The staff is wonderful. They are so kind and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. If you need extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc they don't mind providing it and they don't act like it's a bother to them they always do it with a smile. We travel a ton because of my husband's job and I would say this is one of the best hotel experiences we have had with the staff. We also feel safe while staying and it's not far off of the interstate so its very convenient to nearby locations and attractions. I do wish the beds were a little softer/comfortable but I can live with it, some people like firm beds I'm just not one of them. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning the rooms and also providing any towels you need. We actually drove 3.5 hours out of our way to stay back at this hotel be we liked it so much and feel welcomed each time. They have a nice little pool also and it's always clean and well maintained.

Beds were a little firm for my taste and i would like better breakfast choices. Other than that everything was excellent.

The property was clean and convenient. We booked at the very last minute. It was a great value and the staff was friendly and checked us in late at night with no problems.

No breakfast as advertised

Pretty affordable. Thought it would be a dump, but it was pretty decent for a weekend stay.

The “grab and go” breakfast (Debbie cakes, oatmeal and coffee). I just wanted a waffle.

Right off the highway but not noisy. Room was clean and bug free. 4 night stay. Plenty of places to get good food. Aubrey's is just on the other side of the highway from the hotel. Bed was a little soft but still comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

How NICE every single employee I interacted with. I liked how quiet it was and it was on a dead end. The only reason people would drive by is if you’re going to your hotel.

The pool was small. It worked for us but the next day we ended up going to a community pool with diving boards.

Location and price. Facilities were great. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The non-smoking of the whole place was a plus as well didn't know when I booked on booking.com, but nice to see when I got there.

A smoke alarm began chirping about 3 a.m. and didn't stop until like about 8 a.m. I was not the only guest on the 3rd floor. I don't know if no one else complained but yeah it kept me from getting the really restful night of sleep I was getting before it started. I expected someone would take care of it or complain.

Our towels always smelled of cigarettes, not sure if housekeeper smoked or designated areas to close to laundry

The price was excellent, the pool was clean, the beds were clean and comfortable.

the size of the room for the price was awful, but I waiting until last minute to book, definitely bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. the stuff they have isn’t the best. they also charge you a security deposit that they don’t tell you about until you check in. then it takes 2-8 business days to refund.

It was clean and the staff was great! Especially the lady at the front desk

The elevator made weird sounds.Was worried it might stop u expected.And the breakfast was lacking any type of effort put to it.
