The rooms and hotel were very clean. I was really amazed at how clean and nice everything was. The staff was exceptional as well. Everyone was very helpful and eager to help. It was an excellent place to stay.

Easy access from the interstate. Clean facilities. Very friendly staff.

The shower head was the only issue. It sprayed water every way but straight. But the water pressure was great.

We ate out for breakfast, but we did partake of the coffee and sweets in the morning. We loved the location and easy access. we needed the relaxation. would love to stay there again if there is vacancy when we make arrangements for our ne next visit to the Smokies. THANKS, THANKS

We lost an item in the room, rather than “not finding it losing” the item, house keeping returned it to the front desk with the date of stay, room number, and what the item was to the front desk. It meant a lot since this has happened before and left us heart broken! Thank you so very much!

I like the decor and the bed was really comfortable. It was across the street from the Chop House (a favorite of ours)
