I love these resorts!! We love the fire pits at night very nice. We love how at home you feel with the rooms. The water park was nice.

The staff set us up for a time share meeting. We get up to go like 2 days later and they didn't realize the set back from time change so they had to cancel the meeting. Very inconvenient because we had a vacation itinerary. We weren't offended anything to compensate for the mistake either. It was definitely the blonde girls fault but she was insistent that it was someone who we talked to on the phone the night beforehand. She wanted me to give her details of who did it but it made me uncomfortable because she was trying to get someone who answered my call in trouble. The only other issue was that the bath tub was dirty. It had hair and grime in it. I had to clean the tub to give my kids a bath.

Loved all the available things to do with the family! Very clean facilities and overall experience was great. Definitely would book again.

When checking in wish they would have provided more details about the shuttle being available and other activities going on. Had to find out in my own in passing.

Karla was amazing at the front desk! I never felt like I was asking too many questions and she went out of her way to make my boys happy and welcomed at the resort.

The lady at the timeshare/in house concierge counter. We were ready to learn more about a timeshare and was asked for our address. Never was told ,until I heard from another employee, it was for a soft credit pull. I felt violated, and I should have been asked. Turns out, due to Covid, and my husband almost dying in February from Covid complications (he was in ICU for 2.5 weeks), I was in charge of bills and taking care of my entire family until my husband was well enough to go back to work, 2 months ago. That is why my credit dropped, and I guess not good enough to qualify. I was told that there was "no marketing in the area", as she turned her nose down at me. Unprofessional, pretentious, and unacceptable behavior.

I had no idea what to expect and this place exceeded what I saw in pictures on the website! If it was raining I didn't have to leave the place as it had everything I needed. The staff was kind and caring.

The price of the food. Expensive.

I liked that we could all fit comfortably in the condo. There was a full kitchen and washer and dryer we could use. We loved having access to the indoor water park. The common areas ( elevators, hallways) were clean.

The hidden agenda of trying to get you to buy into their time share. The charge of a security deposit because I was not a Wyndham club member. There was constantly people running up and down the hallways during the quiet hours.

The rooms are amazing. Spacious, Comfortable, Friendly and Helpful Staff. The entire complex is huge and the staff helped a lot to direct us.

The water park was a lot of fun but it would be great if they had a lift or etc. To get up thosr steps. LOL.

Great location, awesome place. The staff was nice and helpful.

I had to park the car trailer down the street, as the staff noted no parking space available at the hotel parking lot for a car trailer.

Love the rooms and bathrooms. Very spacious. Loved the amenities.

Only complaint was the location. Takes a little bit to get to everything on the main road in Pigeon Forge.

2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. kitchen was well equipped. Large dining table made the unit feel very spacious. Having a washer/dryer was great because we could dry towels and swimsuits in between water park sessions. Soaky Mountain was fabulous!

The timeshare staff was very pushy in trying to get us to listen to their 90-minute sales talk. We must have said no five times before they relented. Still got a phone call with more attempts the night before checkout.

We loved everything!! The room was amazing and big and clean! And the waterpark was included and wonderful! On sight restaurants didn’t get to try them but a plus to be available. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was painless and effortless.
