Jonielle front desk person was cheerful and very polite ,nice personality very welcoming .Nikki also was very helpful and has a great attitude towards her guests. I have stayed her 6 different times in the last year .

Seemed very clean, staff well mannered and dressed well and professional looking. Reasonable breakfast. Good parking, a good sized lift, very central but in off the road away from the noise,

A little hard to find but easy when you know where it is!

The bed was super comfortable. The air-conditioning was great. The refrigerator was the coldest I have seen in a long time. My drinks stayed ice cold. I loved that it was pet friendly. Quiet. The front desk guy was super nice at check in. There were problems getting keys made and he was by himself and did a great job making sure we could get in our room and brought our keys to us when he was finally able to get them made after having to call someone in to fix the problem.

The grass was a little high where I took my dogs to potty. My dogs are not used to having to wade through high grass and did not want to venture far from the edge to go potty. There was a couple places on the wall by the sink and in the bathroom that looked like it could have been blood. I always carry clorox wipes and gloves for small things like that. But would have been nice not to have to see it.

Location was good, allowed our dog for a daily fee. Facility was nice, had coffee/hot chocolate in lobby24/7. Breakfast was also decent.

Knowing we paid for and had a dog traveling with us (as did many others staying there) was placed on 3rd floor so getting to the dog area as needed was cumbersome. Additional issue with bathroom door knob was loose and easily got trapped inside the bathroom until tightening the screws as best possible. Screws would work loose again. Also killed several weird bugs in the bathroom area by tub.

Spacious clean room at a good price. We have stayed here every year for 8 years mostly due to the size of the room with the sofa area, the location close to the parkway and Dollywood, and the low cost. We rarely eat the breakfast but find that it has a number of good choices when we do.

Despite staying here yearly for almost a decade, we had more issues this time. The air conditioner kept freezing up after only running a few minutes and we would have to turn it off for a bit. I woke up very hot in the middle of the night, every….single ….night. We should have requested a new room but just chose to tough it out. Also, On a few occasions I was tempted to chuck the remote at the tv because it barely works. I went to the front office with it to request new batteries And was told immediately that it was not the batteries, that the remotes just don’t work well ….very frustrating. We basically watched something on our iPad each evening vs. battling that stubborn piece of plastic.

Jerome at the front desk was so friendly and very welcoming with his personality. He really made our stay so pleasant!!! The housekeepers also said good morning every day as we left to head out for the day. Ideal location - close to Dollywood, restaurants within walking distance & the food was the best! Golden Corral, Arby's, Wendy's, etc. Beds were VERY comfortable, and the towels were higher quality than most. The freezer actually froze the ice packs, and the a/c worked well. The curtains did a great job keeping the room dark for sleeping. We also got an unexpected firework show that we could hear & later went out to the balcony to watch. It was also nice having working elevator the whole time.

There was an unfriendly front desk worker who appeared to not want to be there. Lounging on the chairs with a male friend hanging out in their phones, and when I asked about getting extra towels, she came across as if I was burdening her (first night). Breakfast could use improvement- same offerings everyday (waffles, bread, sausage (that was very salty) biscuits, eggs (completely watered-down), yogurt, and 2 choices of cereal. As a suggestion, it would be helpful to have towel hooks on the back of the bathroom door to help hang wet towels. (Otherwise, they are right above ones head while going to the bathroom)

The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in the middle of town but back from the main strip so you don't hear the traffic. Alot of things were within walking distance. The bed was so comfortable and relaxing. This makes 2 or 3 times we have stayed in this motel, and it never disappoints. It is also quiet, and you aren't able to hear what is going on in the room next door, which is very nice. Will definitely will stay again.

Our toilet over flowed but maintenance came right up and fixed it. Housekeeping came right up after and cleaned the bathroom. Other than that there is nothing I can say negative about the hotel.

Breakfast was adequate. Property is pet-friendly and that is a huge point in favour of families with pets Rooms were as advertised. Check-out was a breeze. Staff at the front desk are very friendly.

With two queen beds, the room did feel cramped. And one thing that I can't get used to in motels in the USA is that the window opens out into the common corridor. So, to maintain privacy, you have to keep the curtains drawn and that gives the room a closed dark look. I am not saying that this is the fault of this particular property, but is an inherent aspect of design of motels in the US. I come from a country where such designs are not implemented.

This is our go to every time we come to the area..breakfast is great..staff is great..location is great..this will continue to be our place to stay as we visit 4 times a yr

Last few times everything was perfect..unfortunately this time it was very hot and the AC unit would run for 2 mins then stop for 2 mins which made it not as cool in the room and was a disaster to get any sleep at night because of the noise it made doing that..I kinda blame myself on that as I should have asked to be moved to a different room but didn't want to bother hotel staff or us..will still stay here every single time but will ask for a different room if it happens again...

Excellent location in Pigeon Forge for all attraction. Clean comfortable room and decent pool.

Few fixtures such as toilet door handle broken. Very limited seating for breakfast and poor parking. About a quarter of spaces reserved for veterans. There's other important people in the world as well you know. Also don't understand the lack.of any any ceiling light. Also there is a severe lack.of privacy with the curtains not fully closing and anyone able to see completely into your room.
