There was nothing to dislike about this place.. the staff was super friendly.. and the rooms were really clean as well as the exterior of the facility.. I love that the bathroom had like this built in heater in the ceiling. I took a bubble bath every night. No bugs and the beds were pretty comfortable. I didn't expect that for the price I paid so I'll definitely be booking again. Location is close to everything but puts you out the way of the heavy traffic. I will suggest that the website photos be updated because the room looks better in person..

The room was very clean. It was away from the hustle and bustle but still very convenient to all of the attractions. It was a very family friendly.

The only thing we didn't like was it was difficult to take a showet due to the hot water would constantly fluctuate from super hot to cold. We may not have it turned correctly. I would stay again, though.

It’s always clean when we are here!

Our Ceiling started leaking at 1230am and the front desk was like what do you want me to do uhmmm come to the room. They did move us, but we ended up checking out at 2:30am and heading home.

We recently stayed at the Mountain Aire Inn in Gatlinburg, TN for our anniversary trip, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The room was lovely — very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The price was also fantastic, offering great value without sacrificing quality. A special shout-out to Grace at the front office. She was incredibly kind and understanding. We weren’t familiar with all the property rules when we arrived, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease. The inn itself is in the perfect location — close to absolutely everything you could want or need in Gatlinburg, yet still peaceful and quiet. It was the best of both worlds. Honestly, we would stay here a million times over. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located place to stay with exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend Mountain Aire Inn. We’ll definitely be back!

There was nothing I did not like about this stay.

Small older motel located in Sevierville just a couple miles to Tanger outlet mall and the island at pigeon forge. Very clean and quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful. Option to have room cleaned daily or can be DND your whole stay. Bed comfortable good shower lots of updates. The room we had was a double and the second bed was like a separate bedroom making the beds more private than more modern setups The bathroom is in between the bedrooms.. Nice little private balcony that opens from the back bedroom. Balcony has a railing for safety that is very sturdy. All areas really neat and clean .

Wish they had smoking rooms but they do have a smoking area or just go to your car and be considerate of others.

It was very clean

The only negative thing that I have to say about the hotel is Thursday and Friday the people that staying at the hotel had no place to lay out by the pool because apparently they were having public swimming lessons and all the mothers and fathers of the children that we’re having the lessons we’re taking up all of the chairs, so nobody could lay out by the poolSaturday. It rained all day so apparently they didn’t have classes other than that. The guy that checked me in was very nice. He changed my room from the back to the front. The only negative thing I had is the children having swimming lessons.

The friendly staff, clean rooms comfortable beds the pool the location and price it was quiet. We booked after reading the wonderful reviews and this place did not disappoint. We will only stay here in the future. Our check oil day we needed to get on the road at 3 am my daughter forgot her phone and I had accidentally locked the keys in the room we went to the office not knowing if anyone would be there and to our surprise they were gave us another key we were able to get her phone and the other keys . They were so helpful and we were so grateful.

We had an absolutely great stay!! Upon checking in, my request for the ground floor room was accommodated, the rooms were clean, the ac and heater worked very well and had a good fan noise. The mini fridge got very cold which is very refreshing because most hotels don't make sure those work well. The ice machine was working so I was able to make my little icebox each morning during my stay.. The beds are firm but they are comfortable. The pillows are amazing! They also have nice shampoo,etc. but I always take my own. The hotel was also very understanding about us needing to check out a day early due to bad weather that was going to be happening the next day which would have been our travel day. There were 2 trash cans inside the room, and a microwave as well. There were also trash cans outside which was amazing for throwing away the trash at the end of each day out of the cars from the events. The absolute only thing that I would say needs improving if anything is more plug-ins in the room. I brought a surge protector so I was fine It was an amazing stay and we will be staying again in the future but next time I'm hoping to be able to afford getting the deluxe room or suite. There was also plenty of free parking even during this big event going on. The location is also PERFECT!!!!! We were close to everything around us but not in the thick of the worst congestion area

The room and property were very clean. The bed was comfy. Room was spacious. Location was great. Check in was easy (once the person in front of me stopped asking 100 questions.) Housekeeping came by daily to change out towels and trash, which was really nice and unexpected. Great water pressure and temperature. Loved the vintage tile work and tub handles! Location was excellent, close to just about anything you'd need in Pigeon Forge, and easy to get on and off.

While it was nice to have a sofa, it was terribly uncomfortable. Looked like it was probably a sleeper sofa that had been outfitted with a wooden box frame. The shower head was a little low, even for average height guys like me and the bf. This is probably how they were designed originally. Not enough lights.

Great location, wasn’t to far away from anything you could walk to get food if needed pigeon forge is probably 10-12 minutes away

Nothing was bad but traffic noise “kind of a giving in Tennessee” but it is close to the road
