The room was cozy, and comfortable. We slept well and the housekeeper checked on us to see if we needed anything.

I wasn't crazy about the cleanness of the tub nor bathroom floor. The sink was slow draining out water because you would have to let the water drain out some before you let anymore run.The bathroom light kept flickering and the maintenance man said since we were leaving Sunday he would come back and fix it then because it would make a big mess if he would try to fix it while we were still there

I loved how easy it was to check in, the front desk guy was super sweet! Also loved how clean the room smelled as soon as we walked in! We will definitely book this hotel again our next trip to Knoxville!

I didn't like how there wasn't a hair dryer in the room, any hotel I've stayed at has always had one, so I didn't think to pack one! It set me back a little on our plans the next day, I didn't plan ahead because I assumed there would be one, my fault really.

Check in was quick and easy. I needed a place to sleep and this covered it well.

They only asked once to clean my room. We were never provided with “occupied” door hangers so it wasn’t that. Trash was overflowing as I left. The door was locked at 5:30 AM so I had to knock and knock to get someone to check out. The breakfast consisted of a small basket of danishes but never more than a few and tables and chairs were non existent. They were there, just never out for customers to use.

The grounds are perfunctory and neatly maintained. The room furnishings were clean and linens provided. When requested, an iron was provided. We felt safe in the area.

There was not a convenient place to use as a ironing board. The double room reserved for 3 had towels for 2. Towels were provided upon request. There was not space in the room for a comfortable chair.

The property was very beautiful, and very well maintained.

It was ok, nice and quiet. It could definitely use an update. The breakfast was very disappointing. I definitely didn’t like the fact, that the room rate went up higher each night. I didn’t like the fact that the Wi-Fi was terrible, and wouldn’t stay connected.

The rooms were very clean and d the environment was extremely relaxed which is exactly whatvu needed. I will definitely return!

Room was clean and the facilities were in order, i.e. working. We were able to park right in front of our room, being slightly handicapped helped being on the ground floor. TV worked perfectly too. The door had a warp in it so it was difficult to open and close. Except for some noise from the residents above, we were very comfortable and slept well. The office staff was very accommodating.

Location next to I-40 very close and accessible.

Less noise from adjacent room, actually behind the unit, not next to it. Entry door was difficult to open and shut.

Location and the value for the area.

The pool was not clean. Breakfast could have been better. Honey buns and granola bars. We had a problem with the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night. Could not get anyone to look at it. It finally shut off on it’s own.
