sore muscles. Pool areas were always clean. I cannot say enough awesome things about the staff i.e housekeeping, office clerks, management, all were super friendly, very helpful and always made sure we had towels and a clean room. We made friends while we were there with the staff members which is always a bonus when you're vacationing. If you're debating on staying here go ahead and book it I promise you wont be disappointed. It's in an incredible location we booked from Friday till monday and there was so much to explore within walking distance. It's in between Regan's house of pancakes and Huckfins catfish. The bedding was comfy, pillows very soft with a relaxing and cozy room to sleep. This will now be our go to stay for our future pigeon forge vacations.

The Indoor pool was overcrowded, bed a little squeaky, and the elevator was a little slow. But overall the stay is super comfortable and totally worth every penny you will spend.

The location is perfect for closeness to area attractions. And, the hotel is very budget friendly with great value for the cost. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The remodel is very nice with indoor and outdoor pools and fire pits. It is a cozy and comfortable hotel. Highly recommend.

My one and only complaint is that the elevator was not very clean and had an odor of pet urine. But, the floor had been mopped, so that is a plus. This was an isolated incident as I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, and never noticed an elevator odor in the past. So, no negative view on the staff for this incident.

It has an indoor and outdoor pool. Indoor pool area has hot tub and it was super warm! Felt great!

You have to go to the office to get pool towels. It would be a lot more convenient to have the towels already at the pool. You have to pay 25 cents for ice. We don’t use cash or coins so we couldn’t get ice. The cleaning guy was wearing headphones, I was asleep in the bed and he came in. I never heard him knock cause I am a hard sleeper. He didn’t bother me but it scared me waking up to someone in the bathroom while my family was at the pool and I was trying to nap.

Location and price were everything. It’s right on the strip and there are plenty of things in walking distance of the property. The bed was very comfortable, got us thinking it’s time for a new mattress lol. All in all very clean.

No alcohol at the pool was kind of frustrating. We came to relax from work and was limited on areas we could drink. Was not a fan of sharing a balcony with our neighbor, if the neighbor was family or friend that would have been nice but them sitting outside talking loudly and laughing until 3 am was not a pleasant experience for us.

While the property might not look the best with 1st appearance, it made up for it with the friendless of the staff and all it had to offer. Our room was amazing! Because we were put into the extension of the hotel, we had a small parking garage. With the room I got, we had a jacuzzi tub, a fireplace, 2 queen beds, and a pull out couch. We also had our own balcony that overlooked the strip. They offered a nice size breakfast in the mornings. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, a fire pit, and grills to enjoy nice spring/ summer days. You could walk to a lot of entertainment on the strip if you wanted to. Perfect little spot to just enjoy a trip to TN.

Room was large and spacious. Breakfast was great and plenty.

Ground need updating... looks like some renovations but some was old and unkept.
