We like the location and the price that we were able to lock down

The maid came in every day and she would get the trash and after our third day there they changed the sheets, but then just left the comforter wadded up in a ball on top of the beds and didn’t even put the towels in the bathroom left them on the chair and one of the beds Creaked so badly when my son would roll over that we heard everything in the night and the other one moved around and it wasn’t bolted to the floor and when it did move, you could see the dirt on the floor

Staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. The beds were super comfy , the comforters and pillows were soft. Convenient location. 1 mile from Walmart and also super close to many other locations including Tangers for shopping and many shows and attractions.

Pool was cold even when it was over 80 degrees outside and needed the bugs skimmed out of it so only used it once for about 15 minutes the whole week we were there.

The beds were very comfortable "no bed bugs at least in rooms 105, 106, & 107. The rooms were clean and the location was great it's as it was located at the light for the turn in at Wonderworks.

Okay this a older hotel so I understand that they are issues and they are remodeling slowly it as you can tell, so my only dislike was the outlets in room 107 were not working right, they need new pillows, and the bathroom exhaust fan dif not work. But over all for the price it was a decent hotel.

I loved the location. It is far enough off of the main strip that traffic is not too bad. I didn’t pay for all the bells and whistles so I certainly did not have any high expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was quite clean, I brought my own swiffer and some wipes to wipe stuff down. The floors were actually quite decent. The bathroom was visually clean and didn’t have any sort of odor. I figured the breakfast would just be some cereal, but I was happy with the spread that was provided (waffles, mini muffins, mini bagels, cinnamon raisin toast, cereal, oatmeal, juices). I would gladly stay again if I am traveling on a budget :)

The furnishings and linens were a bit outdated. The curtains had a funny smell from the AC but it wasn’t too big of deal. I brought my own sheets, and that made my stay much more comfortable, I wish there were two nightstands, and or another small table to set stuff on. The king room only has a TV stand and one nightstand, that is really my only gripe.

The location was good. There was just a lot of noise with the car show being in town

TV wasn't working when we went in, the refrigerator wasn't working. It appeared to be the power strip They came and fixed the TV, but it went back off. My husband finally unplugged everything from power strip and plugged it all into the wall plug. Had to move the refrigerator and microwave over to the other side of the TV stand. He did that and plugged straight into the wall outlet, and everything started working.

We enjoyed our stay there. I sat by the pool for a while. Even though it was beside a busy highway it was a relaxing sit. If you like shows its located right in the middle of them. A young lady was checking people in, checking people out and cleaning rooms. Her long hours reminded me of when I owned businesses.

The name of the motel has been changed so we drove around looking for it. Since the correct address is on the front check-in area, I went inside to ask if we were at the correct motel. The second morning the waffle iron did not work, but they still had oatmeal, cereal, toast and pastries.

Vinyl flooring in bed area and tile at sink and bathroom area. Very clean refrigerator and microwave. Built in nightlight with the hairdryer. Comfortable king size mattress. All rooms are non-smoking.

Smoking allowed anywhere on property outside of rooms. I am a non-smoker with Asthma and people stood and/or sat on sidewalk outside their room to smoke. The cigarette smoke and Marijuana smoke came in under my door. I had to wear a face mask inside my room. A designated Smoking area should be established near the office.

They have the most comfortable mattresses. The mini frig has a freezer to re-freeze your ice packs. There is a table with a desk chair for those who need to do editing or work on a laptop. The continental breakfast is good. Waffles, cereals, toast, bagels, donuts, instant oatmeal, coffee, tea, 2% milk, orange and apple juice.

No USB plugs in the rooms.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY. AFFORDABLE FOR HOT TUB ROOM. WE WERE REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS PLACE. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. DONT LET THE OUTSIDE DETUR YOU.

THE ICE MACHINE WAS FROZEN, BUT THEY COULDNT HELP THAT. NO BREAKFAST BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER. I WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE ABOUT JACKET LEFT BEHIND.

Bathroom had a walk in shower that is handicapped friendly. The outdoor parking was right at my door but the curb was not handicapped friendly but due to the slopping terrain it is understandable.

better breakfast area. Better breakfast selections. Parking spaces should be numbered to match the rooms.
