We absolutely love staying here—it’s our go-to getaway spot! Since we live fairly close, we often take day trips to the area, but when we decide to stay overnight, this is always our top choice. The mountain views are simply breathtaking. We visited during the winter once and woke up to snow-covered peaks that looked like something out of a postcard. At night, you can step out onto the balcony and see the lights of the strip twinkling in the distance—it’s like having the peacefulness of the mountains and the fun of the city all in one place. The staff here is truly wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they make the whole experience feel easy and cared for. It really adds that extra touch of hospitality that keeps us coming back. As a family traveling with kids, we also really appreciate the split-room setup. It’s perfect—two TVs mean the kids can wind down with cartoons while we relax and catch up on our shows. It’s the little things that make all the difference. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast—it’s hands down the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The biscuits are rich and buttery, the eggs are perfectly cheesy, and the coffee hits just right every single time.

I loved the Sunday church option within the hotel for guests of the hotel. The lady on the 1st shift on Saturday, Dec 21, 2024, was very nice and accommodating, allowing us to not only check in early but also to get us the room we requested. I enjoyed the breakfast and the varieties offered. I liked the friendliness of some staff workers we encountered minis the 2nd shift employee on Saurday and Sunday night. She refused to speak or welcome guests upon entrance into the lobby. Ample parking. Non-smoking hotel and no pets policy (or at least none were there during our stay). The location was great. The hotel is easy to get into and out of. Right next to (walking distance) to the movie theater/movies and shopping across the street. The room type: King, king room... no balcony. Only queen rooms have balconies. Still, our room was nice and peaceful on the top floor at the end of the hall. No noise or loud music.

I didn't like the limited room storage. There were only two small drawers on one side of the room, and I had a 2 king room.

LOVED the arrangement of the room with the bathroom in between the beds. Great for a bit of privacy. Great location. Very nice stay. Breakfast staff was very good.

The sundries are not marked as far as the price. For example, there was a frozen dinner that I asked how much it was, I was told five dollars and they could not charge it to the room and they didn't take cards. So I went to my room to get cash, but when I got back they said it was six dollars. Not a big deal, but if everything, i.e. candy, food, drinks were marked it would help out a lot.

The location is unbeatable, no it’s not on the popular section of the strip, but that allowed for easier travel to and from without fighting traffic! The room layout was awesome for friends so you don’t feel like you’re sharing a bedroom together.

The A/C unit didn’t seem to be strong enough to cool the whole space and the split room design caused the furthest room to feel stuffy without its own unit or a fan. The beds, although exceptionally clean, just were uncomfortable.

We like the room divided by bathroom layout, allowing individual television watching and/or not bothering the other person in the room for bathroom use. The halls and rooms appeared exceptionally clean. The breakfast had a wonderful variety and was plentiful.

Our bathtub did not have a working stopper, so baths weren't possible, which was a disappointment. But that's the only problem, which did not stop us from enjoying our stay. And we did call the problem to the attention of the staff.

Location was great. Respectful Nice staff. Pictures look exactly like the hotel. We really like the double queen beds separated by the bathroom. I think we have found our new hotel chain when we travel.

We had to change our room because the heater broke. But otherwise very good. Although Breakfast was free they only served pork as the meats so we still had to buy something else for breakfast. My suggestion is that the hotel serves 1 pork, 1 turkey and 1 chicken option for the guests. Then it would be a lot better.

I loved the fact that the room was divided with a partial wall with two separate tv's. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. I was even pleased that they had my favorite Dove liquid soaps and products in dispensers. I have paid more at other hotels with a less pleasing experience, so the value was excellent. Also the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. I will definitely book again.

The size of the room was amazing for what I paid. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The only reason I gave it an ‘ 8’ and not a ten was because the way the vanity is in between the two sleeping areas. There was no way to avoid waking family members while I was getting ready. This won’t stop me from staying there again though! :)

Breakfast was sufficient. Good assortment of items available. Loved the location and very quiet. The balcony was an added bonus. We would def stay here again!

Our air conditioner had a smell and was quite loud even on low. The blue circle light on the sink mirror is really bright and when we were on our left side, the light was bothersome. We blocked the light at night with a box so as to remove the glow. The sink area was nice separate from the bathroom. Really liked that idea as two people can be getting ready at the same time without getting in each others way. There needs to be an additional hook to hang the towel on after both showering and needing to hang our towels separately.
