The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was good. Easy access to get in and out of the parking lot, plenty of parking.

I didn't like the fact that there was no safe in the room. I am not placing blame on this property but my son left his apple watch in the room on the counter by the sink one day when we were out and somehow the watch came up missing. I checked with the front desk to see if it had been turned in by housekeeping and it had been sometime between the night before we were to leave (when I called front desk) to ask if it has been turned in and when we checked out the next morning. Thankfully, the front desk had it. It was just strange that it disappeared from the room to begin with.

The hotel was nice all the way around. Our room was fabulous and there’s just not enough space here to properly say what a pleasurable trip it really was for my husband and myself. ❤️

The only thing negative about it. It was a little difficult at times in heavy traffic to get out on the street. However, it wasn’t terrible but that would be the only thing I could even think of because it was a great property all the way around very nicely, appointed decorations, and everything. It was just great.

The hotel looked like they needed some improvements, the stair wells need to be marked what floors you are on when yiu are in the srair well. I requested a top floor. When i got there theyvsaid i had a top floor. But upon going to roo., it wasnt cleaned and the key wouldnt work. Upon returning to desk they went and co firmes it. Then they gave me a 3rd floor. We had to wait almost 40 minutes. But, overall it was a pleasnt trip.

Room was good size. Spa tub was great! Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom has no privacy. The door is on the main entrance to the bathroom and the toilet is in the open. So hope you don't mind spouse seeing you do everything. The tub is in HUGE need of slip resistant stickers and grab bar inside the tub walls. They have one but it is OUTSIDE the tub that does not help. I almost slipped in the tub because the bottom is so slick then you add soap on top of that. Not good! They also need more than one elevator!!! The room lighting was not great. You have spotlight reading lights that are not enough light, and if you turn on the big light it is like being in the sun.

Well .. to start. This is not my first time at this location. .. And again they STEPPED it Up!! .. upon arrival my room smelled and looked amazing!! The houseman on staff asked if he went over the Top..after I went in.. quickly said "my wife will love it".. and she did. Secondly.. the staff.. the pool and breakfast. All were on point to every need.. not just mine. I saw them in action. This just might be my home away from home. 😎

Very comfortable bed, whirlpool tub was amazing! Very large room and loved the balcony although it was too cold to enjoy it much when we were there. Everything worked and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good, and coffee available downstairs 24/7 was a definite plus for me! Would stay here again but with a better view next time!

Helicopter place next door hindered our nice mountain view. Not enough seating at breakfast area when it was busy.

Love the location, the atmosphere, everything smelled clean in lobby and room. Staff were very courteous. The room was so cozy and clean. Chairs by fireplace could be changed for more comfort. Love the fireplace. Bed was very comfortable. Love the lighting and usb jacks at bedside. The balconies were great! Our spa tub jets didn’t work and they sent someone up to check it out. They couldn’t fix it that night but did give a partial refund. We definitely would stay again!

Love the lofted room. 2nd time staying in that room and our 5 year old loves it. The breakfast is fantastic. My wife and I both were amazed at how good the eggs were. The staff is super nice. Check in/check out was a breeze.

The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. There was noticeable dust in places and a couple pieces of paper on the floors that looks like the vacuum missed. Wasn't a deal breaker but for the price we expected a little cleaner.
