I loved the staff at front desk. It had a peaceful overlook sitting outside of my room. Wildlife nearby which I never see the same type as at home several raccoons that frequent there.

I did not like that there were no chairs in the room to sit in or even a small sofa. There was no grab bar getting into the shower . I felt very unsafe as I had a knee replacement awhilback and still hard to bend without holding on to something. But really would have not had to just sit on the bed and have no furniture. Those are the main items. Outside lawn 2 chairs were the cheap plastic Walmart type small square plastic table. Not comfortable.

Location was great. Had a traffic light for easy access to main road. The rooms were better than expected. Really nice that it had two rooms together with the bath in the middle. All the extras were a pleasant surprise. It had a small stream that run along the back of the property, and they had chairs sit out to enjoy the peace and quite. Overall for the price, location, and cleanliness was more than expected! I will certainly stay there again when I take another family vacation to Tennessee. Staff was extra nice too.

The only negative was the covers should have been upgraded some time back (small burn hole in the blanket).

2 queen beds separated by the bathroom. TV in each room. Almost like a suite. Balconies beside the river. Traffic light accessible/easy in and out. Pool looked good but wasn’t open yet .

Breakfast. That was a joke. They have a designated space for breakfast but it’s been closed since covid. It’s all crammed in the office which is small. Toaster on a shelf with brochures but nothing to put in it anyway.

The area was nice. And conveniently close to everything. Very nice and clean the outside of the property.

Well, we have a bit of inconvenience because the sink in the room will not drain, and that is one of my things. The shower and sink most drain good I will not shower where the water will stand. Other than that, it is good like it very much. And the lady was so nice and gave us another room. And I think when the cleaning person will clean after every customer they will know the room need maintenance. Once againg the desk person was very nice to accommodate.

The staff as I booked my room through booking.com and when we arrived at the hotel all they saw was my reservation number and no payment that I had made. I went on ahead and paid for the room again and a couple of hours later, the gentleman at the front desk called me to let me know he was refunding my payment because my first payment finally his rheirvsystem.

Location was great for us. We had tournaments at the convention. It was maybe 4 minutes away. Beds were comfortable. I liked the fact the 2 queen beds were separated by the bathroom. Didn't swim, but pool looked clean and clear. On the strip, but didn't feel it was too loud. Staff were nice. I feel the price was fair.

Some parts of the room were outdated. Paint missing, floors a little messed up. The shower was stained. There were raccoons out back. Which were neat to encounter. But you couldn't sit outside and enjoy the outdoors without 5-10 coming up to you looking for food. Some were a little hostile. I would be careful with small children. The beds were comfortable but there were burn holes in the blanket we used. As if a cigarette smoker had used them before and burnt them. The room when we first walked in did smell slightly of smoke. I'm not sure if it was a previous smoker there or coming from another room.

Same as my previous review. The Queen 👑 double rooms are very nice. It's actually two rooms in one with TVs in both rooms and a private balcony. The raccoons 🦝 in the back are sooo cute 🥰 and friendly. People feed them from their balconies and they'll also eat from your hands.

The breakfast is only a small pack of muffins.

Nice place. Beware of the Raccoons lol 😆 they just want food but they will walk right up to you. I didn't like how rude the front desk people were. The one at check in as well as the other at check out. Not so friendly. But If you can get past that it's a pretty view of the river with some wildlife interactions.

Everything but the mattress. We have stayed here for more than 16 years and will continue to stay until they won't have us anymore.

Beds are kinda lumpy and hard, but we love it here and have been staying here for more than 16 years!
