Definitely enjoyed the 24 hour coffee service! Also that there is so many stores and restaurants around the hotel was a plus! I was like please that our room were together! That was perfect for a family of 5!

I didn’t like that the room 212 wasn’t cleaned properly like the room 210 was great! For example, there was an old dirty earring left by the sink and the stand under the TV was quite. I simply wiped it down with some wipes that I had on hand. Also, I could not find the thermostat in room 212.

The hotel was clean. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and respectful. There was breakfast every morning to eat without having to go out. There were waffles scrambled eggs, toast, sausage, and biscuits and gravy to eat,sometimes there was yogurt.There was a small outdoor pool.. The hotel was next to krogers and lowes.. there were lots of restaurants nearby . It was a few miles away from the heart of it all. The closer you got to were all the attractions were the worst the traffic.

I don't have much to complain about,even though some people did have several complaints. Some said it was noisy, but I was so tired from walking that I was dead sleep. The rooms are not very big but adadaquit. There are two beds with space between them,you won't be running and marathons in the room.. The room was designed to be efficient. The lobby was a bit small even though I did not spend much time there. It's a combination lobby and cafe.

Everything went well at check-in and the room was nice. The bed was comfortable and I was able to rest good. The breakfast was good every morning but it would have been better if they kept it open for another hour.

When we got to the room there was only one chair in the room. There needs to be two chairs because I gave my wife the chair and I had to sit on the bed and pile up pillows for my back to rest on for the whole time we were there. I said something to the attendant there but he said it was only supposed to be one chair in the room.

Breakfast choices. Breakfast times. "Updated" bathroom sink splashed water everywhere; preferred the original undermounted sink. Limited counter space in bathroom. Whatever cleaning supply used to clean the room made the room stink. I had to spray perfume to eliminate the odor. Booked my stay through a third party, and the room I selected isn't available at this hotel, so I was given a bigger room for the same price. Getting your parking pass from a gentleman selling timeshare tours in the lobby. Limited handicap parking.

It was very clean, there was no carpet which I loved. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure to let me know that if I needed absoltely anything, to let them know and they would do what they could!!

The room was a little small and the bathroom was TINY. There was absolutely no space to even set a small bag down with toiletries in it on the almost non existent countertop. The breakfast was the exact same thing every day except one, and they only added sausage. The waffles were good, just wish there was a little more variety.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was kinda small but worked for us, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was very dark at night, which was nice, and you usually don't get that very often in hotel rooms. This made it very easy to sleep. Also the price was very budget friendly.

Guest smoking illegal substances that traveled into the hallway right by the pool and lingered in the stairway that you passed through to get to pool. Which really isn't a hotel thing, but kinda is. Also, we didn't like that we were put in a conjoining room. I wish we had been in a non-conjoining room. However, no other rooms were available. Luckily, I bought door alarms that I used on our doors bc 3 girls traveling. We need extra precautions nowadays. Also, traveling with a toddler and the door automatically unlocking from inside when handle is used (so door alarms were a must for my crew).

The location was great, as well as the staff.the room was clean and pleasant.

The breakfast and the breakfast area were not that great. The breakfast area does not have enough room to accommodate a full hotel. The breakfast staff was not keeping the food filled and even told someone that they were not going to fix anything else even though they had 30 more minutes. They did restock the yogurt and fussed about the coffee area.

Nice quiet place . It’s right in town around everything. The staff was awesome and friendly.

I love my coffee so no coffee maker. I haven’t had to bring a blow dryer in years but no blow dryer. They are doing improvements in a lot of rooms and we stayed in one of the new rooms I’m sure he will get all the things each room needs.
