I liked the fact that I was on the first floor and that I was at the back of the building because it was extremely quiet. I never heard anyone else even though there were others staying there. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean. There are all the extras there if I wanted them such as iron, hair dryer, ample soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were bottles of water and snacks in the room if I had wanted them.

It is a shame that they are forced to put a room deposit on because the local people have misused the hotels and motels in the area.

That's my second time here at Quality Inn Kodak, Sevierville and as the first I am not been disappointed. I love that place starting from the front desk guys which are always so helpful and welcome you with a smile on face. Everything is fine, clean rooms, quite enought, positioned into the right spot, free goodies into the room, Buc-ees right across the street what else. I'll be back here for sure when in Sevierville or tired driving on 40. Have a stop, it's worth it!

It was a very clean and modern facility with a super comfortable bed. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The breakfast was very good.

There is no elevator to the second floor. My husband and I are older, and it was a struggle to climb the stairs with our luggage.

Very clean and updated in the rooms. Don't let the outside fool you. The rooms were exceptionally nice. The bed was wonderful. I would love to know what kind of mattress we slept on. There were nice seating areas outside for your enjoyment. They also provided water bottles, snacks, and toiletries you may have forgotten. Loved the fact that there was a Keurig in the room as well. Breakfast was great as well. We will be back! The staff were very helpful.

We booked at this hotel due to the proximity to the Smoky's Stadium for an event, and because it has great reviews. We were impressed by the super friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and all the unique little touches we found throughout our stay. Breakfast was as good as anything you could get in a restaurant, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, and waffles, along with healthier choices. We most enjoyed the outdoor seating area after dark. The beds were firm, the pillows soft, and the water pressure was great.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would caution other travelers about is that if you have mobility issues, ask for a ground floor room.

This was an older hotel with exterior room access (which I prefer). The building and rooms appeared to have recently been refurbished. The location was great. We booked this stay while driving and there were more modern hotels nearby. The staff was super professional and the price was good. We both commented to each other how much we liked this quick stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

The staff, price, location are awesome. Rooms are super clean. Bathrooms are dated and need renovation, but always clean! We have stayed 3 times because it’s a great location to get to Knoxville for football games without playing over inflated prices. Same for pigeon forge. The staff is always very accommodating. The room always has the little extra thoughtfulness from seeing kits, shaving kits to a couple small waters. Buc-ees is right across the street basically, so gas and souvenirs are easy to grab.

The hotel is on a hill and there is a really pleasant place to sit out side with big chairs on the hill. Actually there are two spots like that. The owners must be born again Christians as there is little bible readings around, but they do put effort into running a comfortable and well maintained hotel. good standard hot breakfast with pancake maker, etc. This is clearly a property that is well taken care of that the owners really care and put effort in. It is cheerful and updated. It is right off the highway so great for a night on the road.

It was all fine - It is like a motor in, so if your room is on 2nd floor, you walk up stairs outside. As far as I know there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. But that was fine for us.

Breakfast was awesome especially the super cool coffee maker! Stacy was very helpful showing me how to use it! Enjoyed talking to her and the owner Shawn. By far the cleanest place I have ever stayed.

Great location, rooms were very clean and good size. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We did eat breakfast because we had other plans, but did look into the room and it was clean, well organized and food looked good.

Beds could have been a bit more comfortable but linens were clean. Could have used more pillows and staff surely would have provided them (front desk staff was seriously so nice) but it was very late and I didn't want to risk waking my kids, so I just left it.
