The location was good. I always stay outside of Pigeon Forge, so it was good. The room and bathroom was clean. An iron, ironing board, mini fridge, 32in tv and little microwave. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. When I put the do not disturb sign on the door handle they would call the next morning to see if I wanted room service. The staff was friendly even though I couldn't understand a couple of them. The pool was very nice. It was clean and on the edge all the way around the inside of the pool was 3 ft. I really liked that. Parking wasn't a problem and I went the week of the fourth so you know it was busy. I would stay again if the hotel I normally book didn't have any rooms again.

The cold water didn't work in my faucet. The beds were pretty uncomfortable (hard) for me and my youngest. There was this desk and computer rolly chair in there that I just didn't like, but I get it, for people who work from laptops. There wasn't a lot of room to put cloths anywhere. There was one dresser/TV stand there, I think only two drawer. At 430 in the morning there was a garbage truck that came to get their dumpster that had woke me up and his backup horn was going off for ten minutes. Of course I was one of the last rooms over there towards the dumpster. Whoever was in the room next to me liked slamming their door throughout the night.

Stores within walking distance, if you smoke you just open the door and step outside, friendly staff, i didn't ask his name, but the night check in clerk from Jamaica is excellent, really friendly and we actually had a long chat with him before getting into our room and he was very helpful, just a very pleasant experience with him, the property itself is pretty, the breakfast in the morning was good, easy access to everything you need really.

Honestly nothing jumps out at me, it was an extremely pleasant stay and experience overall.

Room and value

So when I checked in the front desk clerk never greeted us, she tapped her fingers on the desk and said ID and Credit card. Still never a greeting. In a separate episode we called downstairs to ask for an extra pillow due to the fact she has a medical condition. Again we were told that they don't do that there and she hung up. Afterwards I went downstairs to ask about ice and was told there is a reason there are signs outside. I've never been treated so rudely and will affect any decision of staying at a Baymont inn or associated property. We travel around 90 days a year and this was very uncalked for

pretty much every thing. 95% satisfied to be honest. will continue to be a to returning guest.

I'm not Extremely fond of what I feel to be a little bit of profiling. I am not rich by any means so I apologize that I don't dress to your liking and standards. Im an old man who and don't have an eye for fashion nor do I feel the senseless need to buy clothes where just a T-shirt and "specially faded" jeans cost more than a framing monthly car payment. So please I would greatly appreciate if you all would stop profiling me and my fiance simply bc we're poor working class folk who don't dress to impress.

The hotel was in a great location close to shops and restaurants..hotel was clean. Pool was on the small side but for the money it was great

The breakfast setup is horrible! Although they offered breakfast that consist of , juice, cereal, toast, scrambled eggs, waffles .. You had to stand in line the same line for everything, There is only one waffle maker and you had to make your own ..so one person stood their around 8 minutes at a time making waffles..it was always 10 or more people waiting in line so if you don't have 30-40 minutes it doesn't do you any good ..they need to have a better setup

The room was clean had microwave and fridge, witch was exactly what we needed , pool was clean saw pro cleaners there first thing in the morning. Staff was really nice. The breakfast was good but only had scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee. . It was in a great location. If I visit Tennessee again I will definitely check here first for my stay..

Beds weren't the best but they were ok, no meat protein at breakfast..

The beds n pillows were so comfy! Loved the pool area, it was very clean. The rooms were very nice n the staff friendly. They also have a firepit you can sit at n you can roast marshmallows.

I didn't like the breakfast. 1. The room they serve it in was very small n everyone cramped in together was awful. 2. It was contintental breakfast but all they had was cereal, eggs n Waffles. I was hoping for muffin or a Doughnut. I can over look that thou but the room is entirely too small. Next time I stay there I'll go out for breakfast.

Very nice staff and quick to solve any problems that happened. Very friendly definitely went beyond our expectations. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. We just wish there were a few more options such as meat (bacon, sausage, ham) and maybe some muffins or biscuits with gravy or breakfast sandwiches. Our kiddos loved the pool!! Over all a great place to stay for the value!

Can't really complain, only thing I will say the shower tub combo wasn't draining efficiently, but wasnt a big deal to us.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice. All in all it was a good stay just had some minor issues that aren't a major deal but could be address to make the stay perfect

There wasn't enough parking spaces so had to park on the side of the parking lot in a grass area, breakfast kind of wasn't the greatest there was no fruit or yogurt offered that I seen. The bathroom could of been cleaner there was hair left in the tub and on the bathroom floor.

The location is amazing for anyone who doesn't want to be in the middle of town. There are several restaurants near the hotel and a few shopping locations. The room was great. The beds were comfortable. The spa tub located in the king suite is amazing. My husband and I are larger people and we both fit in the tub at the same time. The shower pressure was amazing too. Breakfast was simple but good enough.

The only issue with the area is the parking is limited. The parking lot Is cramped.
