All they have to do is put in a oven and it would be great has a ground floor and upstairs it can easily accommodate 4 or 5 people

It was in a quiet location. It had a nice television.

This place is a dump! Not kept up at all! It could not pass any kind of building code. Dirty on the outside. There were cobwebs everywhere inside the house. There's no stove. There were no cups. We found a soap wrapper and a sock in our bed. There are holes in the wall and a massive hole in the downstairs ceiling. The bathtub was nasty. The shower is made for a dwarf. The toilet seat is broken. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The sink water pressure was extremely low and it took forever to get hot water. We found out that the water comes from the house next door so if you're in the shower and they turn on their hot water, you're going to be ice cold. The closet rod upstairs is just stuck through the sheet rock and is ripping through it. The place has potential, but it needs a tremendous amount of work! We won't be back.
