We got the room we ask for. Great view. My husband loves the scenery. He is a hunter so as close to outside as he can get is good for him. . We sat on the balcony and drank our morning coffee. Just a great place to spend our anniversary weekend.

A dog barking next door to use. We thought it was pet free. We will always ask for pet free environment because of allergies.

The property is in a perfect location, super spacious, and very clean.

The check-in process is an absolute nightmare. There are two steps to check in at this facility, and Booking.com should have made it clear in the listing that you would be approached by sales people selling Wyndham resort timeshares. You first check in at the desk and then they direct you to the sales team. If you say no to the sales team, they say they will not give you your wristbands, and therefore you will not be able to use the facilities. They use guilt to try and make you attend a sales presentation. For $350 a night, my family and I should not have had to deal with such rude, pushy sales people. I felt like it was a used car dealership atmosphere. I felt very uncomfortable.

Price and location

It’s clean but dated. Not bad enough to keep me from staying there again but soon it will need a facelift.

The activity building/pools were nice

there was a lot of space for us in our room. it was basically like having our own little apartment. much better than a regular hotel room.

the walls are very thin. we heard our neighbors watching tv, talking, washing dishes, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at Wyndham. Our two bedroom condo was super spacious and clean. We enjoyed having two bathrooms and a in room jacuzzi tub. My kids thought they were living the high life Our deck did back the main road but no issues with sounds of traffic. We were close enough to walk to the pools, putt-putt and the main office. No hassle about a timeshare and staff was beyond nice. We arrived 4 hours early and they had our room ready and available. We were a few short minutes from the main strip and 1 red light away from walmart. Quiet and perfect, we WILL be back!

No complaints from us.

Cleanliness

We had a “Mountain View balcony”, and the it was blacked by a tree that was overgrown, encroaching the balcony, had not been trimmed in years, and no view. This is one of my favorite things about the resort and your failure to properly trim or cut the tree down blocked the view, the trees limbs are growing down because it hasn’t been trimmed. If you have a balcony viewing the mountains you don’t need a tree there at all, or at least maintain the tree appropriately. The sprinklers for watering the lawn ran 24/7… is that correct? The water was spraying up in two balconies below… Everyone was friendly and professional except the marketing lady trying to force people to do her project, wouldn’t accept no and was very rude

We like the prperty location. Not the best building for a view this trip. Maid thought we were checking out before we were, she had the wrong floor and room number. It took awhile for her to understand the mistake.

On check out day, the maid service was pushy to get into the room before we were loaded up.

Everything was very clean and roomy. We liked having a balcony but was very noisy facing the main road.

The mattresses were a little too firm. It was have been nice to have queen beds instead of full in the second bedroom. The balcony faced the main road which was very noisy and not the best view. Sometimes it was hard to get a parking place near our room.

The activity centers were very nice. Close proximity to Dollywood was great.

The appliances in our condo were very old. They weren’t dirty, but their rundown appearance made the room appear dirty. Also, their was a strong perfume like fragrance which pumped through the HVAC ducts. It was unpleasant and led you to believe they were attempting to mask a foul odor.
