Location Breakfast Clean Comfortable

Not enough handicapped parking. Also the morning of check out I noticed a younger gentleman (didn't appear to be handicapped), parked in the only handicapped spot available right next to our room while i had to park on the other end of the hotel. I believe he is a worker cause he was in the lobby at the desk when I went to check out. None of the outer doors had locks on the doors. Anyone could have came in during the night. Not at all safe in today's day and time.

I love everything about this hotel! It is clean, comfortable, the best pool around, open 24/7 (the kids favorite part!) nice little gym, great breakfast, and the staff is literally the best! I have stayed at hotels all over the country, and let me tell you, the customer service at THIS particular Kodak, TN location is right up there with the Chic-Fil-A gods! We met Kevin, one of the managers, a few years ago when travelling through and our little one was beyond tired. It was cold, we were all exhausted and every hotel in the last 50+ miles had no vacancy. (3am on Thanksgiving weekend) And we had a ridiculous small budget. Kevin had a room available the next day and allowed us an early check-in, but waived the fee as a courtesy. That meant so much to us, we have now stayed at this location over 10 times, and will always choose here when coming through because this place is ran by people that know a thing or two about hospitality and how to manage a nice hotel for a pleasant experience!

That I didn't find this place sooner

The staff was kind and welcoming. The gentleman working at check in was very accommodating and welcoming, greeting myself and my children, individually, as we entered. He was knowledgeable on the area and very friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was cold as we entered on a very hot day.

I like that the pool was available, but it wasnt clean and seemed to be old. The tv had a good selection of channels. The new Lion King was on tv. Breakfast was available, but didnt eat any.

The pool wasnt clean and seemed to be old. I couldnt sleep in the bed. The facilities specifically the water faucet lever fell off when taking a shower, and the vending machine was too expensive.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room did not have a hair dryer or an iron. When we requested the items, they were brought to our room immediately. Check-in was easy. Coffee was good.

Side exterior doors were not locked or key coded so anyone could walk in from outside. That was not comforting!

Location...Rooms was clean

Hall carpets dirty Pool area cold Rooms chair peeling Bed spring mad a loud sound when you'd get up Desk clerk wasn't welcoming. When asked a question he'd point to it without any words. Brown stairs leading to rooms weren't safe, they were creaking and uneven.

The room and the bathroom were well laid out, as I have mobility issues. I appreciated the bars on the wall in the bathroom. The room was clean and I was impressed with not only a desk chair, but an upholstered chair. Everything was well kept.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like.

The facility was very clean from the main entrance through the back entrance. The breakfast was good and had some options. The staff was extremely nice during all shifts. (Night and day)

The only complaint was the key lock on both doors entering the facility didn’t not work so anyone could access inside. I worried of security due to them not working. It was the middle door that lead into the elevators and then the back door entering the facility hallway with the stairs. Very uneasy when returning at night time.

We love staying here. Easy access to everywhere we want to go. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy drive to all the attractions. Easy access to the interstate. The staff is great. We won't stay anywhere else.

The only thing we don't like is having to go home.

We stayed on our way home from Alabama. It was convenient stop half way home for us. Short distance off highway. It was clean, updated room, had nice breakfast, and friendly staff.

Our only complaint is the road noise can be heard in the room. We used a noise machine to help with the noise.
