I loved the Sunday church option within the hotel for guests of the hotel. The lady on the 1st shift on Saturday, Dec 21, 2024, was very nice and accommodating, allowing us to not only check in early but also to get us the room we requested. I enjoyed the breakfast and the varieties offered. I liked the friendliness of some staff workers we encountered minis the 2nd shift employee on Saurday and Sunday night. She refused to speak or welcome guests upon entrance into the lobby. Ample parking. Non-smoking hotel and no pets policy (or at least none were there during our stay). The location was great. The hotel is easy to get into and out of. Right next to (walking distance) to the movie theater/movies and shopping across the street. The room type: King, king room... no balcony. Only queen rooms have balconies. Still, our room was nice and peaceful on the top floor at the end of the hall. No noise or loud music.

I didn't like the limited room storage. There were only two small drawers on one side of the room, and I had a 2 king room.

Location was great. Respectful Nice staff. Pictures look exactly like the hotel. We really like the double queen beds separated by the bathroom. I think we have found our new hotel chain when we travel.

We had to change our room because the heater broke. But otherwise very good. Although Breakfast was free they only served pork as the meats so we still had to buy something else for breakfast. My suggestion is that the hotel serves 1 pork, 1 turkey and 1 chicken option for the guests. Then it would be a lot better.

Breakfast was sufficient. Good assortment of items available. Loved the location and very quiet. The balcony was an added bonus. We would def stay here again!

Our air conditioner had a smell and was quite loud even on low. The blue circle light on the sink mirror is really bright and when we were on our left side, the light was bothersome. We blocked the light at night with a box so as to remove the glow. The sink area was nice separate from the bathroom. Really liked that idea as two people can be getting ready at the same time without getting in each others way. There needs to be an additional hook to hang the towel on after both showering and needing to hang our towels separately.

The size of the room was amazing for what I paid. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The only reason I gave it an ‘ 8’ and not a ten was because the way the vanity is in between the two sleeping areas. There was no way to avoid waking family members while I was getting ready. This won’t stop me from staying there again though! :)

Breakfast each morning was amazing and filling. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Pool was nice but on the smaller side. The room design allowed great separation between the beds and two TVs which was great.

The room needed better ventilation the room design didn’t allow for the air conditioning unit to get to the other side of the room. The carpet needed to be shampooed because if the a/c unit was not running it was very humid and smelled like wet dog. And lastly the beds and pillows were too soft not comfortable after night 2.

It advertises that it has an indoor pool , but only has outdoor pool, that was one of the reasons why I booked here cause of the weather. I didn’t like the soap pumps in the shower felt like it was unsanitary because so many people have to touch it while showering need own individual small bottles for guest.

How easily accessible it was to Dollywood. The shower was always hot, the Continental breakfast was good. I liked how the two queen beds were divided by the bathroom and each had its own television.

The bed closest to the hallway you could hear people in the hallways and everyone's doors slamming shut, which made it hard to sleep.

Staff is friendly. Enough parking space all around. The facility is clean. Bed are good, great pillows compared to other hotels. Good Snack area. Breakfast is excellent! Even bags to go if you just want to grab and go. Everything was fresh and hot, can't bit the variety of food, everyone can find something to eat.

The bathroom ceiling is low.

Clean property from every aspect. Great location to everything. Breakfast was better than most that is offered at hotels. We’ve stayed at several different hotels in the area when we do quick trips and this has become our “go to” place to stay if we aren’t staying in a cabin.
