This property is in a location that you are not crowded by the busyness of town but easy to get to where ever you want. Close to a lot of mom and pop restaurants and shops which is great. This facility is older but our room was super clean, bed was comfortable and the room was huge. Hot water in the shower was great. Patio was nice and every morning visited by the local ducks. Peaceful area. Pool was clean and nice. The price for 3 nights as $200 and would pay that again to stay. The staff were great.

Only commenting to help with possible changes would stay again regardless. The shower curtain is a pain, I think it was a combination of the style and the type of rod. The lighting in the room was not good. Very dim. Plugs are limited near beds, only place to charge phone was in the middle of both beds, another table on sides of bed would be nice. Soap for washing hands would be great-I pack it normally but forgot this trip. Would be nice if TV swiveled-not a huge issue just a recommendation.

The staff went over and above to make sure the pool was constantly able to be used, even immediately after a big storm. Being right on the river, and having the pool available; along with a nice clean and comfortable room, made our stay the best it could be! Thank you for this!

The only thing I didn't care for was the coffee situation. I was only left one cup and the sugar/ napkins packets inside were wet. But they did have plenty of fresh coffee, sugar, and creamer in the office. So it worked out fine. Coffee was even pretty good.

As a family who resides +/- 100 miles from The Smokys this is our go to for a quick trip. We have stayed multiple times and will continue to. Super convenient to Dollywood/Splash Country as well as any amenity you could need. Always very clean, (including pool during open season) quiet and comfortable. Owners/and staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. PS. Enjoy the ducks that may visit! They are used to guests and are just passing through. Please research what to feed ducks before you offer them food.

Absolutely loved our stay. It was quick check in process and the staff was very nice. The room was great, nice and clean. Felt safe. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows. Loved being able to open the balcony door and see the ducks. The location was great. Close to stores and restaurants and not too far to some of the main attractions. It was great not having to fight a lot of traffic to get in and out. Will definitely stay again!!

Wish the light in the room was just a tad bit brighter, but even still it wasn't a big issue.

the beds were very comfortable. we had the ground floor and i loved how the back door opened right out to a half dried up river, but the view was amazing and we had ducks every morning up to our door. although there was no room service, it was very easy to go get our own towels and hair dryer.

although the view was amazing, some mornings the smell wasn't the best because of the ducks. however, the peacefulness out wayed the smell. our refrigerated made awful clunking noise when it shut on and off, after a day we were use to it. bathroom was a little on the small size. it was farther away from where we wanted to be however we were out of all the main parkway traffic and was able to easily go to the grocery store and fast food places.

The property was fine, however it was raining and the room numbers are hard to see from the car to find the room. Make them bigger please. I asked some guests staying and they helped us.

The toilet and the bathroom door touch. You open the door to bathroom and it rubs the toilet. The little lady at night was not a people person at all and rude. You could tell she hates her job. This isn’t acceptable in a vacation destination. Customer service is everything in this business!

The man ar the front desk was so nice. The furniture in the room was outdated. The bed was comfortable, but we didn't have maid service the 2 days and nights we stayed. Got towels and garbage bag from front desk. There was no one there to check us out. We left around 8 am and had to leave our card key on the front desk.no maid service

During my recent stay at Econo Lodge hotel, I had a fantastic time. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing environment during my stay. The amenities offered were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the convenient location that allowed easy access to nearby attractions. Very pretty and clean and balcony over looking at the river. Nice outdoor swimming pool and hot tub and plenty of chairs and loungers.

Needed curtains, but did have nice blinds. Needed door sweep under balcony door when it rained it rained in fall risk shower curtain needed to be lowered. Water got in floor fall risk. The bed is very very hard.

The rooms are nice and big. The balcony on the waterside , the view is beautiful. I had coffee with ducks like every morning and I mean like 50 ducks. Beautiful ! So comfortable that I am supposed to be out by 11 and it’s currently 10:27 and I just woke up :) I will stay here again. The staff was wonderful as well. Very sweet people.
