The food was comparable to a breakfast you'd be offered at a Hampton Inn. The juices and coffee were very good. There wasn't much fruit offered or maybe the fruit was taken by the time we'd get to breakfast. The location for breakfast was clean and there were plenty of seating options. We really loved the walk in shower. We loved that there was A Chop House next door and we could walk there for dinner instead of getting back in our car to travel to a restaurant. We loved that the microwave in our room was eye level so we didn't have to bend over to see the dial.....and the room refrigerator FREEZER worked and kept our cooler packs frozen! That was a treat. Most little hotel freezers don't work. Of course, we loved the room's little Keurig! Your landscape is beautiful.....the trees that were in bloom. Thank you for our great nights of sleep.

Probably the only thing that was not as enjoyable was when you were first starting to wake up before the alarm would go off, you could hear the highway traffic....semi trucks, etc....but, that is not the fault of the hotel. I did pull a few weeds up from your rock gardens. I'm a gardener and do not like weeds! Maybe pull some weeds to keep your property looking more beautiful???

Needs a little upgrade bottom of pool needs resurfaced gym needs fixed both treadmills broke the elliptical was worn out couldn't use it efficiently and I had booked my visit 3 months in advance and talked or the manager texted me before we arrived and asked if she could help in anyway I said yes I booked online and didn't see where I could use AAA or ARP or zVeterans discount she said she would look into it nope I was charged same no. Discount disappointed

Having the expanded hot breakfast. We was super impressed with the pancake machine. The beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee and cookies were always available. Very nice bathroom layout and our room was clean. Hotel was newly renovated and well kept. We just loved our stay we would definitely stay again.

Nothing really yo complain about. But would suggest serving more types of eggs and rotate bacon into meals more often. The comforters were nice but down comforters are a little heavy for me. But this is just personal preference.

Good location. Big room. Wonderful bathroom and shower.

Walls a little thin. Drunk Karaoke on one side and according to my daughter some extracurricular activities on the other. Lol. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, however the regular beds were very comfortable. Parking was a little tight however there was a huge parking lot next to hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. The wonderful woman that was servicing the buffet was a real sweetheart! The renovations are lovely, so clean and fresh. Bedding was great. Shower was the best ever. It’s been a long time since staying at a Holiday Inn. Great experience!

The breakfast was wonderful! So were the breakfast attendants. The facility was clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and we were treated well. Would stay at this location again if/when in the area.

The access was a little confusing. I knew where the hotel was, but in the dark it was a tad confusing, because the entrance is basically in the side parking lot of the Bass Pro shop. There were no clearly visible signage until we were physically AT the entrance.

Attractive, updated furnishings and decor. Comfortable, nicely appointed room. Spacious bathroom with large enclosed shower - good design. Good lighting choices and plugins for tech. Like the versatile cube footstool and bedside table. Breakfast delicious with hot and cold variety (good cinnamon rolls!). Comfortable seating for breakfast and lobby with large tv. Nice business center with 2 stations. Didn't check fitness room or pool - maybe next time.... Location convenient for highway and local access. Shopping, restaurants and services nearby.

Very clean facility, free breakfast, and nice big rooms. The rooms were clean and very large including a large bathroom.

Parking is not the best. Small lot with not enough spaces and you are not allowed to park in the Bass Pro lot right in front.

Beautiful rooms with plenty of space. The location is perfect because it is in walking distance of serval food and shopping locations.

The only complaint I had is the tv and cable company. It seems it has never been updated so watching tv looks like it did in 2000. I understand that’s not what you do on vacation but it’s the only thing they could fix/update

The staff was awesome. Everyone was friendly, personable, helpful, and attentive. The facilities were clean and updated. The beds, including the pull out, were very comfortable.

The room was frigid when we walked in, and it took a long time to warm it up. The other guests on our floor were exceptionally loud, running down the halls and slamming doors.
