Breakfast was fine. Adequate seating. Very helpful staff. The layout of our room was very nice. Adequate lighting in the room.

There was an issue with the door to our bathroom. The door would not open (into the bathroom) all the way because the toilet was too large. It was not a huge issue for us, just an inconvenience.

Location is great.

Staff parks in areas that are not designated for parking. (Right outside the front door). Truckd are permitted to take up several parking spot (closest to the door). At 5 am a load truck started and idled fight outside the window. Keys would not stay programmed and the lock in the door had to be changed.

I do like the location and the cleanliness of the Hampton Inn hotels in general.

The breakfast is not something I would not recommend to others, Although everything might be present, there are no fresh (scrambled) eggs or bacon, and the waffle I made was not very tasteful. The coffee service with the cans available at all time is however great including decaf.

Breakfast was super, nice variety The manager was very pleasant and helpful, she was at the desk the next morning and was still pleasant. A lot of hours on duty. Location was a little confusing to find at first due to street design

We loved the location by the baseball stadium. And of course Buckees across the road. Very clean and amazing breakfast, one of our favorites!

Room was very nice and bed was comfortable and easy check in and out and in a quiet area away from all the traffic in a busy area.

Breakfast good. Rough crowd staying overnight. Lots of smokers and construction guys but my room was quiet. Bed was good. Shower good.

Air conditioning not so good. Carpet needs replacing. Renovation needed. Rough crowd. Lots of tough looking guys. I travel with two women. 26 and 30 years old. Both scared and guys were making ugly comments.

Booking.com mentioned this hotel don't accept pets. It was wrong. This hotel accept pets for $75. So please mention pets allowed in your website regarding about this hotel.

Front desk was super helpful when my reservation with Booking.com was not showing up.

Milk served at breakfast was sour.
