Absolutely loved our stay. It was quick check in process and the staff was very nice. The room was great, nice and clean. Felt safe. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows. Loved being able to open the balcony door and see the ducks. The location was great. Close to stores and restaurants and not too far to some of the main attractions. It was great not having to fight a lot of traffic to get in and out. Will definitely stay again!!

Wish the light in the room was just a tad bit brighter, but even still it wasn't a big issue.

the beds were very comfortable. we had the ground floor and i loved how the back door opened right out to a half dried up river, but the view was amazing and we had ducks every morning up to our door. although there was no room service, it was very easy to go get our own towels and hair dryer.

although the view was amazing, some mornings the smell wasn't the best because of the ducks. however, the peacefulness out wayed the smell. our refrigerated made awful clunking noise when it shut on and off, after a day we were use to it. bathroom was a little on the small size. it was farther away from where we wanted to be however we were out of all the main parkway traffic and was able to easily go to the grocery store and fast food places.

My two-night stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby both nights. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable lodging experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.😊😊

They have a balcony or a patio behind that extra door in the rooms . I liked that , they have chairs and a table outside. And the ducks ... love the ducks.

When i first tried to check in nobody was in office. I waited 20 minutes before someone came in. The coffee is like truckstop coffee. It says breakfast however there is NOT any breakfast. The shower had hairs in the drain. The pool was very small and shallow.

I love the river in the back. The swimming pool area was well kept and clean. I give 5 stars to the hotel clerk. Very knowledgeable, friendly.

There was hair in the bathtub and the bathroom floor. The whole main floor was filthy. My feet turned black just walking from shower to get socks on. The light bulb was out and the ac wasn’t working right. The patio had trash from previous. It was pretty gross.

Location was good. Enjoyed watching the ducks in the creek behind the property. Plus there was walking trails behind and across from motel. Will definitely stay again.

The bed was hard and the pillows were too small and hard. No housekeeping unless you asked. Took out our own trash and towels then had to ask for the necessities when we needed them.

There was not enough parking. I came in late one evening and all the parking places were taken. When I called the manager, he moved his car and parked it right in front of the office so that I could have his parking place. The refrigerator kept making a loud popping noise

I love it here. it's definitely worth checking in to. You will enjoy your stay with clean rooms, towels are always in the room. Again, the rooms are always super clean. The staff is amazing. I stay here all the time because I'm currently homeless, living out of my car with my 10 month old. We stay here, and it doesn't completely break my bank. This is the place to book your next sevierville stay!

The room had recently be remodeled with everything from the floor, bed, TV, bathtub/shower & fixtures all new and working. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable for a good nights rest after a very busy day. The price was great.

We were not given the information for Wifi access at checkin and didn't find it with our keys. We left the property after checking in and did not return until late in the morning- not a time to check with the front desk.
