We enjoyed the fact that we could have a day at the hotel without spending extra money they have everything here putt putt, playgrounds 2 of them one for smaller children and one for any age children, firepits, indoor swimming pools with 2 watersides a hot tub they have an arcade they also sell a few things in lobby in case you need anything there are also located very close to Walmart dollar tree and a dollar general with lots of restaurants around. The campus is beautiful I'd love to visit again in the summer.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't enjoy

The condo was spacious and clean. We got clean towels and garbage thrown out every day. We also like the ease of an outdoor and indoor waterpark for the kids for all ages. There were plenty of activities to keep family entertained, such as movie night, making smores at outdoor fire pits, and crafts for kids. Staff were friendly and helped when needed.

Our room refrigerator was working well, making everything frozen and knob was broken so we couldn't change temperature. There was not enough ventilation in the indoor waterpark area; the chlorine smell was very strong.

Our stay was great overall. Only a few issues that weren’t major: 1. the beds are extremely uncomfortable, 2. we weren’t able to enjoy any arcade games because both coin machines would not take our cash, and the front desk wasn’t able to give us change. They said they would let the company know but they weren’t sure how long it would take for them to come out. 3. Most of the time, the hot tubs were so hot that you couldn’t even stand to keep your feet in. The outdoor one did finally feel tolerable on the last day of our stay Overall, we had a great time. It was a good, affordable choice for a couple days of spring break with the kids along with my mom & sister. We hope to come back in the summer when the waterslides are open & the splash pad isn’t freezing cold!

We loved everything this resort offered. From popsicles, to mini golf, movie night, fire pits, indoor/outdoor parks. My kids loved this place so much. My husband and I couldn’t be any happier with everything we were able to do. The butterfly garden was beautiful and loved how it was just thought out for different families. Plus being able to cook in our room was also great.

The only thing I would change is the style of mattress, the springs can definitely make your back ache but honestly it was the last thing on my mind.

It was very family friendly and our room was very clean. It was cold during our visit but we want to come back to enjoy the playground, mini golf, and fire pit area. We also loved the toddler pool area. Not a lot of places have those! The layout of our room (1 bedroom with king bed and bunk beds and pull out sofa) was absolutely perfect. The kiddos loved the bunk bed area but the privacy for mom and dad was nice too.

The only thing I didn’t love about the property was that there wasn’t an indoor pool for “older” kids. I had little kids who would have loved to be in the 3-4ft area so they could actually swim… but there were several teenage kids in there rough housing. The young guard was trying his best to keep them calm though.

I liked that they had scheduled activity options, Logan made the build-a-buddy great. I also loved how the lifeguards paid attention to ensure safety precautions. Loved that we could make our own ice in the time and that there was a shower safety bar to get in, made it easier for entering the tub. They give you fresh towels every day too, I don’t even do that at home! Loved having a kitchen to cook breakfast and save money. All staff was so nice! Even the cleaning staff and maintenance would greet everyone!

The beds are not comfortable. The balcony door needs a door sweep added as had a wasp get in. We killed it then put a towel down to cover it. The AC was SO loud in the bedroom, happy it worked though! We didn’t like being told we had to wear our bracelets all week, so we put them on the largest setting and removed it when not needed.

My grandsons (4 and 7 years old) thoroughly enjoyed both the indoor/outdoor water parks, miniature golf, playground, butterfly experience, game room, the bunk beds. We had a two bedroom suite plus bunkbeds and all the family was comfortable. Clean.

There were some items missing from the kitchen (i.e. a large frying pan, pizza cutter, other misc items) The bunk beds mattress was more like foam rubber than a mattress. Kids didn't mind, but Mom had to sleep in the bunk bed a couple of nights with the 4 year old. Also - the bunk beds were just inside the door coming into the unit. Felt like this was a security concern given small children would typically be sleeping in them and the adults would be in a bedroom - - children could get up and get out during the night.

There was a lot to do for the kids. Indoor and outdoor areas , arts and crafts, play ground , arcade, and a fire pit for s'mores. It was an amazing trip and one of the best parts is having so much to do that we didn't feel like we had to go to a bunch of places in town and spend money for the kids to have fun. Pretty much everything the kids love was included in our stay and that makes a big difference for a family of 6 with a strict budget.

The rooms were very nice and had all that we needed including a balcony , a full kitchen, and washer and dryer but we did find at least 3 different types of bugs in the room that all seemed to be in the bunk area. (NOT BED BUGS) Like stink bug , centipede, earwig. This is really the only thing that kept the place from getting a full 10. Beds were clean and bugs happen but finding more than one and different types does suggest they could redo some pest control.

It's always a great stay at the governors. Always clean and staff are always friendly. The indoor/outdoor water parks will keep the kids busy for hours. Love the kitchens in the rooms. It really helps cut back spending on food. The location is great if you're looking at shopping at the outlet malls. The only thing I would like to see added is more lounge chairs and seating around the pool. i do realize space is limited and safety is top priority, or even adding a few tanning chairs around flyfire cove.

There’s so much to like!! I love the big rooms with kitchen, bunk beds, washer/dryer, table to eat. living room etc. The rooms are perfect for our family. we almost stayed at another hotel with a waterpark, but their rooms were just rooms. no kitchen, living room, table, washer/dryer. And they also only had outdoor waterpark. no indoor one. I love the butterflies. The gas fire pits are awesome. kids love the waterpark amenities. the location is fantastic. the kids activities are great. we love it all

No breakfast. But the thing that puts me off the most is check in is late and check out is early. You barely get 18 hrs and most of that time is sleeping. i know you can pay extra, but with the price of everything else, it’s just too much.
