Great friendly staff, gorgeous hotel and great location.

Checked in early to a "room with wall partially obstructing the view" according to the front desk. In actuality the window had no view at all except for a dirty air handling unit enclosure with little natural light coming from above. Pillows were surprisingly uncomfortable as well, but for a one night stay these were not worth complaining to the staff about.

Breakfast choices are always great and more than sufficient. Staff and 24/7 valet is great! Happy hour at bar upstairs and pool is great. Lobby mini store is fabulous. Love all the UTK Vol gear.

Wish there was small options like fresh fruit (apples/bananas or granola bars type things) to eat if you are outside of breakfast window. Wish pool hours were a little later although no one really "kicked us out" at 7. Wish there were blackout curtains in rooms to make room even darker especially in morning when cracks in the shades let the light in.

I stayed there for two weeks (work). Room was great, clean, good facilities, great view. Breakfast was good.. (ham and chesese omelettes are v tasty). Breakfast staff were excellent. Roof bar is amazing (super views, and seating areas) with some complementary food and drink until 7pm. Also a really good coffee dock close to the street front, adjacent to a games room (games room also within the hotel). I parked my car in a garage 2min walk away...staff will give u directions (very cheap..3-4 dollars a day). Location is the best in town. Overall very hapoy with my stay.

The staff were all very friendly and kind. The hotel is gorgeous and our room was fantastic and super clean. The food was AMAZING. I dont usually have high expectations for the "free breakfast" but it was delicious. I have no complaints about anything. The roof top pool area was great and everyone was so accepting about me having my small dog with me. I will definitely be staying again.

Room was perfect! Super modern elevator(trust me on this one! lol). We were upgraded to a 2 room suite after they had overbooked our Peloton King room and it was worth it! All the little touches did not go unnoticed, from the TV's welcoming us by name to actual creamers with the in room Kruig(yes it matters!!...LOL), this is how a stay should be! Location to the Bijou Theatre was a short walk. Whether you drink or not......a must see is the rooftop lounge and spa/pool. Best view and rooftop place to chill in the entire city!

Minor thing was parking. Valet is $35 for overnight which is not crazy except that the parking garage across the street is free on the weekends. Would have liked some ambient lighting options in the room. EVERY bulb was BRIGHT white.

The room was very spacious and clean, and they served the BEST Continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. (A hot buffet w/ sausage, eggs, potatoes, grits, pancakes, biscuits, and gravy. They fixed omelettes upon request. There were also many other options like making a waffle, bagel, toast, various pastries, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt parfaits, etc etc. AND it all tasted SO GOOD!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Recommend and will stay there again if ever in town!!

The Breakfast was exceptional. The location was great. The staff were very friendly.

The room I stayed in (517) had a Water Dripping noise that kept me awake for part of the night. I checked the faucets, but none were running. My best guess was the HVAC, but I’m not an expert. Also, the pool is only accessible by going through the Roof Top Lounge, which has a dress code. I didn’t feel comfortable walking through there to get to the pool. So we never swam.

Great location. We enjoyed the charcuterie and wine in the evenings, and breakfast omelets made to order great also. The view from the roof top pool area is fabulous.

Bed was not as comfortable as we expected. Staff at the front desk were friendly except one in particular was rude to the other staff working alongside them. I’m sure it was noticed by others.

We like everything! This is our 2nd year staying at this location we come to Knoxville for a volleyball tournament at the convention center which is in walking distance from the hotel. We like the suites because you can close the bedroom off and the bathroom is not in the bedroom that way we can stay up late and not disturb my daughter and you still have the separate living area. The breakfast has lot’s of options, there are restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance. The suites are spacious, and the staff is very courteous. They might have live entertainment, we’ve been able to enjoy a live pianist!

The Embassy suite breakfast is amazing. Fresh omelet bar and waffle maker? All you can eat bacon? Great staff too!

In my opinion this is an excellent location and great service but sometimes they charge a lot. I guess I would too if I ran it but it can be pricey.
