It was a really good experience except for breakfast. It was supposed to be from 6 AM until 9 AM and every morning about 9 a.m.. All the food was gone. Free hot breakfast is one of the main things we look for when booking a motel. That was very disappointing.

Breakfast was the same each day and not that spectacular consisting of eggs, burnt sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Noise from the road since we were facing the road made it loud and the neighbor beside us had a kid screaming and upstairs a kid running back and forth. It's not real soundproof. Pool was small and we never had an opportunity to get in it since there was always someone in it. You could hear Krystal orders being taken in their drive thru since we were right behind it. Toilet sounded like a cannon going off in the middle of the night when you used the bathroom.

Location is great it’s right in the middle of everything. Super clean.

It’s not really a negative but it the pool is a little small. Also we got breakfast while staying and both days the biscuits were hard and rhetorical cereal was stale. The toilets are very loud when you flush.

The location was great. Front desk staff were great! Parking was good. Room was clean and stocked.

The smell was not pleasant when first coming in but then they do allow pets. The noise above us was loud at night but I understand people have children.

love this place. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is great. I think $25 a night for your pet is a little to high though.

Only thing is both times I've stayed the large man at the check in desk is not very friendly. He told me not to take my dog out the front door to potty to use the side door. I ask where the side door was and he pointed and said. It's the door with the exit sign on it. That wasn't very nice. If we hadn't already paid for our room we would of left. Don't know if I'll stay there again. That's to bad. The place is awesome.

I really liked this place from check in to check out. It was me and my husband and my little shihtzu the staff was friendly, check in was no problem. We got to our room and it was really nice and clean, my compliments to the housekeeping staff, our room was spacious and comfortable, for the most part quiet, yall went out of your way to make our stay a memorable one. I loved that my gigi was able to come and the door going in and out with her was just down from our room. Breakfast was very good. I loved all the nice hot choices that was there. The bed was comfortable i loved all the amenities available. The microwave, fridge, the nice island with the sink the sitting area with couch, we didnt feel so claustrophobic in there the iron and ironing board the window seat, we just liked it very much, when we come back again ill be reaching out to microtel again. Thanks again. I will give yall many thumbs up if i could. It was nice and warm in there ,cause it was cool out the heat kept it warm in there felt cozy.i loved all the plugs and usb ports for devices. The hairdryer was a nice touch the little coffee maker it was all excellent. I loved the 24 hour front desk to. The locks on the door made us feel safe and peep hole in the door also. I loved also the do not disturb signs many places dont have those anymore

The only thing i would say that would be a plus is soundproof rooms but that really wasnt that big of a deal.

The room was cleaned. The view was great. Housekeeping was nice and helpful. It was a great visit. We would visit Microtel Inn again

The front desk person wasn't very helpful. I needed a bag for ice, I was told I had to ask housekeeping, but it is after 8 pm. Housekeeping was gone for the night. The next day, I needed fresh linen. I was told to ask housekeeping on the floor, or I would have to come to the front desk. Luckily, housekeeping was on the floor, I didn't have to make a trip to the front desk.

It was relaxing and quiet, clean , and the staff was attentive. The breakfast was always stocked sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and of course waffles, they even had sugerfree syrup. and the food was surprisingly good and there was a ready supply of Folgers coffee. The pool was clear and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Price. Room space. Beds. Linens. Large shampoo and body wash in shower. Lighting. Pool.

Towels are old and thread-bare. Front desk man at check-in was the same at check-out, and he was unfriendly, stressed and rude in the morning. A 'online check-in' AND 'check-out' emails were sent before arrival/morning of. I did those and when I told him he replied "Oh, those don't work. " ? New toilet cracked. We told him the blow dry was coming off the wall and he was dismissive say he'd write it up but didn't act like he cared.

Place was nicely landscaped, rooms were ok needed, and little work toilets were loud, we were on the 4th floor in a handicap accessible room by stairwell. If there was a fire, we would have been screwed my husband is an amputee. The staff was very nice and helpful. We forgot a bag they knew we were having breakfast called right away. Breakfast was pretty good eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, various breads waffles. Pool was always clean we had 3 kids they swam everyday. Great location nit on main strip just outside less traffic. Hotel service was great. Would stay again.
