Everything was great. Views are spectacular. Weather was nice. Pool was great. Game room was nice too. Easy to find location. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5. (4/5) if everything that I've mentioned was there (a little more cleaner place is a MUST especially in bathroom =someone's hair is not pretty thing to find ) bowls and grill to use . I would definitely give it a good 5/5.

Little issues with ants... Found hair and dust . And there was like no bowls to use for salads etc.. would be nice to have a large bowls to mix things in. And big minus> No outside grilling..like it's non-existent.. which is wierd. . Extra towels for swimming would be nice too. Otherwise great place

Place had a beautiful view of the mountains was very quiet there except for the 2 times the lawn guys came to mow the lawn after 7 am Maintenance person was very helpful on anything we asked/needed

The bedroom fan needs to have a remote it was on low and it was too high to reach it to turn it up. No hangers in the closet, the freezer froze all the ice so you couldn't get any out and it froze my freezer containers to the bottom that I couldn't get them out My opinion you should have some kind of directions in the place - like what time the shuttles comes, how to empty the garage when they aren't open

We have stayed at Viewpoint Condominiums in the past and my family enjoyed staying there again! We stayed in one of the newer units. While the older unit we stayed in last time seemed a bit more space-conducive, we did appreciate the newer model for its minimalistic, but elegant decor and its proximity to the pool area and activities room! The unit was clean and comfortable and the location of Viewpoint is excellent! It is in the heart of Pigeon Forge, high up enough to be away from traffic, but low enough to hit the strip in a matter of minutes! With respect to customer service, there is none better! Very impressive! My family will return!

I am glad I traveled with my own crock pot and paper products! There are very limited dishes in the cupboard! Plates and bowls are very small and there were only 4 of each in my unit! I would like to have had a few more trash bags supplied as well, but there is a convenience store nearby! I made a trip or two! No major issues, just a caution if you plan to cook!

Loved everything about this condo! We had a pool table all to ourselves in it. It was very roomy and homey feeling. The bed was so comfortable and big. Everything was pretty clean. The pool was an awesome bonus. It was clean and warm water. The nice private picnic table out the back door was also nice.

The kitchen could’ve been better stocked with cooking, preparation dishes. It was a little tricky not having a good amount of dishes to use to cook with. The only other thing was the floor could’ve been cleaned a little better.

This was a very nice, clean condo. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again but would prefer a ground level apartment next time, the stairs were kind of rough climbing

The things I noticed that would need to be addressed in my opinion would be: The patio sliding door maybe should have had a lock up top because my two year old grandson could unlock and open that door. Would have been good also if the design of the condo had included a bathtub instead of just shower stalls for giving the little ones a bath. It would have been good also if the condo had provided some bowls to mix up stuff in (pancake mix etc.) and dishcloths.

Location to town was very easy. It was a very quiet location off the grid but also very close to center of town.

I didn’t like that the front door glass you can look right into the living room. There was no privacy when it came to that. Anyone could look in the window and see everything. The jetted tub did not work. The bed needs to be up off the floor as it shows in the pictures.

We liked that it was off the main drag and peaceful. It was a short trip to Dollywood and even had an access to avoid the strip to get to the grocery store and the Island. There was plenty of room for 10 adults and 2 kids. I thought we received a really good value.

There were light switches that we never found out what they went to. There were items in the kitchen to use to prepare meals, but it was hodge-podge and missing a spatula. It isn't now because we left one. The wifi went out halfway through, but I didn't call about it so they may have corrected it if I did. My husband didn't like the jets in the tub didn't work.

Location was nice and pool comfortable place

Kitchen wasn’t stocked well. There were 4 of us but only 3 coffee cups and 3 plate. No hair dryer and shampoo was watered down. They need to mention you need to use app on phone to lock door for first time so key pad will work after. We had to leave the door unlocked a couple times until I started to play with it and realized that.

Everything about the place was wonderful after the management company got us moved to the bottom floor. I had written in my reservation and also called customer service to verify we were on the bottom floor. I explained that we had 3 out of 4 of us handicapped. I was not impressed with whomever I spoke to who assured me we were In a condo on the bottom floor but when I called on Saturday after arrival I was extremely pleased with their resolution.

I think the broken blinds need to be fixed and dark curtains be added to the rooms so that people who sleep later can close the curtains to prevent it being so bright. Other than that. I think the place was perfect.

There was a lot of space. The beds were comfortable. The place was very clean. We liked that there was a pool. We also liked that there wasn't a lot of people at the property.

The couch wasn't comfortable. We heard a lot of loud stomping and noise from the room above us.
